Enjoy your meal! رسپی گوبولی مرغ مواد لازم برای 4 نفر: 4 پیمانه برنج 4 تکه مرغ 1 لیوان نخود پخته 4 عدد پیاز بزرگ 3 عدد سیب زمینی ادویه های مرغ: زردچوبه، میخک، هل، دارچین، زیره، از هرکدام نصف قاشق چایخوری. ادویه ها برای پیاز برنج: زرد چوبه، فلفل سیاه و نمک. ادویه های لایه میانی(حشو): زردچوبه، نمک، کاری،میخک، دارچین، زیره، فلفل سیاه. طرز تهیه: این غذا از خوشمزه ترین غذاهای استان هرمزگان در ایران می باشد. ابتدا مرغ را همراه با یک پیاز خورد شده، زردچوبه، میخک، هل، دارچین و نمک آبپز میکنیم و بعد سرخ کرده و آب مرغ را صاف میکنیم و کنار میگذاریم. سیب زمینی های خلالی خورد شده را هم با نمک و زردچوبه آغشته و سرخ کرده و کنار می گذاریم. یک پیاز بزرگ را خلالی خورد کرده و در ماهیتابه تفت میدهیم تا کمی نرم شود سپس ادویه ها شامل زردچوبه، فلفل سیاه و نمک را به آن اضافه و هم می زنیم. سپس برنجی را که 2 ساعت خیس خورده به آن اضافه میکنیم و بعد آب مرغ صاف شده را روی برنج میریزیم و میگذاریم تا آب آن تبخیر شود و وقتی کمی آب ته برنج باقی ماند، در قابلمه را گذاشته و بمدت نیم ساعت با حرارت کم میگذاریم تا دم بیاید. برای حشو، دو عدد پیاز بزرگ را خلالی خورد کرده و در ماهیتابه با کمی روغن تفت می دهیم کمی نرم شد آدویه ها شامل زردچوبه، نمک، کاری،میخک، دارچین، زیره و فلفل سیاه را اضافه کرده و هم می زنیم و در انتها یک لیوان نخود کاملا پخته را اضافه کرده و هم میزنیم بمدت 5 دقیقه روی حرارت بماند. در پایان مواد نخودی را با سیب زمینی سرخ شده مخلوط کرده و 5 دقیقه پایانی برنج ، همراه با مرغ های سرخ شده روی برنج گذاشته و دوباره در قابلمه را میگذاریم. نوش جان.
