Here it is - the long-awaited and long-overdue sun salutation that your health care provider (should have) told you about.
This will give you a whole body workout - stretching all of your bits and working your upper body and legs.
After that, we will do a DEEP relaxation exercise - savasana with Yoga Nidra. This will bring you to a state of relaxation and mindfulness that will help you during your whole day.

Cold immersion therapy

Chair pose.
This is the second of the videos explaining the poses within sun salutation, for those who have never done them or anyone that does not fully understand the significance, purpose or proper mechanics of the poses.
Utkatasana - or chair pose - is a great exercise for our upper legs and I incorporate it into my sun salutation. It is one of those asanas that requires you to concentrate and be mindful. Doing asanas like these will help with being in the moment.
Please note that I often fumble the Sanskrit terms. Apologies. I'm still learning...
