Ingredients:
* 2 - 16.3 oz cans Buttermilk Biscuits
* 1 cup Granulated Sugar
* 2 tsp. Cinnamon
* 1 cup (4 oz.) Melted Butter
* 1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
* Nuts (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. Separate biscuits and cut into quarters.
3. In a freezer bag, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon. Add biscuits to bag and toss to coat.
4. Add coated biscuits into a 9-inch bundt pan, making sure to shake off the excess cinnamon and sugar. If adding nuts, rotate between biscuits and nuts to ensure an even distribution.
5. Combine melted butter and brown sugar. Whisk until sugar is dissolved. If needed, reheat to mix thoroughly.
6. Pour butter mixture over the biscuits.
7. Bake for 35minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before turning over onto a plate.

1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon

1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
3/4 cup Milk
Crumble Topping
1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour

1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
1 Stick (1/2 cup) Melted Butter
Glaze
1/4 cup Confectioner's Powered Sugar
1 tsp. Milk
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375º F.
In a large bowl, combine all cake ingredients.
Pour batter evenly into a muffin tin.
In a separate bowl, mix all topping ingredients.
Sprinkle topping over batter.
Bake at 375º F for 15-17 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
As the muffins cool, in a separate bowl, prepare glaze.
Lightly drizzle glaze over muffins. Serve with coffee.

2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Cream together sugar, butter, and vanilla in a bowl.
Add flour until well blended. Add chocolate chips.
Spread mixture very thinly onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Bake at 350º F for 20 minutes or until golden.
While cooling, cut into squares, or allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.
Store in an airtight container.

16 oz. Sour Cream

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Add dough to bottom of greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
Bake for 10 minutes.
On stovetop, brown beef and add taco seasoning.
Pour meat mixture on top of dough. Continue layers as follows: sour cream, cheese, chips.
Bake for 10 minutes. Optionally, top with salsa to serve.

1 lb. Ground Beef
1 Bell Pepper (diced)
12 oz. can Buttermilk Biscuits (quartered)
16 oz. Taco Sauce
12 oz. Shredded Cheese (any type)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400º F.
In a pan, sauté beef and bell pepper until the beef is no longer pink.
In a large bowl, add biscuit pieces and taco sauce. Coat biscuits in sauce.
In a 13 x 9 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray, pour biscuits and sauce into the bottom of the dish.
Top with half of cheese. Bake for 15 minutes
Add meat mixture, top with remainder of cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.

Instructions:
Brown meat over the stovetop. Drain.
Add onions and garlic and cook until softened.
Add all ingredients except pasta, and bring to a boil.
Lower heat to low, and add pasta.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Top each serving with crumbled feta cheese.

1/4 cup Butter (melted)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400º F.
Prepare one shallow plate with eggs (beaten with buttermilk, paprika, salt, and pepper), and one with corn flakes and oregano.
Dredge chicken egg/buttermilk mixture, then cornflakes.
Place onto a baking sheet lined with foil and drizzle with melted butter.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on cut of chicken.

Instructions:
Preheat oven to Broil.
In a bowl, combine all seasonings and oil.
Rub half of seasoning mixture onto one side of the meat. Place onto a baking sheet lined with foil.
Broil for 7-8 minutes, depending on desired level of doneness.
Flip meat to other side, and brush on the remainder of seasonings.
Broil for an additional 7-8 minutes until the desired level of doneness is reached.
Allow to rest out of the oven for 3 minutes before slicing.

Greek Lasagna

Ingredients:
8 oz. Lasagna Noodles
1 lb. Ground Lamb (or Beef)
1 Onion (chopped)
8 oz. Tomato Sauce
1 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 cup Dry Red Wine
3 tbsp. Butter
3 tbsp. Corn Starch
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1 3/4 cup Milk
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
8 oz. Feta Cheese
4 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 oz. Sliced Black Olives
Instructions:
Prepare pasta and set aside.
In a pan, add beef and onions and cook until beef is browned.
Add tomato sauce, oregano, cinnamon, and wine. Bring to a boil. Lower temperature and simmer for 15 minutes.
In a medium saucepan, combine butter, corn starch, pepper, and milk. Bring to a boil.
Lower heat and add parmesan cheese. Simmer for 1 minute and remove from heat.
Preheat oven 350º F.
Add layer of noodles (approx. 3) to bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking dish that has been prepared with cooking spray.
Layer as follows after noodles: 1/3 of meat sauce, 1/3 of cheese sauce, 1/3 of olives, 1/3 of feta cheese, and 1/3 of mozzarella. Do two more times, consuming all ingredients.
Bake for 45 minutes uncovered.
