Ingredients:
* 2 lbs. Beef Stew Meat
* 2 tbsp Freeze-dried Chives
* 2 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
* 2 tbsp. Sugar
* 2 tsp. Garlic Powder
* 1 tsp. Black Pepper
* 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
* 2 tbsp. Sesame Oil
* 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, combine all seasonings with the oil and soy sauce.
2. Add meat to a medium bowl and coat thoroughly coat in the marinade. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
3. Place meat on skewers and air-fry for 6 minutes at 400º F.

* 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
* 2 tsp. Baking Powder
* 1 pinch Salt
* 2 cups Sugar Substitute (I prefer an erythritol/stevia combo)
* 3 eggs (Beaten)
* 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
* 1/4 cup Melted Butter
* 2 tsp. Vanilla
* 1 1/2 cup Boiling Water
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients, including the sugar.
3. Stir in the remaining wet ingredients leaving the water aside.
4. Beat in the boiling water by adding small amounts at a time until the batter is well blended.
5. Add batter to 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
6. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.

Ingredients:
* 2lbs. Rotisserie Chicken (cooked and shredded)
* Pita Bread
* 1 cup Sour Cream
* Zest of 1 Lime
* 1/2 tsp. Salt
* 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
* 2 tbsp. Sriracha
* Juice of 1 Lime
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine sour cream, lime zest and juice, salt, pepper, and Sriracha.
2. Place chicken in pita bread and drizzle with sauce.

Beef and Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients:
* 2 cups Rice
* 2lbs. Ground Beef
* 12 oz. Broccoli Florettes
* 2 cups Crushed Tortilla Chips
* 2 - 10 1/2 oz. cans Condensed Broccoli Cheese Soup
* 1 tbsp. Cajun Seasoning
* 1 tsp. Black Pepper
* 1 cup Half & Half
* 1 cup Shredded Sharp CheddarCheese
* 1/4 cup Melted Butter
* 1 cup Plain Breadcrumbs
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. Cook rice and set aside.
3. Brown beef over the stovetop. Drain.
4. Stir in cooked rice, broccoli, soup, seasonings, and half and half.
5. Add to a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and top with cheese.
6. In a small bowl, combine butter and breadcrumbs.
7. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over casserole.
8. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
9. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
