This pressure cooker dish is a wonderful twist on traditional beef stew!

Ingredients:
* 2lbs. Beef Stew Meat
* 1 tbsp. Chili Powder
* 1 tsp. Black Pepper
* 1 tsp. Salt
* 1 tbsp. Butter
* 1 tbsp. Tomato Paste
* 1 Red Onion (sliced)
* 8 cloves Garlic
* 1.5 lbs. Baby Dutch Yellow Potatoes (halved)
* 3/4 cup Roasted Red Salsa
* 1 tsp. Fish Sauce
* 1 cup Beef Stock
Instructions:
1. Season beef with chili powder, salt,and pepper. Set aside.
2. Set pressure cooker to sauté. Add butter, tomato paste, onion, and garlic. Sauté until onions are softened for about 5 minutes.
3. Add meat and remaining ingredients.
4. Pressure cook for 30 minutes.

Chicken Noodle Skillet

Ingredients:
* 8 oz. Wide Egg Noodles
* 2 lb. Boneless Chicken Breast (cooked and cubed)
* 2 cloves Minced Garlic
* 12 oz. Chopped Spinach
* 10.5 oz. Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
* 14.5 oz. Diced Tomatoes
* 8 oz. Tomato Sauce
* 1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
* 1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
* Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (optional garnish)
Instructions:
1. Prepare noodles and chicken and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, sauté garlic in some olive oil.
3. Add chicken and remaining ingredients. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Stir in egg noodles and heat for an additional 3 minutes.
5. Optionally top with mozzarella.

Ingredients:
* 2lbs. Boneless Chicken Breasts (cut into chunks)
* 1 Onion (diced)
* 2 cloves Minced Garlic
* 1/4 cup Ketchup
* 1/2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
* 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
* 1/2 cup Honey
* 1 tbsp. Sesame Oil
* 2 tbsp. Cornstarch
* 2 tbsp. Cold Water
* 4 Green Onions (sliced)
* 1 tsp. Toasted Sesame Seeds
* Salt/Pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Set pressure cooker to sauté. Add some olive oil to pot along with onion, garlic, and chicken. Sauté until onions are softened for about 5 minutes.
3. Add ketchup, red pepper, and soy sauce and pressure cook for 5 minutes.
4. Stir in honey and sesame oil.
5. In a bowl, combine cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Stir into pressure cooker.
6. Sauté until sauce thickens to desired consistency. Stir in green onions and sesame seeds.

Instructions:

4. Top with cheese, and cover and simmer for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.

* 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs

Filling
* 5 - 8 oz. blocks Cream Cheese (room temperature)
* 1 1/2 cups Sugar
* 3/4 cup Nutella (or any chocolate-hazelnut spread)
* 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
* 3 Eggs
* 2 cups (12 oz.) Semisweet Chocolate Chips
Topping
* 8 oz. Sour Cream
* 3tbsp. Nutella (or any chocolate-hazelnut spread)
* 1/2 cup Sugar
* Chocolate Bar Shavings (optional)
Instructions:
Crust
1. Preheat oven to 325º F.
2. In a bowl, combine all crust ingredients.
3. Press into bottom and sides of 10-inch springform pan.
4. Bake for 10 minutes.
Filling
1. Raise oven temperature to 350º F.
2. In a stand mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar on low speed until smooth.

4. Cool for 10 minutes.
5. Using an offset spatula or knife, run along edges of the cake.
6. Cool for an additional hour. Refrigerate overnight.
7. The following day, sprinkle chocolate shavings over the top of the cake.

This simple dish has a feta cream that you will make again and again!

Ingredients:
* 2 bunches Asparagus
* 3 tbsp. + 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
* 2 lbs. Sirloin Tip Steaks
* 1/2 cup Sour Cream
* 8 oz. Feta Cheese
* 2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
* 2 tbsp. Chopped Chives
* Salt/Pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven toBroil at 400º F.
2. In a bowl, toss asparagus with 3 tbsp. olive oil and salt/pepper to taste.
3. Place a wire rack onto a baking sheet lined with foil. Season both sides of meat with salt and pepper, and place onto the rack.
4. Surround steaks with asparagus.
5. Broil for 8-10 minutes, depending on the desired level of doneness, flipping steaks halfway through cook time.
6. In a food processor, combine sour cream, feta cheese, salt/pepper, vinegar, and 2 tbsp. olive oil.
7. Once blended, transfer to a serving bowl and stir in chives.
8. Serve steak and asparagus with feta cream.

Taco Chili

Ingredients:
* 2lb. Lean Ground Beef
* 1 Onion (chopped)
* 28 oz. Diced Tomatoes
* 10 oz. Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilis
* 4.5 oz. Green Chilis
* 8 oz. Tomato Sauce
* 2 - 15 oz. cans Black Beans (Rinsed and Drained)
* 15 oz. White Hominy
* 0.4 oz Packet Ranch Dressing Seasoning
* 1 oz Packet Taco Seasoning
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, add beef and onion. Cook until beef is no longer pink.
2. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
3. Lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes or longer - the longer the better.
4. Serve with corn chips and any desired toppings.

Slow Cooker Java Roast Beef
This simple roast beef has a gravy that's everything!

Ingredients:
* 3lbs. Pot Roast
* 6 cloves Minced Garlic
* Salt/Pepper (to taste)
* 1 1/2 cups Freshly Brewed Coffee
* 2 tbsp. Corn Starch
* 1/4 cup Water
Instructions:
1. Liberally rub roast with garlic, salt, and pepper.
2. Add to slow cooker, along with coffee.
3. Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.
4. Move roast to another dish to keep warm.
5. Add juices to a medium sauce pan and move to stove and bring to a boil.
6. In a separate bowl, combine corn starch and cool water to form a slurry.
7. Add slurry and cook until gravy has thickened to the preferred consistency.
8. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.

Provolone Beef Casserole

Ingredients:
* 2 1/2 cups Medium Pasta Shells
* 2 Onions (diced)
* 2 cloves Minced Garlic
* 2lbs. Ground Beef
* 2 cups Pasta Sauce
* 14.5 oz. Stewed Tomatoes
* 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
* 1 tsp. Black Pepper
* 1/2 tsp. Salt
* 16 oz. Sour Cream
* 8 oz. Provolone Cheese
* 4 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. Prepare pasta and set aside.
3. Brown beef along with onions and garlic over the stovetop. Drain.
4. Add pasta sauce, tomatoes, and seasonings and bring to a boil.
5. Lower temperature and simmer for 20 minutes.
6. In a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish, layer as follows: half of shells, half of meat sauce, all sour cream, all provolone, remaining shells, remaining meat sauce, and mozzarella.
7. Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or into cheese is melted.

* 3 cups cooked Rice
* 1 1/2 cupsHeavy Cream
* 8 oz. Cheddar Cheese
* 1 lb. Cooked Chicken Breasts (cut into chunks)
* 10 oz. Spinach
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. Cook rice andset aside.
3. In a pot over medium heat, add cream and cheese and stir until smooth.
4. Lower temperature. Add spinach, rice, and chicken and stir until well coated.
5. Add to a 2 quart casserole dish.
6. Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
