Ingredients:
Cake
* 1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
* 2 tsp. Baking Powder
* 1/2 tsp. Salt
* 3 Eggs
* 1 cup Granulated Sugar
* 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
* Zest of 2 Limes (approx. 1 tbsp.)
* 1/2 tsp. VanillaExtract
* 1/2 cup Oil
Lime Syrup
* 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
* 1/3 cup Lime Juice
LimeGlaze
* 1 cup Confectioner's PowderedSugar
* 2 tbsp.Lime Juice
* 1-2 Drops Green Food Coloring (optional)
Instructions:
Cake
1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, yogurt, zest, and vanilla.
3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
4. Slowly whisk dry ingredients into wet until well incorporated.
5. Fold in oil until just combined.
6. Spread into greased loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
7. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Lime Syrup
1. On stovetop, boil lime juice and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
2. Pour onto loaf to soak through. Allow loaf to cool.
LimeGlaze
1. In a bowl, whisk together ingredients. Drizzle over cooled loaf.

* 2 tbsp. Tikka Masala Paste OR Season as follows:

* 2 tsp. Paprika
* 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
* 1/2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

* 1/2 tsp. Cardamom
* 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
* 1 10.75 oz. can Condensed Tomato Bisque or Cream of Tomato Soup
* 1/4 cup Plain Yogurt
Instructions:
1. Salt, pepper, and brown chicken for about 5 minutes..
2. Add seasonings or tikka masala paste. Add soup, and simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
3. Stir in yogurt.
4. Serve over basmati rice.

* 1/4 cupWhite Wine
* 2lb. Shrimp
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta to al dente and set aside.
2. Sauté garlic and onions in olive oiluntil softened.
3. Add tomatoes, basil, wine, and cream and bring to a boil.
4. Add shrimp and lower temperature. Simmer for 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
5. Return pasta and simmer to thicken as desired.

Instructions:
1. Cookonions and curry paste in some oil for 2to 3 minutes or until the onions are translucent and the curry is fragrant.
2. Add beef and brown for 5 minutes.
3. Add stock and bring to a boil.
4. Lower temperature, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Add cream, bring to a boil, and simmer for 15 minutes to thicken.
6. For rice, cook as normal with the addition of the turmeric.

Rocky Road Bars

Ingredients:
* 1 1/2 Sticks (3/4 cup) Butter
* 1 1/2 cups Sugar
* 4 Eggs
* 1 cup All Purpose Flour
* 1/4 cupCocoa Powder
* 1/2 tsp. BakingPowder
* 1/2 tsp. Salt
* 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
* 1 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
* 1/2 cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. Cream togethersugar, butter, and eggs in a large bowl.
3. In another bowl, whisk together dry ingredients.
4. Add dry mixture to the wet mixture and whisk together.
5. Fold in marshmallows, chocolate chips, and nuts.
6. Addto an 13 x 9-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with oil cooking spray.
7. Bake at 350º F 40minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
8. Cool and cut into bars.

Sausage and Peppers Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:
* 2 cups (6-8 oz.) Elbow Macaroni
* 2 cloves Minced Garlic
* 1 lb. Cooked Beef Sausage(sliced)
* 1 lb. Roasted Red Peppers (sliced)
* 1 1/2 cupsHeavy Cream
* 2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
* 2 tsp.Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
* 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
* 1 tsp. Black Pepper
* 1 tbsp. Parsley Flakes
* 8 oz. MozzarellaCheese
Instructions:
1. Cook macaroni, drain, andset aside.
2. Sauté sausage, garlic, and peppers in some olive oil for 2-3 minutes.
3. Add cream, and seasonings and bring to a boil.
4. Stir incheese, set temperature to low, and macaroni. Allow to heat through before serving.

Ingredients:
* 6 oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
* 3 tbsp. Red Food Color
* 3/4 cup (1 1/2 Sticks) Butter
* 3 cups Sugar
* 2/3 cup Half & Half
* 12 oz. White Chocolate Chips
* 7 oz. Marshmallow Fluff
* 1 tsp. Vanilla
Instructions:
1. Prepare a 9-inch square cake pan by lining with aluminum foil and spraying with cooking spray.
2. In a medium bowl, combine semi-sweet chips with food coloring.
3. In a large pot, combine butter, sugar, and half &half and bring to a boil.
4. Allow to cook for 5 minutes while constantly stirring.
5. Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla. Stir until well incorporated and chocolate is melted.
6. Add half of the white chocolate mixture to the semi-sweet mixture and stir until well blended.
7. Drop tablespoons full, randomly, of each of the chocolate mixtures into the cake pan until all ingredients are consumed.
8. Lift and drop pan to remove air bubbles. Using a knife, swirl into fudge to create a red velvet marble.
9. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.

Cake
* 3Sticks (1 1/2 cup) Butter (softened)
* 8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
* 3cups Granulated Sugar
* 3 cups All Purpose Flour
* 6Eggs
* 1 tsp. VanillaExtract
Butterscotch Cream Cheese Frosting
* 1/2 Stick(1/4 cup) Butter
* 1/2 cup Packed Brown Sugar
* 4 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
* 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Instructions:
Cake
1. Do not preheat oven.
2. Cream togethersugar, cream cheese, and butter in a stand mixer until smooth and creamy.
3. Beat in eggs and vanilla until well combined.
4. Slowly add flour until well incorporated.
5. Spread into loaf pan. Place into cold oven, set to 325º F, and bake for 1 hour.
Frosting
1. In stand mixer, blend butter and sugar until fluffy.
2. Add cream cheese and vanilla, and blend until a frosting texture is achieved.
3. Spread onto cooled cake.

Lemon Cake Doughnuts 🍩

Ingredients:
Doughnuts
* 1/2 cup Sour Cream
* Zest of 1 Lemon
* 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
* 1/4 cup. Lemon Juice
* 1 1/2cups All Purpose Flour
* 1/4 tsp. Salt
* 1/2 tsp. BakingSoda
* 1/2 cup (1 Stick) softened Butter
* 1 cup Sugar
* 3Eggs
Glaze
* 1 cup Confectioner's Powdered Sugar
* 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
* 1-2 drops Yellow Food Coloring (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. In a small bowl, combine sour cream, lemon zest, vanilla, and lemon juice.
3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
4. In a stand mixer, combine butter and sugarfor about 2 minutes until it is fluffy.
5. Add eggs, one at a time, until well incorporated.
6. Rotate between adding the sour cream mixture and the dry ingredients until well blended and no ingredients remain.
7. Add to doughnut pan, filling just under the rim. To make this easier, use a piping or freezer bag.
8. Bake for 20 minutesminutes.
9. While cooling, whisk up the glaze.
