In a medium mixing bowl, combine melted butter, 1/2 cup allulose, half and half, vanilla, and eggs. Whisk until smooth. 4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir with a spatula until the liquid is absorbed by the flour. 5. In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup allulose with cinnamon. 6. Cajun Seasoning (use one that includes salt) * 1 tbsp. Garlic Powder * 1 tbsp. Onion Powder * 1tbsp. Paprika * 2 tsp. Rosemary * 2 tsp. Thyme * 2 tsp. Black Pepper * 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper (optional) * 1/4 cup. Softened Butter Instructions: 1. If using oven, preheat oven to 380º F. 2. Combine seasonings and butter to form a rub. 3. Rub the inside and outside of chicken with rub. 4. Use kitchen twine to tie off wings and legs. 5. If using a rotisserie, skewer chicken through the cavity and secure with rotisserie forks. Place into the rotisserie oven. 6. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
