INSTRUCTIONS :
.boil 450 grams rotini pasta until soft & drain water
.in a pan on medium heat add 250 grams chopped pancetta, cook for 5 minutes & remove
.in a bowl add 100 ml sour cream, 150 grams mayonnaise
.add 1/4 teaspoon dried chives, 1/2 tablespoon milk powder
.add 1/4 teaspoon cayenne, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
.add 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
.add 1/4 teaspoon dried dill, 1/4 teaspoon salt
.add 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper & mix well
.in a large bowl add cooked pasta, 80 grams chopped red onion
.add cooked pancetta & mix in with tongs
.add 12 grams chopped parsley, 250 grams grated white cheddar
.mix in with tongs & leave to sit for 5 minutes
.add 200 grams chopped romaine lettuce, 250 grams halved cherry tomatoes
.mix in with tongs
.add sauce & mix well ( serve immediately with sliced avocado )

.in a large pot on medium heat add 2 tablespoons olive oil
.once heated add 3 minced garlic clove & cook for 1 minute
.add 140 grams chopped onion & cook for 2 minutes
.add 560 grams sliced carrots & cook for 1 to 2 minutes
.add 1 kg potatoes, 1.36 kg sliced cabbage
.add 1 litre vegetable broth, 4 litres water
.add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
.mix well, cover with lid & cook for 45 minutes
.in a large pan on low to medium heat add 2 tablespoons olive oil
.once heated add 3 minced garlic cloves & cook for 1 to 2 minute
.add 680 grams canned corned beef & break up
.add 1 kg tomato passata & mix well
.add 1/4 teaspoon salt, add 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
.add 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin, 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
.mix well, reduce to low heat & cook for 20 to 25 minutes
.once veg is cooked drain all liquid & serve
