250 grams diced smoked ham ( 8.8 oz )
100 grams grated mozzarella & red cheddar ( 3.5 oz )

sea salt & black peppercorn ( seasoning )
INSTRUCTIONS :
.in a pan on medium heat add 500 grams mince beef, cook for 2 to 3 minutes
.season with sea salt & black peppercorn
.cook for 2 minutes
