INGREDIENTS :

800 grams drained canned chickpeas ( 28.2 oz )
400 grams chopped tomatoes in juice ( 14.1 oz )
100 grams chopped chorizo ( 3.5 oz )
180 grams kale ( 6.3 oz )
20 grams chopped parsley ( 0.7 oz )
2 tablespoons olive oil ( 26.6 grams )
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon ( 0.69 grams )
1 teaspoon cumin seeds ( 2.04 grams )
1 teaspoon paprika ( 2.30 grams )
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper ( 0.58 grams )
1/4 teaspoon salt ( 0.57 grams )

INSTRUCTIONS :

.in a mixing bowl add 800 grams drained canned chickpeas, 1 tablespoon olive oil
.add 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon paprika
.add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds & mix well
.transfer to baking dish & place in preheated oven 200 c / 392 f for 10 minutes
.in a mixing bowl add 180 grams kale, 1 tablespoon olive oil
.add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper & rub well
.remove baking dish from oven, add 400 grams chopped tomatoes in juice & spread evenly
.sprinkle on 20 grams chopped parsley
.add 100 grams chopped chorizo
.layer kale on top
.place back in oven for 6 minutes
