INGREDIENTS :

250 grams smoked pancetta bits ( 8.81 oz )
200 grams grated red cheddar ( 7.05 oz )
250 grams cream cheese ( 8.81 oz )
110 grams chopped red onion ( 3.88 oz )
375 grams puff pastry sheet ( 13.22 oz )
20 grams chopped parsley ( 0.7 oz )
20 grams melted butter ( 0.7 oz )
10 grams mustard ( 0.35 oz )
25 grams maple syrup ( 0.88 oz )
10 grams Worcestershire sauce ( 0.35 oz )
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper [ 0.29 grams )

INSTRUCTIONS :

.in a pan on medium heat add 250 grams smoked pancetta bits, 110 grams chopped red onion
.cook for 3 to 5 minutes & set aside ( drain excess fat )
.in a mixing bowl add 20 grams melted butter, 10 grams Worcestershire sauce
.add 10 grams mustard, 25 grams maple syrup
.add 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper & mix well
.roll out 375 grams puff pastry sheet
.spread 250 grams cream cheese on top
.layer on pancetta & onion
.sprinkle on 200 grams grated red cheddar
.sprinkle on 20 grams chopped parsley
.roll into a cylindrical shape
.slice evenly into circles
.place in a preheated oven 200 c / 392 f for 20 to 25 minutes
.drizzle sauce on top
