INGREDIENTS :
250 grams chopped pancetta ( 8.81 oz )
450 grams rotini pasta ( 15.87 oz )
200 grams chopped romaine lettuce ( 7.05 oz )
250 grams grated white cheddar ( 8.81 oz )
80 grams chopped red onion ( 2.82 oz )
250 grams halved cherry tomatoes ( 8.81 oz )
150 grams mayonnaise ( 5.29 oz )
100 grams sour cream ( 3.52 oz )
12 grams chopped parsley ( 0.42 oz )
1 sliced avocado
1/2 tablespoon milk powder ( 15.6 grams )
1/4 teaspoon salt ( 0.57 grams )
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper ( 0.58 grams )
1/4 teaspoon dried chives ( 0.25 grams )
1/4 teaspoon dried dill ( 0.25 grams )
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley ( 0.19 grams )
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder ( 0.78 grams )
1/2 teaspoon onion powder ( 0.98 grams )
1/4 teaspoon cayenne ( 0.45 grams )
INSTRUCTIONS :
.boil 450 grams rotini pasta until soft & drain water
.in a pan on medium heat add 250 grams chopped pancetta, cook for 5 minutes & remove
.in a bowl add 100 ml sour cream, 150 grams mayonnaise
.add 1/4 teaspoon dried chives, 1/2 tablespoon milk powder
.add 1/4 teaspoon cayenne, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
.add 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
.add 1/4 teaspoon dried dill, 1/4 teaspoon salt
.add 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper & mix well
.in a large bowl add cooked pasta, 80 grams chopped red onion
.add cooked pancetta & mix in with tongs
.add 12 grams chopped parsley, 250 grams grated white cheddar
.mix in with tongs & leave to sit for 5 minutes
.add 200 grams chopped romaine lettuce, 250 grams halved cherry tomatoes
.mix in with tongs
.add sauce & mix well ( serve immediately with sliced avocado )
