Ingredients for the sauce:
• 4 tomatoes
• 50 grams butter

Instructions:
1. Start by chopping the chicken into pieces. Then, chop the onion, garlic, and bell pepper finely and put them all in a blender. Add breadcrumbs, salt, and the mentioned spices to the blender, and mix well.
2. Then, add parsley and vegetable oil to the mixture and mix well. Add a little saffron and mix again.
3. Shape pieces of the mixture with your hands and fry them in a pan with hot oil over low heat until golden brown. Set aside.
4. For the sauce, puree the tomatoes and sauté them in the same pan. Then, add salt, black pepper, butter, and a little saffron, and sauté for a while.
5. Add the fried chicken pieces to the sauce and let it simmer for 5 minutes to blend the flavors.

1 عدد پیاز
3 حبه سیر
یک دوم فلفل دلمه ای قرمز
5 شاخه جعفری تازه
یک سوه فنجان روغن مایع
1 قاشق چایخوری نمک
یک دوم قاشق چایخوری فلفل سیاه
یک دوم قاشق چایخوری فلفل قرمز
یک دوم قاشق چایخوری پاپریکا
یک دوم فنجان پودر سوخاری
3 قاشق غذا خوری زعفران دم کرده
مواد لازم برای سس:
4 عدد گوجه فرنگی
50 گرم کره
نمک و فلفل سیاه و مقداری زعفران دم کرده
طرز تهیه:
ابتدا مرغ ها را تکه میکنیم و بعد پیاز، سیر و فلفل دلمه ای را خورد میکنیم و همه را در میکسر میریزیم و پودر سوخاری و نمک و ادویه های گفته شده در دسکریپشن را اضافه میکنیم و خوب با هم مخلوط میکنیم. سپس جعفری و روغن مایع را اضافه میکنیم و خوب مخلوط میکنیم. بعد کمی زعفران اضافه میکنیم و مخلوط میکنیم. سپس تکه های از مخلوط رو با دست شکل می دهیم و در ماهی تابه با روغن داغ و حرارت کم سرخ میکنیم و کنار میگذاریم. برای سس ابتدا گوجه ها را پوره میکنیم و داخل همان تابه تفت میدهیم بعد نمک و فلفل سیاه، کره و کمی زعفران را اضافه میکنیم و کمی تفت میدهیم سپس مرغ های سرخ شده را اضافه میکنیم و مدت 5 دقیقه در سس بماند تا مزه ها با هم مخلوط شود. سپس با نان و سبزی یا با برنج سرو میکنیم. نوش جان

۱۰۰گرم خامه صبحانه
۱۰۰گرم پنیر خامه ای
یک دوم لیوان شکر
بیسکویت پتی بور به تعداد
شکلات بنماری شده برای تزیین
طرز تهیه:
ابتدا 1 قاشق پودر ژلاتین را با 4 قاشق آب سرد مخلوط میکنیم تا حالت اسفنجی بشه سپس میگذاریم بنماری شود. نصف لیوان شیر ولرم را با یک بسته نسکافه فوری مخلوط میکنیم و کنار میگذاریم.
100 گرم خامه ، 100 گرم پنیر خامه ای و نصف لیوان شکر را مخلوط میکنیم. بعد مواد شیری و ژلاتین بنماری شده را اضافه میکنیم و مخلوط میکنیم تا صاف شود.
مواد را داخل قالب های تک نفره میریزیم نیازی به چرب کردن قالب نیست چون خامه دارد. به مدت 2 ساعت در فریزی میگذاریم. بعد از قالب خارج میکنیم و روی یک عدد بسکویت میگذاریم و سپس با شکلات بنماری شده تزیین میکنیم.

پیاز رو خلالی خورد میکنیم و کمی تفت میدهیم. مرغ هایی که مربعی خورد کردیم را همراه با ادویه ها بهش اضافه میکنیم و تفت میدهیم. حالا زشک و کمی زعفران رو اضافه میکنیم. داخل یک کاسه تخم مرغ، ماست، روغن، گلاب، زعفران، نمک و پودر دارچین را مخلوط میکنیم و بهش برنج نیم پز آبکش شده را اضافه میکنیم و خوب مخلوط میکنیم. سپس داخل قالب را چرب میکنیم و مواد تخم مرغی رو میریزیم و صاف میکنیم بعد یک لایه مواد گوشتی رو میریزیم و دوباره یک لایه برنج را میریزیم و صاف میکنیم و کمی فشرده میکنیم. سپس روی حرارت کم بمدت 40 تا 50 دقیقه میگذاریم دم بیاید. نوش جان

1 عدد خامه صبحانه
1 بسته بیسکویت پتی بور
دو و نیم لیوان آب جوش
طرز تهیه:
2 بسته پودر ژله رو با دو و نیم لیوان آب جوش مخلوط میکنیم. کف قالب را چرب میکنیم و یک موز برش داده شده را کف ان میچینیم. بعد یک لایه ژله میریزیم و حدود 15 دقیقه در یخچال میگذاریم که سفت شود. سپس 1 استکان کوچک ژله روی لایه قبلی میریزیم و دوباره در یخچال قرار میدهیم تا سفت شود. خامه صبحانه را همراه با 2 موز و بقیه ژله خوب میکس میکنیم و بهش بیسکویت پتی بور خورد شده اضافه میکنیم و بعد روی ژله قالبی میریزیم و بمدت 3 ساعت در یخچال قرار میدهیم تا کاملا سفت شود. سپس از قالی خارج میکنیم و تزیین و سپس سرو میکنیم. نوش جان
