Shirazi Quince Rice, known as "Gheymeh Polo Shirazi," is indeed one of the most delicious mixed rice dishes you can enjoy. Here's a recipe for you to try:

Ingredients for 5 servings:
• 3 cups of rice
• 300 grams of ground beef
• 6 walnuts
• 1/2 cup of raisins
• 2 tablespoons of pomegranate paste
• 3 tablespoons of grape molasses
• 1 large onion and 1 small onion
• 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
• 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric
• 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper
• 1/2 tablespoon of salt
• 3 tablespoons of saffron infused water
Instructions:
1. Begin by finely chopping the large onion, then fry it in oil until golden brown. Remove the fried onion from the pan.
2. Mix the ground beef with the finely chopped small onion, turmeric, salt, black pepper, and wheat flour, and knead well. Shape the mixture into small meatballs and fry them in the same pan until browned.
3. In the same pan, sauté the raisins, walnuts, fried onion, pomegranate paste, grape molasses, salt, turmeric, and saffron together, then mix everything.
4. Rinse the rice, then layer the bottom of a pot with bread. Alternate layers of rice and the meat mixture, finishing with a layer of rice on top. Smooth the surface.
5. Pour the combination of water, saffron, and half a cup of oil around the rice, ensuring there's an even distribution.
6. Cook covered on low heat for 45 minutes until fully cooked. Enjoy your meal!
