Coffee Dessert
Ingredients:
• 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
• 4 tablespoons cold water
• 1/2 cup warm milk
• 1 packet instant coffee powder
• 100 grams heavy cream
• 100 grams cream cheese
• 1/2 cup sugar
• Petit Beurre biscuits (as needed)
• Shredded chocolate for decoration
Instructions:
1. Start by mixing 1 tablespoon of gelatin powder with 4 tablespoons of cold water until it becomes spongy, then let it bloom.
2. Mix half a cup of warm milk with one packet of instant coffee and set aside.
3. Mix 100 grams of heavy cream, 100 grams of cream cheese, and half a cup of sugar. Then, add the bloomed gelatin mixture and mix until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture into individual molds. No need to grease the molds as the mixture contains cream. Place in the freezer for 2 hours.
5. After removing from the molds, place each dessert on a Petit Beurre biscuit and decorate with shredded chocolate.

مواد لازم :
1 قاشق غذاخوری پودر ژلاتین
4 قاشق غذاخوری آب سرد
یک دوم لیوان شیر ولرم
1 بسته پودر نسکافه ی فوری
۱۰۰گرم خامه صبحانه
۱۰۰گرم پنیر خامه ای
یک دوم لیوان شکر
بیسکویت پتی بور به تعداد
شکلات بنماری شده برای تزیین
طرز تهیه:
ابتدا 1 قاشق پودر ژلاتین را با 4 قاشق آب سرد مخلوط میکنیم تا حالت اسفنجی بشه سپس میگذاریم بنماری شود. نصف لیوان شیر ولرم را با یک بسته نسکافه فوری مخلوط میکنیم و کنار میگذاریم.
100 گرم خامه ، 100 گرم پنیر خامه ای و نصف لیوان شکر را مخلوط میکنیم. بعد مواد شیری و ژلاتین بنماری شده را اضافه میکنیم و مخلوط میکنیم تا صاف شود.
مواد را داخل قالب های تک نفره میریزیم نیازی به چرب کردن قالب نیست چون خامه دارد. به مدت 2 ساعت در فریزی میگذاریم. بعد از قالب خارج میکنیم و روی یک عدد بسکویت میگذاریم و سپس با شکلات بنماری شده تزیین میکنیم.
