Cheesecake is one of those desserts that everyone loves, no matter the flavor or style. So, let's make a Coconut Cheesecake!
Ingredients:
• 100 grams biscuits (any type)
• 50 grams butter
• 200 grams breakfast cream
• 200 grams mascarpone cheese
• 35 grams desiccated coconut
• 75 grams sugar
• 1/3 cup water
• 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
Instructions:
Crush the biscuits using a food processor. Then add softened butter to it and mix well.
Dissolve gelatin powder in cold water in a separate bowl and let it sit until it becomes clear and transparent.
In another bowl, beat together breakfast cream and sugar until well combined. Then add mascarpone cheese and mix well.
Add desiccated coconut and the prepared gelatin mixture to the cream mixture and mix until well combined.
Pour the buttery biscuits into a cake ring and press down gently to form the base. Smooth the surface.
Pour the coconut mixture over the biscuit base and spread it evenly. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Once set, remove from the fridge, remove the cake ring, and serve your delicious Coconut Cheesecake. Enjoy!
