At Dawn We Slept (Failure Is Not an Option)
"THE PRESS DIDN'T GET AROUND TO THAT." MLK
It was a declaration, required by law, to commence cordon sanitaire protocols, to include shelter in place orders and prohibitions against nonessential gatherings, and also nonmedical grade facial coverings mandates, but in the Commonwealth of Virginia, only one litigation, now on petition for certiorari, raised the objection that the declaration for a communicable disease of public health threat had been issued, despite the fact that no reports of COVID-19 infection would appear until exactly one month later, a violation of law celebrated as decisive action by the Richmond Free Press.
The Wall Street Journal, which had been issuing opinion editorials since July 2020, just recently published an opinion editorial promoting a study in Denmark and Sweden that had concluded that the lockdowns advocated by Dr. Anthony Fauci, had had absolutely no effect on the mortality rates in the current public health crisis, the reason that large social gatherings, like in person worship, were prohibited--a constitutional right to free exercise guaranteed under the First Amendment, only in the Constitution because men of faith, like Rev. Jeremiah Moore, had advocated for its inclusion in the Bill of Rights, but very few places of worship brought that matter to court in Virginia, resolved to wait until after the pandemic. Yet, in his first month in office, judicial activist progressives filed four suits against the Republican governor over his first day executive order regarding nonmedical grade facial coverings mandates that he decided to make optional, retreating from the scientific argument that there is not even one study that has overruled the 2010 study by NIOSH that had definitively determined that nonmedical grade substitutes in a respiratory tract infection pandemic would be wholly ineffective--the case we raised all the way to the Supreme Court.
Under DHS v. Board of Regents for the University of California, the "DACA Case", judicial review of government action is limited to what the agency knew at the time, and in February 2020 the WHO, which had declared the pandemic, had specifically instructed other nations not to resort to massive lockdowns, and even the Chinese had limited lockdowns to Wuhan and a few surrounding areas, and was reopening in February 2020, after only one month, but perhaps Americans love to have their freedom surrendered more than communists in China.

Each Soul Irreplaceable: You Have the Right to Remain Silent
A MEETING OF THE LADY'S GARDEN CLUB
In the 1962 political drama, The Manchurian Candidate, there is a scene, which expressly describes the United States, especially presently in a global public health crisis, as the speaker apologizes to one impatient attendee at a technical science discussion regarding conditioning, or brainwashing: "I keep forgetting that you are a young country, and your attention span is limited." If you are two years into a public health crisis, and have been watching YouTube videos or listening to NPR or just watching news content providers in ideological and political echo chambers, there is a lot that you probably missed in the only 62 minutes per day that Americans consume to absorb news content, only 15 minutes devoted to reading, and less than two and a half minutes on each story. In mass psychological operations, or psyops, this provides anyone who controls information flow to you a decided advantage, especially since even your own bias is probably blinded to you, as you are conditioned to make a "natural selection."
In technical papers, the messaging for the public health response has been described "non-rivalrous" promotion of a "public good." This was the description of a not often cited paper, Jeremy Howard, et al., Face Masks Against COVID-19: An Evidence Review, a preprint published on April 12, 2020, predating even the cutoff on nonmedical grade facial coverings of May 3, 2020 in the hasty review of 172 non-peer reviewed, observational studies conducted by the WHO, but this paper, prepared by the Data Institute at the University of San Francisco, had an expressed but ulterior purpose that ran counter to the headline, a phenomenon often seen in the press, like the Washington Post headline that had promoted the WHO study, "Spate of New Research Supports Wearing Masks", stating: "This review synthesizes available evidence to provide clarity, and advances the use of the ’precautionary principle’ as a key consideration in developing policy around use of non-medical masks in public."
Hence, a reader of only a headline, saw, in open view, an evidence review of nonmedical grade facial coverings, but the paper was an advocacy piece for a UNESCO doctrine, expressly rejected by American courts, in Sancho v. DOE, and providing state governors, including the nation's only physician serving as a state governor, generally for the public health crisis, and specifically for "mask" mandates, a "white paper" for compelling compliance amongst the general public for "mask" usage, a term repeatedly used to describe these nonmedical grade PPE substitutes that a true clinician or scientist would not use to describe these medical devices amongst themselves, but found to be effective in communication to persons not generally familiar with science, and this ignorance of science provided a psychologically leveraged advantage. If you are familiar with the Howard paper, you are "an insider" with a "code key" and are "read on", a term familiar to those engaged in national security work and intelligence.
To an intelligence analyst, it is significant, beyond the delay in hiring trace contacts follow up personnel across the nation, a methodology known widely in the medical community to be the most efficient and effective method for case identification and disrupting the spread of an infectious disease, a deliberate effort was made in an attempt to recruit 1,300 new hires, chosen from over six thousand resumes, not to require even a college degree, but only a familiarity with "general medical terms", and placing greater priority on personal characteristics like congeniality to be non-rivalrous, or passive/aggressive, as well as a focus upon racial and ethnic window dressing to appear diverse and inclusive, especially to present a work force that could "work with the brothers", so to speak, a technique specifically referenced in Margaret Sanger's December 10, 1939 letter to Dr. Gamble, describing her work in the Colored Project to promote "planned parenthood" to persons she had described as "ignorant, superstitious and confused", for which black doctors and clergy, the most educated, would make the best salesmen, and could deal with "rebellious members."
So, if you are not read on to the science, the nation passed a sobering benchmark, exceeding 900,000 COVID-19 fatalities, but if you are actually following the science, you know that as early as October 2020, the CDC acknowledged that those who had died without other comorbidity factors, represent only six percent, or about 54,000. Still, it remains a fact that there is an increase reported for deaths associated with PIC, or pneumonia, influenza and COVID-19; so, for those who want to deny that SARS-CoV-2 is not real, you can try to explain to yourself why there is an increase in fatalities in this category, which had formerly only included pneumonia and influenza.
In the Manchurian Candidate, the focus of the garden party scene was an attempt to demonstrate that, contrary to popular beliefs and opinions, uninformed as they tend to be, a person could be placed in a hypnotic state and perform actions that run afoul of their personal conscience, and, through nonrivalrous messaging, promoting a public good, in a public health crisis, while for still unexplained reasons, despite doors being closed to visitors at veterans care facilities on March 10, 2020, over 17,000 veterans deaths, median age 70, and largely Black and Hispanic, have been attributed to COVID-19. The Roman Catholic faith might describe this as being found asleep in the faith, woke notwithstanding. Similarly, as published in the New York Times in January, “They are among the most vaccinated groups, but people 65 and older make up about three-quarters of the nation’s coronavirus death toll.” But the nonrivalrous message from the President, while even the Auschwitz Memorial rejects comparisons to the Holocaust is: “They were beloved mothers and fathers, grandparents, children, brothers and sisters, neighbors, and friends. Each soul is irreplaceable.”
And you have a right to remain silent.

Stormy Seas, Men as Trees and Pharisees
WHEN YOU FALL IN LOVE FOR THE FIRST TIME, AGAIN. . .
Have you ever read a book or watched a movie for a second time, or even third time, and saw something that you missed the first time, or are you one of those incredible minds that only needs to get it once? Well, only 1 in every 250 people have an IQ over 140 to qualify for the credential of being called a genius; so, chances are, you probably don't get it right the first time.
And, at least the New Scientist, in May 2021, established that "photographic memory" is like extraterrestrial life on other planets, and the zoonotic source for COVID-19, something you may accept on faith, but for which we have no empirical evidence, even if 56% of those in the United Kingdom are very certain it is out there, while 52% deny the moon landing--so, remember that the next time you get impressed watching BBC and hearing someone talk like James Bond. And the New Scientists is pretty certain that when it comes to Highly Superior Autobiographical Memory, or a detailed recollection of past timeline events in your life, that is only about 100 people in the world, while detailed memory of an image, or eidetic memory is limited to between two and ten percent of children between six and twelve. So, when the Colonel says, you need to write this down, LT, if you value your career, you need to follow that order, hooah? Or maybe you will be that exception who says, I got it, and will actually not be lying.
We are two years into a pandemic, and by March 2, 2020, the author of the WHO 40-page report on almost 56,000 laboratory confirmed cases in China told Vox Media that he was certain that nobody had read his report. Now with over 380 million people who have been infected, and over 5.6 million dead, even if you want to believe you took the vaccine because you follow the science, or did not take the vaccine because you thought you knew the science, it may be a good time for an in-progress-review, like we do in the military when developing defense research projects to ensure that nothing has gone off track or gotten lost, hooah?
No Bodies? Perfect.

Evolving Science? Dang, Yo! (This Virus Isn't Stupid)
SHOULDA, COULDA, WOULDA IN A ONCE IN A LIFETME PANDEMIC
Before shifting his focus to his "ministers of the gospel", desribed as "a marvelous picture", in his Mountaintop Speech, Rev. King said: "All we say to America is, 'Be true to what you said on paper.' If I lived in China or even Russia, or any totalitarian country, maybe I could understand some of these illegal injunctions. Maybe I could understand the denial of certain basic First Amendment privileges, because they hadn't committed themselves to that over there. But somewhere I read of the freedom of assembly. Somewhere I read of the freedom of speech. Somewhere I read of the freedom of press. Somewhere I read that the greatness of America is the right to protest for right.1 And so just as I say, we aren't going to let dogs or water hoses turn us around, we aren't going to let any injunction turn us around. We are going on."
And, like the science against lockdowns was available, and even stated by the WHO, not only after their examination of the outbreak in China, but also as far back as 2006, that lockdowns and shelter in place orders were bad public health policy. But, describing anyone who opposed Dr. Fauci being political, now approaching six million worldwide fatalities, we are at the Supreme Court for a right to be heard at a meaningful time, as guaranteed in due process.
And, in vivid demonstration of the progressive unprincipled approach in the public health crisis, the same partisans who preached science have brought as many as four lawsuits have been initiated against the Governor's executive order to make nonmedical grade facial coverings optional--medical devices that the NIOSH had declared wholly ineffective in preventing infection a decade ago. And going into courts in progressive districts, Glen Youngkin's strongest argument is to simply argue the science, which they are confident he does not know, and if he did, he would not have gone with an optional policy on this issue regarding public health.
Even Democrats in Congress and a recent poll by Axios indicates that people are ready to move on and just live with the novel coronavirus, but there still remains an issue of accountability, and not just mistakes were made, but malicious attempts in fraudulent representations on what constituted safety against a SARS-like coronavirus that our other case that has been docketed at the Supreme Court establishes the government actually owns, developed with full knowledge by Anthony Fauci who had been the strongest advocate for the public health policies he should have known would be ineffective.

Blind Disciple Ship (I Said "Ship", God, Damn It!)
FIDES QUAERENS INTELLECTUM (FAITH SEEKING UNDERSTANDING)
Do you walk by faith and not by sight in a pandemic, relying blindly upon public health guidance? Have you volunteered to be a proselyte and zealous adherent to witness for the opiates of the masses in vaccines? Apparently, science has become the new American religion and apparently quite a few have been converted to a great commission to spread that religion to the four corners of the world.
So, for those in the profession where 95% of seminarians lose faith in the first years of ministry and in the faith that witnessed a decline of 12% in the decade before a novel coronavirus closed the doors to the church, it may be a good time for an after action review on why a 1.8% case fatality rate disease was a market killer for eternal and abundant life.
Maybe you didn't believe in the product you received a commission to sell.

Mission Impossible: Extreme Discretion (Disavowed)
IF FAUCI HELPED TO DEVELOP A NOVEL CORONAVIRUS THAT KILLED WORLD LEADERS, IS THAT, BY DEFINITION, ASSASSINATION UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER 12,333?
Under Executive Order 12,958, information can only be classified if the government owns it, and, for unknown reasons, the infectious dose and secondary attack rate for COVID-19 has never been published by any official government source. So, on March 23, 2021, we asked the stupid question. For unknown reasons the White House provided no response.
On July 7, 2021, with no reports in the press, we filed an action in the Federal District Court in Richmond to compel the White House to provide a simple yes or no answer, but the Court ordered us to amend the complaint, which was completed by August 13th. For unknown reasons, the Court never published the summonses to be served by the United States Marshal, and on October 29th, the Court dismissed the complaint for dubious reasons, but permitting an appeal to be brought to the Fourth Circuit.
Upon filing at the Fourth Circuit, we were eligible for a direct interlocutory appeal, on application for prejudgment injunctive relief, as was used by the Brooklyn Diocese in November 2020 at the Supreme Court, and our application was presented to the presiding justice for the Fourth Circuit, the Chief Justice. Replies are due from the White House on Valentine's Day.
However, multiple world leaders have died from COVID-19, and, if the government owns COVID-19 and it escaped, that is at least problematic, and if it got into the wrong hands and was used to assassinate world leaders, that is a serious security problem.

Attorneys Need Not Apply: Excessive Force: EF U., Buddy!
"MISTAKES WERE MADE"
Even the left leaning Slate has an article about the recent quarantine guidelines not making sense to most people, but only six percent of persons attaining a baccalaureate degree graduate with a degree in biology, and only two percent of those continue on to graduate study, and, in a "once in a lifetime pandemic", as described by Virginia State Attorney General Mark Herring in multiple litigations, by July 2020, 73% of Democrats and 66% of Republicans were confident that they understood the science that continues, at least of report, to confuse the scientists who are employed doing this every day.
And one line from Slate underlines this Pastor Hemmings Jacobson understanding of public health crises and medicine: the new guidelines make sense, to our reporter, because some experts said that ten days seemed to be excessive. The discussion on seeking to mitigate socioeconomic externalities that might be discussed by public policy trained or employed professionals is totally lost on Slate, chasing the assurance and necessity of a negative test result, for folks who just followed orders to go into quarantine. But entirely lost ucepon most everyone who volunteered to place themselves in jail, like one might do when playing Monopoly, not passing go and not collecting $200, is a basic fact of infectious disease: just because you are infected does not mean that you are infectious, and, with the flu, even though you may feel terrible for weeks, you are infectious within 24 hours, but only continue to be so for about a week.
Let us just assume that you are fully vaccinated, and maybe boosted up, because you want to fool yourself into believing you follow the science, but do you know that you require the infectious dose to develop an effective vaccine? It helps you to determine the proper levels, in serological titres, the correlates of protection that need to be present to put up a good fight. You don't want mall security showing up to take on Rambo coronavirus. It's "just common sense." In case you missed the April article in NPR on correlates of protection, you probably missed the NPR article, by the same guy, Joe LaPalca, in August, the same day the FDA approved the vaccines, when Dr. Fauci "discovered it", and said in the White House briefing that correlates of protection might help us to develop a more effective vaccine--the vaccines that FDA approved on the basis of the preprint of an efficacy test that had been submitted by Pfizer, far below the standard for an approval for an NDA or ANDA (look it up), and even below the standard for an EUA (a term I pray you know).
Have you read the CDC website in a lethal pandemic? Did you read the "science report" published at the beginning of May that stated that CDC admitted that the infectious dose remains unknown? It has been a topic of interest in a lot of the science literature that you probably did not read, and even found mention in that National Geographics article in April 2020 that freaked science challenged folks out when they determined that a droplet might travel 26 feet.
So, with over 70% of Americans, age 5 and up, vaccinated, we can assume nobody paid attention in middle school biology when the teacher said that viruses are the most abundant biological particles in the world, and you probably did not possess that burning curiosity to determine for yourself, without being told to do so, how many are harmful to mankind. And we can assume that you are probably not even in a position to say the guidelines don't make sense to you, because you don't possess enough knowledge to grade this exam, without an answer key.
So, this video about excessive force in the employment of the police powers of the state in public health may be far too advanced for you, but maybe in the next pandemic, someone will make a great cartoon or children's book for you.

Mandamus Action on Rehearing: Motion Denied!
BIDEN AND NORTHAM TIPTOE BACK FROM OMICRON RESPONSE, BUT MOTION TO COMPEL PROSECUTOR TO CHARGE SHERIFF DENIED
Even while announcing no mask mandates or restrictions for omicron variant, with record high infection levels, Virginia Governor Ralph Northam stood defiant, stating that 39 fatalities in Virginia was a lot, but offering no reason for his decision not lockdown like he began to do on March 15, 2020, with only 45 reported cases and one fatality. Northam's move followed a similar announcement by the White House, shifting to free testing kits, an admission from VDH that the omicron variant may be more transmissible but not as lethal as the delta variant. This reversal followed a decision to back away from mandates for child vaccines. And, meanwhile, the White House is under an order to respond to matters raised before Justice Kavanagh on the DOL vaccines mandate no later than 4 p.m. on December 30th, an action in which what will be our fourth action at the Supreme Court will be filed no later than Friday, as an intervenor.
But, a decision of the prosecutor for the City of Alexandria to refuse to even investigate allegations regarding the sheriff failing to serve process on the Governor in the first filed and longest surviving litigations against the lockdowns in the Commonwealth, commenced on April 2, 2021, was affirmed by the court, dismissing a motion for reconsideration, which provides more time for other actions of the defendants while the matter goes up on appeal, and preserves the reputation of the presiding judge, who has a reputation of being a pretty hardline jurist, and an expected outcome in the reality of litigation.

Feat of the Immaculate Infection
THEOLOGIANS DON'T SIT IN PEWS, AND GENETICISTS DON'T SUFFER PANDEMICS
If you listen to scientists discussing the aspects of the omicron variant, there is a sense of detached awe and wonder, and generally not the fear expressed by those engaged in broadcast journalism or policy making. It's academic. And, at least by junior high, after having visited various worship settings from listening to Rev. William Coffin at Riverside Baptist Church across from Columbia University, to Rev. Samuel Dewitt Proctor at the Abyssinian Baptist Church in Harlem to Rev. Bobby Laws at the Ebenezer Baptist Church in Brooklyn, it became clearly evident that theologians don't sit in church pews. Nor does political philosophy ever become a salient issue, in elevated discourse during the course of an election, indicative that there are far more opiates of the masses than assumed by some of a certain political and ideological persuasion.
But, for a moment, with so many various court cases occurring as the floodgates of litigation are unleashed, while spending time in social distancing, it may be of some value for self-edification to engage in some study regarding the jurisprudential notion of proximate cause to be able to think like a lawyer regrading assigning culpability to only those direct and proximate injuries caused by a specific agent. Cause and effect, which would actually be thinking like a scientist and using the science. Maybe take some time to consider the Aristotelian notion of first causes, like a philosopher engaged in deep thoughts about origins and genesis and from where a pandemic pathogen arose for which, to date, not even one scientist has determined the zoonotic source for a single strand of RNA that managed to spread around the entire world.
A scientist would probably want to know the exact source of infection for Tim Kaine, Cory Booker, Elizabeth Warren or even Ralph Northam, and not just assume it was because of a general condition of a pandemic. How else would you best equip yourself from becoming another breakthrough infection? It's just common sense, as they say.

Slow Is Smooth and Smooth Is Fast
ONCE UPON A DECEMBER: VIRTUE TESTING
General George Washington spent his first winter trying to get to Jersey, had lost every battle, had an army with an enlistment contract expiring who had lost hope and were planning to just say goodbye to General George. However, the losing General Washington did not know two things, and one of the things he did not know is still unknown today: one of his closest confidantes was a British spy, which may explain why he kept losing.
But General Washington lucked out. The British Spy did his job to tell the enemy. Washington even had British loyalists who crossed the river with him and ran ahead to Trenton, deserting the Continental Army assault force on Trenton to warn the Hessians. However, the Hessians had a commander who did not see George as a credible threat.
Washington had a plan, weather delayed him by three hours, he did not know one of his closest friends was a spy, and did not know he had loyalists in his invasion force running ahead to alert his enemies, and George received the worst news in the world: the two other commanders he thought were going to cross the river at separate points to help out, couldn't make it, and George was all alone, but George decided to forge ahead anyway, but the leadership question, a nonessential answer for followers who just do what they are told, is if you knew what George knew, against the popular choice, forge on to become the hero of the Battle of Trenton? Or would you wait until things were optimal: the standard expressed by Captain Brett Crozier to flag officers before he essentially invaded Guam, violated the Third Amendment, committed voluntary manslaughter and scuttled the Pacific.
In a former life as a top army spy, I personally knew the person over all intelligence oversight, the attorney who handled all of the legal problems that arose and the dude in charge of the polygraph program. And, besides being curious about how you might be able to cheat a polygraph, as a counterintelligence guy, the operative question was: if you beat the polygraph, could I still catch you in a lie, nonetheless. Short answer: yes.
Multiple people have said that the other person is playing politics in pandemic, and that is an easy sell, just like telling your momma it wasn't you, but your sibling. So, we designed an easy test, no science, with only one right or wrong answer. If you disagree with the analysis, you have an ulterior motive that has just been exposed.
We framed an inquiry to the White House in March, and then also told them exactly why we wanted the information, and they, in turn decided to refuse to respond.
So, we went to court, where the only thing the court has to figure out is whether or not the White House responded to a FOIA. Yes or no.
If not, did they provide a proper reason? Yes or no.
There are no other choices on this multiple-choice test. You have no way to defend the President for failing to respond, and if you support him in his nonresponse, you are a traitor to the United States. Any questions?

Hell: If It Ain't Bob Marley (Scrooged Your Buddy)
WHAT *IN HELL* WERE YOU THINKING?
Post pandemic, it might be a good idea to produce a documentary on the exact motivations of individuals in a global public health crisis. Generally, it would be helpful in future pandemics why persons decided to don a facial covering, nonmedical grade, that the NIOSH had definitively determined were wholly ineffective in a respiratory tract infection public health crisis over a decade ago, just as the CDC had three years before that, attributed to the pneumonia coinfections that caused over 90% of the fatalities in the Spanish Flu Pandemic. Did they read the science?
It would be insightful to discover why people rushed to get vaccinated with countermeasures released under an emergency use authorization that had defined "emergency" as a significant threat to national security, defined as members of the active duty military, and citizens residing abroad, and approved on the basis of an efficacy test, which is distinct from effectiveness, to a scientist, but which served no barrier to approval of the Pfizer vaccine by the FDA, which, despite an effectiveness requirement, approved the COVID-19 countermeasures developed by Pfizer on the basis of a preprint of an efficacy test. It might be good to discover why the FDA did that, why the President wanted them to do that, and why nobody in checks and balances checked that.
It would be insightful for education to know why few if any knew that coughing and sneezing are asymptomatic signs of infection, but far more why persons who had graduated high school did not know that viruses are the most abundant biological particles in the world, that there were only 220 viruses harmful to man before the health crisis, and were the least likely threat to mankind, but, with close connections to a bat reservoir in Yunnan, the location of a military grade laboratory, between 2003 and 2005, a total of five suddenly appeared, three of which are, today, up to 30% of our common cold.
But, in the near term, personally, I would like to know why the Virginia Governor and Attorney chose to evade a summons in seven litigations, rather than come to court and argue their case on the merits--why the Alexandria Sheriff decided not to serve process upon them--why, when the Commonwealth Attorney was named as a defendant to compel him to charge the Sheriff, he chose not to serve process on that prosecutor or himself.
In pandemic, with regard to the science, if you could do it all again, what would you do differently? Did you, and your genius, ever attempt to help resolve the crisis, or did you just follow orders to be a part of the "team", succumbing to peer pressure? Are you not the leader you thought you were before the pandemic?

In 1986, when comedian Eddie Murphy was in the summer release of The Golden Child, an apocalyptic tale about a challenge against a satanic demon, one local Christian evangelical of international notoriety was just a preacher's kid from the North in the Shenandoah. But in that dark fantasy comic tale, Chandler Jarell, the Axel Foley in Apocalypse, heard a prophecy that he would have to trust a man he had no reason to trust, and, on the day before Thanksgiving, before the toughest judge in the Democrat town of Alexandria and in a matter involving a Democrat prosecutor who had just run unopposed and won by 97%, one "loser" and unabashed conservative, rejected by the Establishment GOP, won the right to proceed in a trial, alleging a conspiracy to violate civil rights, about which not even the Washington Post, The Atlantic, the Huffington Post, the NAACP or the ACLU will discuss.

Attorneys Need Not Apply: You Have the Right to Remain Silent
ONLY SIX PERCENT OF ATTORNEYS ARE SUCCESSFUL AT BEING GRANTED CERTIORARI AT THE SUPREME COURT. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
On December 3, 2021, reply briefs are due from the County of Arlington and the Virginia State Attorney General in the first and longest surviving litigation against the facial coverings mandates, the only "masking" mandate case to reach the highest court in the land, and without the participation or assistance of even one attorney. State Attorney General Mark Herring, who had issued a press release in August 2020 was so afraid of this litigation against Virginia Governor Ralph Northam's COVID-19 response that he chose to mention only the fifteen litigations brought by law firms he had easily defeated, and in neither the U.S. District Court in Richmond, nor the Fourth Circuit, did he ever formally enter an appearance or present a legal argument in the case, but now, after over a year, he has to think about what he plans to say to the conservative majority at the U.S. Supreme Court to explain conduct that conforms to a prima facie case of conspiracy to violate civil rights and evasion of service of a summons, two felonies alone that have a maximum sentence combined of 30 years in federal prison.
So, having come this far by faith, literally, and having developed a case under the Free Exercise Clause, if you are a law student, a paralegal or just somebody just seriously interested in the law, this is your one an only chance in a once in a lifetime pandemic to assist in the preparation of oral argument before the United States Supreme Court, an honor that even most attorneys never attain.

Just a Fool--Argues Impervious Bandanas Defense in Court
HOW I USED MY MASK TO SNEAK ALL THE WAY TO SCOTUS UNOPPOSED
It is a case brought against the facial coverings mandates in the Commonwealth that was the first brought, just days after Dr. Ralph Northam had prescribed that even a bandana or piece of cloth with some rubber bands could prevent COVID-19 infection, but not reported in the press. It was a case not even mentioned in Blue Virginia when State Attorney General had published a press release in late August about his successful defense of the Governor's public health crisis response. It was a case, amongst six, not even specifically mentioned by the Progressive Voters Guide when they had claimed that a candidate opposing Arlington Democrat Mary Kadera in the Arlington Public School Board race had been against the government response to the pandemic. And it was a case upon which even the Arlington GOP, which, in 2016, had backed overwhelmingly, a pro choice environmentalist as their nominee for for congress, had passed.
And in that "covert" operation, an allegedly "fake CI Ranger", made it all the way to the Supreme Court, manuevering through the U.S. District Court and the Fourth Circuit, without State Attorney General Mark Herring ever entering an appearance or presenting a legal argument, while evading a summons from the United States Marshal, a felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison, with the acquiescence of the courts in the Fourth Circuit. So, why wasn't this on Fox News?

Due diligence in a public health crisis with alleged evolving science would have prompted a reasonable person to take a crash science course and begin reading science reports to stay current on the late breaking developments, or, with your life on the line do you wait for a vaccine and directions from the government? Probably why you were not selected for that promotion and why they said you lacked strategic level thinking skills. Just saying, having worked as the top commissioned officer for strategic counterintelligence operations, as just a lieutenant.

Big Bang Theory: And the RUST Is His Story
HELL: I THOUGHT IT WAS FUNNY, BUT I WAS ONLY ON THE VIP TOUR
The Santa Fe Sheriffs' Department did say that they were still investigating, and were not ruling out any theories, but they also ordered Alec Baldwin to shut the hell up. It is what it is, and we all know those prima dona Hollywood types. And, action!

Fauci Lied: Mask of Command
The Adventures of Thuc. Fin: Cutting Off Your Nose to Spite Your Face
Readers of Newsweek, a Left to Center bias publication, who are on the penumbra and like to engage in Fauci bashing may have caught the article by two epidemiologists who actually describe Fox News as a reliable primary source. Yeah, I hear ya, woke brotha, and I am actually conservative. But, for those engaging readers who may have decided to click on the link regarding a 430 B.C. reference to what most educated people call mithridatism, attributed to Mithridates, a Greek ruler who lived about three centuries after Thucydides work on the History of the Peloponnesian War, how many took a look at that modern translation and said to themselves, "I had to translate that as a freshman in high school?" If you had attended a Jesuit college preparatory high school, like Tim Kaine and Don Beyer, chances are far higher that you did, and then only if you had been early identified as a student with even higher scholastic aptitude than those who were accepted, and were required to take the Latin I course, the ones at a high performing high school who actually had the best shot at attending an Ivy League College, or, at least in those days, when college entrance exam score requirements were much higher, a service academy, at least by scores, since to get accepted you had also better know a congressman pretty well. Today, by scores, West Point is actually the easiest service academy for which to qualify, by SAT score, requiring only a 1280, ten points higher than the average kids at Arlington's best performing high school, but, again, you still had better be a good friend of a congressman.
But for those clicked on the link to Thucydides, and are now starting to understand why we chose the title, i.e. Thuc., who knows why we used the word "Fin"? If you are a fan of foreign films, there is a spoiler alert. What is the most memorable story recorded in The History of the Peloponnesian War: The Battle of Pyrrhus, right, from which we derive the term "Pyrrhic Victory", a story that echoes an implied theme from the tale, read in Latin I, about that fella who screamed the words "Nike" after the battle of Marathon, and not trying to get a sneaker endorsement deal, right? If you are lost in obfuscation here, ya really ain't educated, but, for those with sufficient perspicacity, you may then understand why Momma's favorite used to say is coupled up in the title for this introduction to this video about facial coverings mandates.
A favorite past time amongst the intelligentsia, a big socialist, Marxist and communist elite thing is talking way over your head and laughing about your misunderstanding, and you have a pandemic with over five million dead worldwide. Just saying, yo.

Tabula Rosa: Pandemic Hidden Agenda Item
I HATE: TO BE THE ONE SAID I TOLD YOU SO!
One of the greatest joys of being a MAGA school board candidate in a liberal public school district as they try to reopen schools is that when I lose and they mess up, I can just sit back and say I told you so. If I had a former biological warfare planner running for school board, as a former intelligence officer, I would forget about my political or ideological preference to hear what the expert says, but, apparently, that is not the method that our government scientists use.

Fauci Lied: The Great Profit of Pandemic
'"THIS MAY REQUIRE A POLITICAL SOLUTION," IN MY BEST CAPT. BRETT CROZIER TRYING TO SOUND LIKE SIR ROGER MOORE VOICE
Spoiler Alert: Fauci lied. The novel coronavirus was not zoonotically evolved, and, according to psychology, we can expect the following stages from every "Fauci Said", Fully Vaccinated and Masked Up Adult who did not know that "stay at home" was the clinical equivalent of closing the hatch on a flooding compartment on a sinking submarine: 1) Denial; 2) Anger; 3) Bargaining; 4) Depression; and 5) Acceptance.
What? Even pastors are supposed to learn a little psychology, and it may come in useful in counterintelligence interrogation, but I cannot say. Just a hunch, ya know?

No Way Out: Pandemic Crisis Resolution Simulation
THE GREATEST HONOR HISTORY CAN BESTOW
It was the divisive election year in which "LBJ, LBJ, How Many Kids Have You Killed Today?" decided that "if nominated, I will not run; if elected, I will not serve." It was the divisive election year, in which RFK (a lot of three letter initials that year), was assassinated, leaving many to wonder if Rosey Greer sang to him, as he lay on the floor at the Ambassador Hotel, "It's Alright to Cry; It Might Make You Feel Better. It was the divisive election year in which MLK did not decide to be a nonpartisan NAACP member to indicate strong preferences for either candidate in the election, and went out for a smoke on a motel balcony before walking into history. And after he had emerged victorious with a "Southern Strategy" with which Democrats are still trying to figure out the magic for breaking up, RN, a two letter initial President, like TR, gave a memorable inaugural address with a spirit from which Barack Obama this past week refrained while stumping for his favorite partisan candidate, Terry McAuliffe. After his election battle was won, pitted in a conflict in Southeast Asia, Tricky Dick, the master of the Checkers Speech, stood up before the American people, and said that the greatest honor that history can bestow is the title of peacemaker, and his first inaugural address continued with that same theme. But, post Watergate, despite being a really great inaugural address, few ever say: remember that great Nixon speech.
A former high school teacher in a school board race in a community where we have the most government scientists has never at even one point discussed the basic science of a novel coronavirus, one of only 221 viruses from the most abundant biological particles in the universe, which somehow defied all odds to come into existence as a threat to mankind and then go on to become a pandemic, with a less than five percent secondary attack rate, and a clear and present danger enough to frighten folks into business and school closures and anxiety about getting vaccinated--a disease with a 1.8% case fatality rate.
Tim Kaine and Don Beyer both had attended Jesuit high school, and they have to be familiar with the Jesuit instructional idea about using movies to tell a story, and, like Joe Biden, who grew up in a black church, which traditionally in the black tradition is not associated with anything Roman Catholic, which somebody needs to tell Tim Kaine who has for over 30 years believed he was a member of a black church, they did a lot of trying to sound like seeking reconciliation and instilling a spirit of working together by accusing anyone who did not vote for them as being divisive and making the pandemic political.
However, as was demonstrated when Arlington Public Schools went through a school facility renaming process, you can actually make a whole lot of money, especially in a public school division with the highest paying salaries, but apparently still not quite yet enough, even if they have yet to determine the exact infectious dose amongst our community of scientists to recruit and retain the best candidates, by becoming a "facilitator".
