Perhaps, Dick Posner quit his $290,000 job as a judge because he felt that passionately about the plight of a pro se litigant, and perhaps he was really willing to take on federal liberals in the Fourth Circuit, but maybe he was so emotional that he forgot how to prepare a case for certiorari, and since I already have a case loaded up, as a Christian looking out for a fella in obvious need, I decided to give him another shot, like a booster.
