Evolving Science? Dang, Yo! (This Virus Isn't Stupid)

SHOULDA, COULDA, WOULDA IN A ONCE IN A LIFETME PANDEMIC

Before shifting his focus to his "ministers of the gospel", desribed as "a marvelous picture", in his Mountaintop Speech, Rev. King said: "All we say to America is, 'Be true to what you said on paper.' If I lived in China or even Russia, or any totalitarian country, maybe I could understand some of these illegal injunctions. Maybe I could understand the denial of certain basic First Amendment privileges, because they hadn't committed themselves to that over there. But somewhere I read of the freedom of assembly. Somewhere I read of the freedom of speech. Somewhere I read of the freedom of press. Somewhere I read that the greatness of America is the right to protest for right.1 And so just as I say, we aren't going to let dogs or water hoses turn us around, we aren't going to let any injunction turn us around. We are going on."

And, like the science against lockdowns was available, and even stated by the WHO, not only after their examination of the outbreak in China, but also as far back as 2006, that lockdowns and shelter in place orders were bad public health policy. But, describing anyone who opposed Dr. Fauci being political, now approaching six million worldwide fatalities, we are at the Supreme Court for a right to be heard at a meaningful time, as guaranteed in due process.

And, in vivid demonstration of the progressive unprincipled approach in the public health crisis, the same partisans who preached science have brought as many as four lawsuits have been initiated against the Governor's executive order to make nonmedical grade facial coverings optional--medical devices that the NIOSH had declared wholly ineffective in preventing infection a decade ago. And going into courts in progressive districts, Glen Youngkin's strongest argument is to simply argue the science, which they are confident he does not know, and if he did, he would not have gone with an optional policy on this issue regarding public health.

Even Democrats in Congress and a recent poll by Axios indicates that people are ready to move on and just live with the novel coronavirus, but there still remains an issue of accountability, and not just mistakes were made, but malicious attempts in fraudulent representations on what constituted safety against a SARS-like coronavirus that our other case that has been docketed at the Supreme Court establishes the government actually owns, developed with full knowledge by Anthony Fauci who had been the strongest advocate for the public health policies he should have known would be ineffective.
