A Sincerely Held Faith Belief: Judge Not Lest Ye, Too, Shall Be Judged
ON RETURN OF INSPIRATION 4, IT HAS INSPIRED ME TO BELIEVE WE REALLY SHOULD HAVE AUTOMATED THOSE PANDEMIC CONTINGENCY PROTOCOLS THREE DECADES AGO
Intriguingly, despite being the most educated, by credential, you will never hear a progressive discussing the jurisprudential precedents regarding the COVID-19 response, or even referencing any specific science reports. Even the mention of "correlates of protection" at the White House Brief by the illustrious Dr. Fauci on the day that the Pfizer vaccines were approved by the FDA, based upon a six-month study on efficacy, not effectiveness, as required for approval, and a study that is still in preprint, or non peer reviewed. But, according to the President his most educated and enlightened woke voters were be simply inspired by the words "approved", like the over 60% who heard "immunity", but were deafened by the sound of "defense" in Defense Production Act.
But, if you happen to be in Arkansas and want to know the law on any company mandating a pledge of religious faith for your religious exception to a government entitlement, a property-like right that requires due process for any infringement, including your decision not to have immediate enjoyment, then this video might be helpful to educate, like the list of 30 medications that your company, and not your church says that you cannot take.

Pandemic Apprentice: Far Better to Be Feared Than to Be Liked on Facebook
DO YOU REALLY WANT NOT TO BE BANNED FROM A SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM WHERE YOUNG ADULTS UNABLE TO DISTINGUISH BETWEEN FACT AND FICTION REQUIRE PARENTAL SUPERVISION?
Okay. Facebook is where all of your friends and family are. You feel cut off from their photos of happy moments, videos of graduations and weddings, and all of that emotional attachment crap, but, did you ever notice that you only contact them on Facebook and social media? Ya ever stop to think that there may have been a reason you never saw somebody since high school or college? Maybe you are still single, never having met that one true love, perfect for you, destined, star-crossed lover. Take a look at how many idiots volunteered for an as is vaccines, and tell you're Momma in Heaven you may not have grandkids for her, but, at least you're not gay!

HOW COULD FACEBOOK AND YOUTUBE EVEN INTERPRET MY "CRAZY" AND "IGNORANT" POSTS TO DISCERN A THREAT WORTHY OF DISABLING MY ACCOUNT
Do you have blue dot, verified account? Do you have subscribers and followers on a monetized account? Are you a celebrity who has paparazzi? Do people ask for your autograph? Have you appeared as an expert on CNN or Fox News? Have you been invited to speak at CPAC? So, besides your group of Facebook friends and the folks in your echo chamber chat group, who probably already agree with you, who in the world do your anti vaccine posts actually affect, according to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube? And, when will we start monitoring phone calls, text messages, letters and other communications for illegal thoughts by the Gestapo or the Thought Police? Big Brother is watching.

Return to a City Atop a Hill
IS YOUR FAITH SO INFECTIOUS THAT YOU NEED TO BE QUARANTINED?
During Holy Week in 1979, after his election to U.S Congress, my godfather, Rev. William "Bill" Gray, III, travelled by train each day from Washington into Penn Station in Newark, NJ to be picked up by one of our church's deacons to deliver the sermon for our Lenten Revival, and, on the final night, he delivered a sermon titled "The Indictments Against a Man Named Jesus." Any biblical scholar would readily point out that Uncle Bill was definitely not "in the Book" that evening, and engaged in some literal "liberation theology", nor do I doubt that if required to render sworn testimony under penalty of perjury, Uncle Bill would testify that he had personally recovered the charging documents. and if Uncle Bill had a charge sheet, we may be able to get a new trial on the third indictment of "taking up space", which I am pretty certain was not codified in Roman law. But we live in an interesting time for faith, and don't be surprised if you find yourself being apprehended upon allegations of being a devout, evangelical Christian. But two questions arise from that very possible hypothetical: 1) Could the state mount enough evidence to convict you; and 2) Would you hire the best attorney to get you acquitted?
We are currently in our third litigation against the COVID-19 response in defense of the faith community, having the first filed and longest surviving challenges against the lockdowns, now on appeal in the State Supreme Court, and the first and longest surviving challenges against the facial coverings mandate, now on petition for certiorari before the U.S. Supreme Court, with litigation against the vaccines commenced on July 7, 2021, the same day that Donald Trump filed suit against "Big Tech."
We filed against Big Pharm, multiple state and federal agencies and a few politicians involved in the "American Rescue Plan", and had included a few social media platforms upon which we had been suspended or banned permanently. But, with an order from the Court to amend issued on July 13, 2021, a door closed and a window opened, permitting us to add additional defendants and causes of action; so, this will be the very first litigation ever launched in history against Facebook, or any other social media platform under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, which creates a felony for not only blocking the entrance to an abortion mill, but also for blocking the entrance to a place of worship, with allowance to bring a civil suit, which we are bringing against Facebook.
Consider the pandemic argument. According to CDC, we have a pandemic amongst the unvaccinated, which I am. The safest option for all involved, so that I do not become the choir member in the Skagit County Chorale whose choir could not sing the Lord's praise without his voice and who was accused of setting off a "super spreader event" with a less than five percent pathogen that resulted in the deaths of two of his fellow choir members. So, the safe option is to attend church being livestreamed online on Facebook, but not for the fact that Facebook deleted my account and will not permit me to create a new account.
Under the FACE Act, if you are trying to create a defense, alternative options for worship are not a defense, just like you could not say that a person who was obstructed en route to an abortion mill had other options. So, this will be an interesting "case of first impression."

APS Board Recommendation on Facial Coverings
IF YA AIN'T WOKE ENOUGH TO KNOW HALLOWEEN IS OVER, YA REALLY AIN'T WOKE
A lot of "over 90%" sales puffery is floating around about vaccines, but when Rochelle Walensky rejected the science of measles being the most infectious disease ever known, even her admission that she never saw a case of measles in two decades, it was not enough to avert the conclusion that you may require a second medical opinion.

IT''S DEGRADE PUNKING, CHARLIE BROWN@
According to Fox News, 40% of the new cases of a disease with a 1.8% case fatality rate, and in which over 80%, at most, experience mild pneumonia, were in three states: Florida, Texas and Missouri. Of course they don't add that additional information, but, rather tell you that an astounding 83% of the new cases are the fifty percent more transmissible than the former less than five percent infectious variant: the dreaded delta, with a case fatality rate less than the flu: 0.2%.
According to CDC Director Rochelle Wallensky, M.D., who had forgotten her homework on the day she had to respond to the Senate hearing to which she had been invited to discuss the possible laboratory origins of a novel coronavirus--a whopping 46,318 new cases arose in the past seven days, Oh my! We have 332,444,430 Americans; so that would be and incredible 0.01% of Americans placed in jeopardy of, more likely than not, mild pneumonia--or maybe even just asymptomatic infection! Somebody, please mobilize the National Guard, right?
Well, those "most at risk" have bought the scare tactics, and 80% are fully vaccinated, and, according to Fox News, two million badass individuals have volunteered for the as is vaccine in the past ten days. Thanks, "hero." Gimme a thumbs up, Wild Man.

Pandemic Apprentice: Educated: A Proof
It is banned on YouTube, forbidden on Facebook and suspended permanently from release on Twitter: the truth on pandemic and COVID-19.
Hours ago, the nation's only physician serving as a state governor, chose to leave to local school boards the decision as to whether or not to mandate facial coverings that NIOSH determined a decade ago would not be effective in a respiratory tract infection public health crisis. Why did Governor Northam not mandate facial coverings, like before? Why didn't he mandate vaccines?
Why did Northam evade the United States Marshal in litigation challenging his first facial coverings mandate, a a felony evasion matter now on petition for certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court?

Vacate or Vaccinate: Ya Think LOCO Counsel Can Handle a Pro HACK?
IF YA NEVER WORKED AT A LARGE NYC FIRM, YA AIN'T REALLY AN ATTORNEY
I've actually been in courtrooms since I was a child, completed my first "attorney work product" before graduating from middle school, helping Resorts Casinos bring gambling to Atlantic City and have, of record, argued more cases in court than Mark Warner, who has a law degree but never practiced law. And, now, with neither a license nor a law degree, I've actually got the first filed and longest surviving litigation challenges against the lockdowns and facial coverings orders in Virginia, and just filed the first case against the vaccines, while running for the Arlington Public School Board, which is more cases on COVID-19 than any Republican in Virginia--and I am not endorsed by the Arlington GOP, if that tells you how "conservative" they are.
We filed against the vaccines developers in a case that also included Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, and one RICO count against Governor Ralph Northam and State Attorney General Mark Herring on the same day that Donald Trump filed his case against social media, and we are not even endorsed by the Republican Party of Virginia, if that tells you how "conservative" they are.
And, on July 13th, the U.S. District Court issued an order to amend the Verified Complaint or face dismissal on August 16th, an intriguing move by the Court, sua sponte, or of its own accord, attempting to dismiss the case before any defendant had entered an appearance--the same pattern experienced in the facial coverings mandate challenge.
The rationale stated that the complaint had failed to satisfy the pleading requirements under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. So, this is just the first in a series of videos to explain the proper procedures for a complaint in federal court, and you can be the judge.

This is so hot that this is not even being covered on Fox News.

Call Upon You for a Service: An Offer You Can't Refuse
Most Americans do not know the difference between vaccine effectiveness and vaccine efficacy, where the results may be as different as night and day. Today, over half of American adults heard "immunity" but were deafened to the sound of "defense" in Defense Production Act.
To Little? To Late? A Letter from a Facebook Jail
FREE AT LAST, FREE AT LAST
Today marks the date of my release from Facebook Jail, after serving a week long sentence, having followed two successive 30-day suspensions, and the last for simply clarifying a point of legal significance in the declaration of emergency promulgated by Governor of Virginia on March 12, 2020, and applying ex post facto, or retroactive, effect to tag posts dating back to January, overlapping my previous two suspensions, which, while attempting to serve as truth czar to promote the vaccinations policy of President Joe Biden, renders it an unconstitutional infringement against free speech, acting as an agent of a repressive and tyrannical government. But, when you snooze, you lose, woke or not.
While serving time in Facebook Jail, it appears more than coincidental that the hearing on the motion to dismiss the first filed and longest surviving challenge to the lockdowns in Democratic Party of Virginia occurred, which found Assistant Attorney General Robert B. McEntee, III presenting a fraud upon the court, with the court's acquiesence, and, at the beginning of this video, you can hear the surrogate ofMark Herring talking about rules not being followed, while overlooking the fact that a praecipe had been filed with the court with the orignal complaint, directing Alexandria Sheriff's Office, City of Alexandria, Virginia to serve process on the Commonwealth defendants, but who, in contempt of that court order, somehow was able to serve process upon Mayor Justin Wilson and AlexandriaVA.gov, who entered an appearance and denied a justiciable controversy, as well as avering that a member of FBCAlexandria who was a resident of Arlington County Virginia – Government lacked standing to bring suit.
There is a rule, overlooked by Attorney General Mark Herring, under Va. Code Section Va. Code § 8.01-271.1, which provide “(i) the signing of a pleading certifies that the party filing “[h]as read the pleadings, motion or paper, (ii) to the best of his knowledge, information and belief, formed after reasonable inquiry, it is well (sic) grounded in fact and is warranted by existing law or a good faith argument for the extension, modification or reversal of existing law, and (iii) is not interposed for any improper purpose, such as to harass or to cause unnecessary delay or needless increase in the cost of litigation”, and ignoring the written pleadings before the court, as well as the service record that establishes that service of process was attempted, but only through the fault of court appointed officers, was it not perfected, and that rule requires, especially an attorney, to ensure that his arguments are founded in both fact and law, or be subject to sanction, or even disbarment, which obviously did not occur.
There is a rule, stated by the U.S. Supreme Court, in Prichard v. United State of Am., 339 U.S. 974, 70 S. Ct. 1029, 94 L. Ed. 1380 (1950), that, while judicial immunity traditionally serves to shield a judge from suits brought under Section 1983 for violations of civil rights, where his actions are solely judicial in nature, liable only for those ministerial or administrative acts, "In either capacity, knowledge of law violation may not be reposed in him under the cloak of privilege." And under the rule pronounced by the highest court in the land, under 18 U.S.C. Section 241, even a judge can be charged as a "conspiracy of one", if he was the most responsible for a conspiracy to violate civil rights.
As Arlington County Civic Federation president Duke Banks told InsideNoVA.com when in my race against Monique4APS - Monique O'Grady for Arlington School Board I found myself nixed from a candidate forum, permitting her to lose a debate against herself, "the rules are the rules." Or are they now?

Yo, Teach! Is This on the Test?
LOVE IS NOT A FEELING BUT A DUTY PERFORMED NOT BECAUSE BUT IN SPITE OF, EMPHASIS ON THE SPITE
Four years in a row, I had the opportunity, privilege and honor to command a basic training company of 250 privates during my annual training in the U.S. Army Reserve, and in each year not only had the opportunity to serve as Officer in Charge and Range Safety Officer on the liive fire fragmentary hand grenade range, but also experience why they say that the army is not just a job but an adventure. When a private has pulled out the safery ring on a fragmentary hand grenade, and accidentally releases the spoon to arm it, you have exactly five seconds to react and three are already gone--no time to pray. To save that privates life, the nearby drill sergeant is not gonna say excuse me or please, when he grabs that knucklehead, pushes him into the safery sump away from the blast area, and lands on top of him. Yet, we always had a going joke that at least never happened while I was in command, that one of those knucklehead privates was gonna have thier delicate sensiibiliteis offended and actually bring a lawsuot against every one of us for handling him roughly when trying to save him from his own stupidity.
I was in the second grade when I actually had a very weird dream, and you know it's a weird dream if it haunts your memory for your entire life and especailly when you find deja vous in a pandemic crisis. I found myself on a crowded beach, which was werid enough because even today I don't have beach dreams, and noticed everybody playing and having fun, while I appeared to be the only one who noticed a huge tidal wave barreling towards the beach. First, I figured I'd be polite and ask a person if they happened to notice the huge wave to no avail. Then I began barking like a drill sergeant giving commands, but to no avail. Finally I had to just grab random people, drag them off the beach to take them to safety, and saved about five or six, runnign back and forth, until finally the rest just perished in the wave. I am now convinced that that dream had some signifcance.
I had a strange path in life that prepared me for an unprecedented pandemic, and, when one has knowledge, at least in the law, he has a duty to act in accordance with that knowledge, and I went to court. According to Pew Research Center, the overwhelming majority of Americans do not trust each other, beyond partisan bickering and racial tension, and what drives that mistrust, intriguingly, is the feeling that we cannot rely on others, and I am willing to say that there is credible evidence that that feeling about reliance is more than a feeling. And the extensive research at Pew Research Center provides some great insight on why you have a pandemic crisis.

We Have Met the Enemy and Who Is Pogo?
IF YOU ARE EVER INVITED TO A POKER GAME AND DON'T KNOW WHO THE SUCKER IS, GET YOURSELF A JOHNSON & JOHNSON 66% EFFICATIOUS VACCINATION IN A PANDEMIC
2015 marks a significant threshold for the American electorate, according the research reports at the Pew Research Center, because for the first time in recent American politics those voters who describe themselves as progressive or liberal and tend to vote for Democrat Party candidates, who, by credentials, are the most educated and profess the least religious faith, actually became the most likely to respond to purely emotional appeals, inflamed by passions and personal animus against those Americans opposed to their ideas. These are the "scientists" who won the election by a majority vote in the last election.
2020 marks a significant point in American opinions about medicine, because for the first time scientists began to climb in approval ratings and trust amongst American voters, many of whom believe in the utopian ideals of universal healthcare and somehow see professionals who survive the cutthroat competition to just get into a medical school as being somehow pure and not a part of a business of pharmaceutical companies and hospitals concerned about staying in business and making a profit.
There is a clinical difference between failure to understand reality and failure to perceive reality, and the polar opposite points are described as ignorance and psychosis, and if your politics distorts your perception of reality, in a socially distant America where persons prefer to reside in communities where persons think more like them, and receive information in silos, you actually are afflicted with political psychosis.

Elementary, Dear Watson. Evolving Science or Leap of Faith?
YOU LOOK LIKE AN INTELLIGENT PERSON; SO, TELL ME HOW DID SHERLOCK HOLMES SOLVE MYSTERIES?
If you use your associative rote memorization tool box, you, more likely than not, will arrive at the wrong answer, devolving to your lowest level of training upon presentation of a minimum appearance of threat-- a perceived threat to your reputation for intellect. Salesmen know how to push these buttons and get you to purchase, and, if you look at the progressive playbook, this shaming is what drives their train. They actually like to quote Jefferson regarding his observation that ridicule is the best weapon against unintelligible ideas. The assumption is that you are dumber than they are, regardless of your training experience and credentials, and that confidence is why the con man makes his money.
Now, think about the pandemic, and ask if you thought through the problem like Sherlock Holmes, or if you used deduction.

Did You Say Funder Mental?
WHAT PROFIT A MAN?
The Arlington Public School Board and the County of Arlington is majority Caucasian, but the plurality of kids in the classrooms of the Arlington Public Schools, believe it or not, are actually kids of color, most of whom are on the low end of an achievement gap, Last year was the election year for the token Latina seat on the Arlington Public School Board, and even the last incumbent finally got tired, of course after first securing a promotion from legal secretary to public policy specialist, that there may be more to life than being an "elected" official.
The 2021 election is for the token African American seat lost by two term Democrat James Lander, who's conscience found him opposing the board so many times that he was defeated by Monique O'Grady, the poster child for the renaming of Washington-Lee High School, APS parent and 19 year volunteer on school committees. But, capping off her tenure with a chance to be the chairperson, and after immediately receiving a promotion from her former job with AARP in public relations to head over to the Pew Research Center, even Monique O'Grady, who let her kid drop out of a good college to pursue her dreams of an acting career has finally had enough, and now colorblind Arlington Democrats have found two new women seeking the nomination, the front runner, a Caucasian former teacher, turned education consultant who is all about inclusion, Mary Kadera, and Miranda Turner, who claims to have been fighting every minute to get kids back in for in-person instruction, and promising accountability. But not even one knows anything about an unprecedented, once in a lifetime pandemic that even has found, apparently, scientists baffled, including the scientists at the Oxford University and the Center for Evidence Based Medicine who actually penned a manifesto of neutrality on March 28, 2020, stating that politicians and media are not making any sense; so, they were just going to retreat to the safety of academia until the revolution was over.
So, Joe Biden says that Americans really want the truth; so, in this town where everyone says they love Kamala, voted for Obama, has a hate has no home here or Black Lives Matter sign in his front yard, and every church has a rainbow flag, I figure, like at the beginning of the pandemic, found every progressive blowing off basic epidemiology of tracer contacts, as the grandson of a franchise martyr, former biological warfare planner and alumnus of the most competitive college in this state, I am gonna demand "more tests." #StayAtHome

Soldiers Unknown
"YAHWEH, I KNOW YOU ARE HERE."
Before pandemic, one of the last Roman Catholic masses I can recall was at the Good Shepherd Roman Catholic Church in Mount Vernon, where the title for the homily was "What's in a Name?" taking specific time to remind parishioners that in the days of the Old Testament, the name of God was so sacred that it could not be spoken, a tradition carried on among Orthodox Jews, which you might notice if you ever read passages in which the "o" is omitted when God is referenced.
And, I recalled during Easter mass, at that parish, on this Easter, sitting in an overflow room, watching the celebration of the holiest day in the Christian faith, to accommodate the largest in person worship since the doors of the churches were closed, the title of this post from the days when I was a son of a Baptist preacher attending a Jesuit high school, when the guitar mass was the appealing thing about worship for younger believers, while today, intriguingly, Millennials are flocking to Latin mass, in an age when, even though they are thought to have the least faith, even when the church was found to have a sharp decline of 12% over the past decade, and the sharpest decline in church membership in the historic black church during the administration of the first black president, were found to be the most avid readers of scriptures that today find their lowest levels of reading in history, despite record sales of Bibles at the beginning of a public health crisis, and even 24% of atheists saying that they, for the first time, had decided to pray.
Even some Christians deny a virgin birth, probably most churches support abortion, and it is en vogue, in a secular world to find a rainbow flag or black lives matter plastered across the front of just about every church, but just like the declaration of a communicable disease in the Commonwealth of Virginia before even a presumptive positive, much less laboratory confirmed case of infection had been reported, most churches with over 100 participants in weekly devotional worship had apparently spoken to God, and some even say they had conferred with the CDC, and cancelled worship indefinitely before the first order to prohibit nonessential social gatherings of more than 100 people was ever issued from the nation's only physician serving as a state governor on March 15, 2020, two days before the sweeping executive order on March 17, 2020 that reduced the number to ten.
Some churches even have landing page videos to display their efforts in protesting for social justice during a pandemic crisis, but very few were marching or even in a courtroom when the law told them that their first liberty under the Constitution had been put on hold, indefinitely, and it is interesting that members of the Fourth Estate, even the "Democracy Dies in Darkness" Washington Post, never cared to make a reference to the first litigation brought to defend those first guaranteed liberties in the celebrated First Amendment, and dedicated all of their efforts in an election of a lifetime to talk about a duty to vote for a government the President recently said in his address was not a far away capital but was "the American people," even if he gets the nice office and pay check.

Ranger Ground: All the Way
THE WOLD IS RUNNING FROM A NOVEL CORONAVIRUS AND THE NATION'S ONLY DOCTOR SERVING AS A STATE GOVERNOR IS RUNNIING FROM ME
According to Arlington Republicans/Arlington Falls Church Young Republicans, I need to take my liberal ideas over to Arlington Dems, but when I took them to court for changing the name of Washington-Lee High School, took them to court for flying a rainbow flag on a state flagpole, and joined Congressman Don Beyer as a defendant for the rainbow flag on his Washington office door, and even brought the first litigaton in Democratic Party of Virginia against them for the masking mandate, they didn't like my liberal ideas. Go figure.
With all of the attorneys we have in Virginia's 8th District Republican Committee, we could not even find one to run against a George Soros backed Commonwealth Attorney, but maybe they are so conservative they are conserving their energy for after the pandemic.

Fogging MOO Lee's
SCREW MI? SCREW U.
There's an Arlington Public Schools sophomore (wise fool), who did not take the PSAT and missed out on doubling his or her chances of getting a scholarship because not even one scientist in the municipality with the most government scientists in the country could figure out how to put a kid in a classroom to take a standardized test during a pandemic who got that.
Imagine if you are an entitlement mentality voter of color in Arlington Dems and since James Lander you have relied upon the fact that you had one token black person on the school board, and all of a sudden, after losing a whole year of school, placing you further behind in your achievement gap, and you decide that the good white folks who voted against Donald J. Trump have your best interests in mind just like Old Massah used to, back in the old slavery days; so, you don't run anyone for a seat on the predominantly white school board for a school district where most of the kids look like you. This is my "problem."
Now, the voters who watch more television than anyone--two times more--with favorite shows being Family Feud and Monday Night Football (does that come on all year long>) have two candidates for school board talkiing about how they are gonna finally fix the achievement gap adn reopen schools, but have no experience or idea how pandemics, virology or epidemioloy work. Call me a racist, but if you think that sounds like a plan, you ain't exactly the "superior race."
