Grilled Cheese Burger, When a Patty Melt Just Isn't Enough
Food mashups! It’s kind of our thing, and you’ll need to mash down this Grilled Cheese Burger if you want to have any hope in taking a bit!
Ingredients:
Yellow Onion
Mushrooms
2 Tbsp A1 Steak Sauce
4 Slices of Bread
2 Slices of Cheese
1/2 Ground Beef
Slice of Tomato
Red Onion Slices
Avocado Slices
Slice and saute a handful of onion and mushrooms.
Add your A1 steak sauce and stir in.
Butter 1 side of each piece of bread.
Face 2 butter side down pieces in a pan, top with cheese, and close with a butter side up slice. Cook until golden brown.
Form a patty with your ground beef and cook.
Plate one of your grilled cheese sandwiches and top with your mushrooms and onions.
Add your hamburger patty and top with tomato, red onion, and avocado.
Close the burger with your other grilled cheese and enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 Box Macaroni
2 C. Milk
Pepper
Salt
Jalapenos
Shredded Cheddar
2 Chicken Breasts
Parmesan
Add your macaroni and milk to a pan over a medium heat and simmer until reduced.
Add pepper and salt to taste along with your preference amount of chopped jalapenos.
Layer with cheese and stir until melted.
Slice open your chicken breasts from the side but don’t cut all the way through!
Stuff with your mac and cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Heat up some olive oil in a pan and fry your chicken until golden and crispy,
Top with parmesan and enjoy!

Ingredients:
10 oz. Tequila
10 oz. Triple Sec
10 oz. Pineapple Juice
7 oz. Lime Juice
1 Bottle Prosecco
Coarse Salt

Rim a fish bowl with lime and salt.
Add some ice to your fishbowl and strain in your mix.

Are you constantly being torn in twain at your favorite Mexican restaurant because you love everything on the menu but can’t eat it all in one go? Well now you can! Say hello to the Taco Burrito Quesadilla Chimichanga.
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 C. Chopped Red Onion
Taco Seasoning
2 Large Flour Tortillas
Shredded Cheddar
Shredded Lettuce
Chopped Tomatoes
Crunchy Taco Shells
Sour Cream
Black Beans
Salsa
Enchilada Sauce
Cotija Cheese
Cook your ground beef, stir in 1/4 C. red onion and taco seasoning then set aside.
Lay down a tortilla in a pan and cover it with cheese. Top with another tortilla and cook both sides until lightly crisped.
Fill a taco shell with your ground beef mix, lettuce, and chopped tomatoes.
Lay down your grilled cheese tortilla and cover with sour cream. Place your taco in the middle and surround with more red onion and black beans.
Smother in salsa then fold your burrito. Skewer both ends to keep it folded.
Fry in 375 degree oil until golden brown on both sides.
Plate your burrito, smother in enchilada sauce and top with cotija cheese.

Ingredients:
2 Avocados

Nacho Cheese Doritos
In a mixing bowl add (all chopped) 2 avocados, 1/2 red onion, 1 jalapeno, 1-2 tomatoes, and a handful of cilantro. Squeeze in two limes and stir.
In another mixing bowl add your chicken, 1/2 red onion, 2 tomatoes, and a jalapeno. Squeeze in 2 limes and stir.
Cook your ground beef with taco seasoning. Once browned, add your fajita veggies and cook for a few minutes more.
Reheat your refried beans.
On a plate layer down some Nacho Cheese Doritos and top with beans and shredded cheese.
Add a layer of Salsa Verde Doritos and top with your ground beef mix and more cheese.
Layer Spsicy Nacho Doritos and top with your avocado mix.
Layer more cheese then some spicy Sweet Chili Doritos and top with your chicken mix.
Layer more cheese and Tapatio Doritos.
Top it all off with salsa, sour cream, and garnish with cilantro.

Ingredients:
1 lb. Chicken Tenders
Buttermilk
1/2 C. Water
1/2 C. Milk
1 Stick Butter
Salt
1 C. Flour
5 Eggs
Cinnamon Sugar
Marinate your chicken tenders in buttermilk for 1 hour.
Mix and melt your water, milk, butter, and salt in a pan. Stir in 1 cup of flour and mix thoroughly.
Empty your churro batter into a bowl and whisk in 5 eggs.
Coat your chicken tenders in flour then coat in your churro batter.
Fry in oil at 350 degrees until golden brown.
Plate, dust with cinnamon sugar, and enjoy!

Pulled Pork Stuffed Donuts, A Deep Fried Powdered Sugar Pig-Out!
We took the concept of a Chinese pork bun and ran it through the ‘Merica grinder. Say hello to the Pulled Pork Stuffed Donut.
Ingredients:
2 C Milk
6 Tbsp Dry Yeast
4 C Flour
4 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
4 Egg Yolks
1 C Root Beer
1 C Ketchup
1/4 C Orange Juice
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Molasses
3 Tbsp Worcestershire
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
1 Tsp Ground Ginger
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
Add your milk, yeast, and 2 cups of flour to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Cover and let sit for 20 minutes.
Add your sugar, salt, vanilla, egg yolks, and mix again.
Add 2 more cups of flour and mix until you have a nice dough ball then cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
In a medium sauce pan add your root beer, ketchup, orange juice, brown sugar, remaining dry seasonings, and simmer over a medium heat until it thickens.
Roll out your dough and cut circular pieces out roughly the size of the donuts you want.
Cook/reheat your choice of pulled pork and add the BBQ sauce you made to a bowl and mix together.
Sandwich your mixture between two circular dough pieces, folding the edges and cutting off any excess.
Fry in oil at 360 degrees until golden brown.
Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy.

Celebrate 420 With Our S’Moreos Brownie Sandwich
Today is a day of great snacking! So why not indulge your munchies with this S’Moreos Brownie Sandwich?
Ingredients:
Crock Pot
Cheese Cloth
2 C. Butter
2 C. Water
1/8 oz. Marijuana
1 Bag Marshmallows
2 C. Brown Sugar
1.5 C. White Sugar
3 Tsp Vanilla Extract
8 Eggs
1 C. Chocolate Chips
2 C. Cocoa Powder
1/2 C. Flower
Add your butter, water, marijuana to your crock pot and cook on low for 4 hours.
Strain through cheese cloth into a container and refrigerate overnight.
Melt 1/4 C. of your butter mix and your marshmallows into a pan.
In a separate pan melt 2 C. of your butter and stir in your brown and white sugar.
Empty your sugar mix into a bowl and add your vanilla.
Scramble in all 8 of your eggs along with your chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and flower.
Whisk thoroughly and cook in a waffle iron.
Top a waffle with an Oreo and melted marshmallows. Sandwich with another waffle, top with more marshmallows, and enjoy!

1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 Small Chopped Onion
2 Lb. Extra Lean Ground Beef
1 Packet Taco Seasoning
1 Can Biscuits
3 Tbsp. Refried Beans

Crushed Spicy Doritos.
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Heat up your olive oil in a pan and fry your garlic and onion.
After the onion has caramelized add 1 lb ground beef. Break it up evenly and once brown add your taco seasoning.
Roll your other pound of ground beef into 10 patties and cook.
Roll out your pizza dough and cut it slightly smaller than your circular baking pan then line the edges with biscuits.
Line the center with refried beans then layer with beef mixture and cheese.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Cut in just past and around each biscuit then top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, olives, and Doritos.
Add a burger patty and a slice of cheese to each biscuit.

30 oz. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
2 Tbsp. Butter
1/2 C. Corn Syrup
1/4 Tsp. Vanilla
3 C. Powdered Sugar

Preheat oven to 375 Degrees.
Grease your muffin tin and fill line each spot with cookie dough. Cook for 12-15 minutes.
Add your butter, corn syrup, and vanilla to a bowl and whisk thoroughly. Slowly add in your powdered sugar as you mix.
Remove 1/4 of the cream and place in a separate bowl. Add some yellow food coloring and stir it in.
Fill each cookie cup with cream and add a dollop of the yellow cream to the center.

Melt a small bowl’s worth of white chocolate and color with green food dye.
Grease a baking pan and line with your mix.
