Mac & Cheese Stuffed Chicken, A Meat-and-Carb-Wich
Why have a side with your entree when you can have it INSIDE it?! Ingredients: 1 Box Macaroni 2 C. Milk Pepper Salt Jalapenos Shredded Cheddar 2 Chicken Breasts Parmesan Add your macaroni and milk to a pan over a medium heat and simmer until reduced. Add pepper and salt to taste along with your preference amount of chopped jalapenos. Layer with cheese and stir until melted. Slice open your chicken breasts from the side but don’t cut all the way through! Stuff with your mac and cheese and season with salt and pepper. Heat up some olive oil in a pan and fry your chicken until golden and crispy, Top with parmesan and enjoy!
