Lobster Bacon Mac and Cheese Roll
Who wants to eat a lobster roll when they can make a BACON Mac and Cheese Lobster Roll! Ingredients: 1 Box Macaroni and Cheese 3 Slices Bacon 2 C. Whole Milk 8 Oz. Cubed American Cheese 1 C. Shredded Sharp Cheddar 4 oz. Cream Cheese 2 Tsp. Chopped Thyme 1/4 C. Chopped Celery 1/4 C. Chopped Green Onion 1 Lb. Cooked Lobster Crushed Red Pepper Black Pepper Salt Lemons Bread Roll Sriracha Start by boiling your macaroni and cooking your bacon. In a pan over a medium heat add your milk and cheese. Stir until evenly melted then add your macaroni. Dump your mix into a large mixing bowl and crumble in your bacon. Add thyme, celery, green onion, and lobster then mix thoroughly. Add your choice amount of crushed red pepper, black pepper, a pinch of salt, and lemon juice. Fill your bread roll, top with Sriracha, and enjoy!
