Everything is better with bacon, EVERYTHING! So enjoy these bacon onion rings! 1 Yellow Onion Sriracha 1 lb. Bacon Wood Skewers Pepper 2 Tbsp Mayo 1 Tsp Lime Juice Cut the onion into 1/2 inch slices and remove the center rings. Brush your rings with Sriracha and wrap in bacon. Skewer through each side to keep in place. Pepper and cook in a pan. In a small dish add Sriracha, mayo, lime juice, and stir. Dip, eat, enjoy!
