Cadbury Creme Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups
It’s that time of year again. No not Spring…well yes that and Easter but more importantly Cadbury season! Grab your Easter Baskets and get ready for some Cadbury Cream Cookie Cups. 30 oz. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough 2 Tbsp. Butter 1/2 C. Corn Syrup 1/4 Tsp. Vanilla 3 C. Powdered Sugar Yellow Food Coloring Muffin Tin Pam Preheat oven to 375 Degrees. Grease your muffin tin and fill line each spot with cookie dough. Cook for 12-15 minutes. Add your butter, corn syrup, and vanilla to a bowl and whisk thoroughly. Slowly add in your powdered sugar as you mix. Remove 1/4 of the cream and place in a separate bowl. Add some yellow food coloring and stir it in. Fill each cookie cup with cream and add a dollop of the yellow cream to the center.
