When a story broke last week that Congress had taken another big step toward rolling out digital IDs, I expected it to be huge news among conservative and alternative news outlets. Nope. I completely overestimated the impact of the article posted by Just The News, an article that unfortunately downplayed its own reporting. Generally speaking, I love what John Solomon and his group do for journalism. The vast majority of their stories are straight news which is something we desperately need more of in America. State the facts and let the people make up their own minds — that's what I'd love to see. Instead, we have "news" that's tilted one way or the other and almost always to the left for corporate media. I have no problem with opinion pieces, but disguising opinions as "news" is not journalism. The story in question was titled, "National Digital ID Clears Congressional Hurdle Amid Fears It Could Be Politically Abused." Here are the important parts: A national digital ID system for U.S. citizens is fast becoming a reality following a vote by the U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee to advance the Improving Digital Identity Act. Digital IDs act as online, data-laden representations of human beings. Many analysts, such as the authors of a 2019 McKinsey Global Institute report, argue they could be the key to unlocking access to financial services, various government benefits and educational opportunities, as well as a number of other critical services. Some of the same analysts, however, also warn that the "risks and potential for misuse of digital ID are real and deserve careful attention." Although the concerns about digital IDs are real, it's important to separate the facts from the fearmongering fiction. In simple language, a digital identity enables an individual to prove who they are in the virtual world. Proponents claim digital IDs offer greater privacy than traditional forms of identification and can help minimize some of the risks associated with physical documents such as driver's licenses, passports, etc. Others, though, are quick to sound the alarm, warning that the introduction of digital IDs will almost certainly lead to an erosion of civil liberties. "Digital is often touted as the 'future,' and many people cast such a transition as inevitable," writes Jay Stanley, a senior policy analyst at the ACLU, who believes digital IDs could prove to be a privacy nightmare. "But digital is not always better — especially when systems are exclusively digital." "There’s a reason that most jurisdictions have spurned electronic voting in favor of paper ballots, for example," Stanley writes. With voting software in some states vulnerable to outside interference, paper ballots increasingly appear to be much safer. Similarly, digital IDs are vulnerable to attack. Horror stories involving people's identities being stolen are not uncommon. Remember, digital IDs are synonymous with data, and if there is one thing hacker's love, it's data — especially the data of U.S. citizens. As I noted, the article downplays the threats of a digital ID in the United States. The reality is a digital ID is a requirement in order for the powers-that-be to fully implement their machinations, whether you want to call it Build Back Better, the 4th Industrial Revolution, or The Great Reset. It has always been a longshot, but Bible-believing Christians like Holehouse and me must acknowledge that if it's God's will for the truth to come out, it will no matter how much the forces of evil try to cover it up. Conversely, if the truth is not supposed to come out then there's nothing we can do to force it out into the open. The results are above our paygrade. All we can do is fight the good fight as we do not know what our role is in the plan. No discussion about conspiracy theories with Sell Holehouse would be complete without a deep dive into some Covid-19 "vaccine" information. Both of us are bombarded with new reports daily. I can tell you from first-hand experience that there is no shortage of theories. We just have to sift through and discern what is real and what is false. From his perspective, the disease itself was just the excuse to roll out the real bioweapon: the jabs. But the various Covid jabs we're distributing in the United States and other western nations are NOT being distributed in China. Could the push to vaccinate every man, woman, and child on earth be tied to an attack by the CCP? It's conspicuous, as we noted in the show, that the people targeted most heavily by vaccine mandates in America are medical professionals, first responders, and military. America is at a crossroads. While voters have plenty of reasons to steer this nation clear of the destructive policies of Democrats, there are those in the Uniparty Swamp who are equally divisive. RINOs and their "bootlicking" sycophants always make two demands. First, they say we need to vote for the letter "R" no matter what. But then they come out AGAINST America-First patriots even during general election season. There are only two possible outcomes two weeks from today. Either there will be a massive red tsunami that will give the GOP control of the House and the Senate along with multiple wins at the state level compared to few surprising losses, or we'll have a repeat of 2020. We know this because the polls are close in races that normally lean very much Democrat. Considering the polls are invariably tilted to favor Democrats by between 4- and 12-points, it's mathematically impossible for them to come out of this election without massive losses. Of course, this is 2022. This is the age of propaganda followed by voter fraud followed by gaslighting, just like we saw in 2020 and beyond. We've been seeing the propaganda in "neutral" corporate media for some time, but that would happen whether there was a plan to steal the midterms or not. We won't know how boldly they're going to manufacture wins for Democrats until after election day, but know this: If we see anything short of a massive red wave that gives full control of Capitol Hill to Republicans, we can blame voter fraud. The House of Representatives being turned over to Republicans is pretty much a foregone conclusion. Even with massive voter fraud, it's actually much harder to contaminate House races because the districts are smaller. It would take voter fraud operations in at least 20 districts across the country. To steal the 2020 election, they had operations in 8 or 9 districts that flipped the states necessary for Joe Biden to win. The Senate is a bit more challenging because there are far fewer races — 35 Senate seats compared to all 435 up for grabs in the House. Of those 35, most are already secured to be red or blue. There are only about a dozen races that are really in question. The four most likely races the Democrats could flip should all be won by Republicans. Ron Johnson should be safe in Wisconsin despite the race being currently called a "toss up." Ted Budd will win in North Carolina and J.D. Vance will win in Ohio. As for John Fetterman vs Dr. Mehmet Oz, that's the seat that has the best chance of being flipped to the Democrats. If it is, that would put them at 51-49. But there are six vulnerable Democrat seats and I can see at least four of them being flipped. As much as I like Tiffany Smiley, she will need some major help to beat Patty Murray in Washington. She's surging, albeit a bit late. Mark Kelly is vulnerable and if Blake Masters can ride the red wave properly he should flip Arizona. Joe O'Dea is a massive RINO so I think he loses to Michael Bennet in Colorado. Don Bolduc has a shot against Maggie Hassan in New Hampshire. That leaves Herschel Walker in Georgia and Adam Laxalt in Nevada. I believe both races will flip red. Smiley and O'Dea will likely lose, but I believe the other four seats will be flipped which, if Fetterman wins in Pennsylvania, would put the count at 53-47 for Republicans. That means I can be wrong about two races and the GOP still retakes control. If Democrats "miraculously" keep a 50-50 tie to give Chuck Schumer another round as Majority Leader, we can look to voter fraud in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Nevada as the most likely arenas for voter fraud to have won out. Not surprisingly, those happen to be four of the states that many believe were stolen in the 2020 presidential election. There's actually a third scenario in which the Arizona and Pennsylvania races are the primary focus of voter fraud. There's a series of reactions "normies" have when they learn about Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC). First, there is curiosity, especially among those who have dabbled with cryptocurrencies. After all, one of the biggest drawbacks of cryptocurrencies is their adoption; you just can't buy very many things with them unless you jump through a bunch of hoops. The next reaction is hope. If CBDCs are automatically drawn or deposited from your accounts, it makes transactions seem easier. It's like a credit card, right, just more digital. The powers-that-be are saying they're secure. Corporate media is playing them up as a real convenience. Who wants to hand out filthy cash back and forth between strangers at the convenience store? As this stage, the evolving reactions to CBDCs diverge. Many "normies" forget all about them and go about their business. Some start to get that hint of concern in the backs of their minds, especially if they're politically conservative. What sort of controls will government have over us as a result of CBDC adoption? Will they know everything we buy and sell? Will those records be easily accessible to others? Could they shut us down if we get out of line like the truckers in Canada? My audience almost certainly bypassed stage one and two and went straight to skepticism the first time they heard about CBDCs. Yes, they mean more control over our money from government. Yes, they mean our financial privacy will be non-existent. And yes, the government can shut us down if we get out of line. But it's actually even worse than all that. An interesting Substack hit my feed that details much of the current situation regarding CBDCs and why we should be very concerned. I would go so far as to say we should be much more than concerned. We should fight this with the same fervor that we'd fight off a pack of wolves trying to eat our families. CBDCs represent an existential threat to our way of life. This isn't just about freedom or privacy. This is about losing our abilities to fight against tyranny. It's a half-notch below gun confiscations as far as detrimental effects on our future. Ending medical tyranny should never have fallen off the priority list for America First patriots. Unfortunately, a string of good news starting in February with the lifting of most mask mandates followed by governments and companies backing down on the vaccine mandates took much if not most of the focus away from ending all medical tyranny. Until it's completely wiped out and codified as illegal, the powers-that-be will always have it as an option to turn on and off at their leisure. It appears we're entering into the next phase of Pandemic Panic Theater, so we should expect draconian policies and mandates to return. That's icing on the cake to entice Democrat lawmakers and powerbrokers to get behind the tyranny, but the long-term goals have nothing to do with (D) versus (R). Here are four indicators that the time is now if we're going to prepare for battle against the coming round of medical tyranny.

It's no secret that I generally have a negative outlook on our prospects as a nation. Between the globalist cabal, the Biden-Harris regime, and the woke army of radical progressives backing both, it's often hard to find tangible victories to give us hope. This week has seen several victories that point to what I hope is a trend. Is the tide turning? Are we getting closer to snatching victory from the jaws of defeat? Can we turn things around? If the seven stories below are any indication, there's reason to be hopeful. On today's episode of The JD Rucker Report, I explored all seven.

The most common question I receive from readers and listeners is, "Are we in the Biblical end times?" Here's a response I recently sent to someone asking that question: It appears that we are, but here's the thing. There have been those who thought they were in the end times and acted accordingly many times over the past 2,000 years. There are also those who believe the end times began the moment Jesus Christ ascended to Heaven. With that necessary disclaimer out of the way, I believe what you are asking is if the current strings of events happening across the globe over the past couple of years are either the beginning of Biblical tribulation or signs that the Great Tribulation will take place during our lifetimes. I believe it's somewhat likely that this is the case, and by "somewhat" I mean I'd give it about 60/40 in favor of the events described in the Book of Revelation and other books taking place during this generation on earth. The way I choose to proceed is to focus on spreading the Gospel, fight the abundance of evil that has materialized in our world, keep my eyes open for signs that further demonstrate the end (or beginning, as I prefer to look at it) is near, and keep my heart open to guidance. Whether we're in the Biblical end times or not, I believe the path forward remains the same. The only difference is that IF we see more Bible-affirming evidence of the end times being upon us, then that can be added to our toolbox to help prompt people to immerse themselves in the Gospel. To recap, whether we're approaching (or are in the middle of) the events of Revelation or not, our mission remains the same. That may seem like a copout to some since it does not obligate me to decipher current events through a lens of prophecy, but I'm a firm believer in the notion that we should always live our lives as if the end can come at any moment. The ultimate goal is to accept the gift of salvation and to help others do the same. If we are NOT in the Biblical end times, then things have certainly gotten bad enough in the United States and across the globe to warrant drastic measures. It may be hard to imagine things getting much worse than they already are but our trajectory is not a great one. With that said, we're also seeing victories that cannot be ignored. I am very hopeful that more people are waking up and as long as we can stay out of the emotional gutter of thinking there's no hope left for humanity, we can overcome the multitude of challenges we face. This is why I did a show last week and accompanying article to declare the ten things I'm personally going to be focused on going forward. At any given moment America is faced with a few existential threats. That has been the case since our founding. For whatever reason, we are currently faced with at least a dozen full-blown existential threats. Some of them could wear us down and deteriorate the nation through attrition in the coming years. Others can devastate us rapidly, sending us down a road of total chaos in the coming months. Viewing the current state of the world through this lens allows me to decipher the news appropriately (in my humble opinion, of course). I can look for events that correlate to Biblical signs while not forcing everything to be such. In other words, it allows me to practice exegesis instead of eisegesis. For example, I can see what's happening in Ukraine, Taiwan, and the Middle East and say this COULD be the "wars and rumors of wars" mentioned in Matthew 24:6, but I'm not obligated to attribute these wars as clear signs that the Biblical end times are upon us. Besides, the rest of Matthew 24:6 reads, "for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet." On today's episode of The JD Rucker Show, I'm not going to point to this event or that event as signs from the Bible. Instead, I will be diving into my reasons for wanting to focus on the existential threats we face while offering paths through which everyone can fight the good fight.

We are all being lied to on multiple fronts multiple times per day. American society has been so inundated with lies that it's often hard to isolate the truth. On top of the falsehoods, we also have to contend with trivial fodder that makes for interesting social media posts but that does not have anything to do with the real threats facing our nation. On today's 400th episode of The JD Rucker Show, I explained why I believe the vast majority of what is being pushed out there today is simply fodder for the masses. Even many conservatives get trapped into paying attention to viral posts and interesting stories that have no real impacts on our lives. Perhaps a couple of years ago it would have been worthwhile to focus on these stories, but we're faced with so many actual existential threats to our nation and our way of life that we cannot be distracted for very long. We must stay on mission, which is my newfound focus.

The various analyses of the current situation in Europe and the narrative-shaping news coming out of Ukraine have been mostly wrong. That's not new; we've been saying since February that the sanctions against Russia would backfire and do far more harm to Europe's and America's economies than to Russia's and we were called "Russian propagandists" as a result. Now, the same people who said the sanctions would tank Russia's economy and do little to harm western economies are saying Europe's economies ARE going to crash, but that it's somehow a good thing because it will put an end to The Great Reset. Once again, I'm forced to debunk these claims. The crashing of western economies is EXACTLY what the architects of The Great Reset want. You can't sell a reset when things are going well. You can't Build Back Better until a nation is effectively destroyed. This has been the case from the beginning and it's how the globalist elites plan on pushing us down their Neo-Marxist road.
