Will buying a house make you money or completely eliminate your future?
Most young people who buy their first home don't really ask why they're doing it or whether it's the right decision. Do you?
A mortgaged house to LIVE in is a practical asset, but not a monetary asset.
Alternatively, some renting strategies can make a house an asset for you and help you build equity and serious net-wealth for the longterm.

Essentially, both rich and poor people are depleting the earth's resources through the money system that runs under many western countries.
Increasing wealth as an increasing money supply in the economy demands that more factories be built, more deforestation and that the workforce for supplying goods increases, which likely increases the prevalence of unpaid or low-paid labour.
Both rich and poor people are responsible for damage to the environment and thus, climate change.
This occurs because of the ever-increasing money supply in economies like Australia, the US and the UK, whereby debt perpetually increases.

Hey! Answer this truthfully ↓
Have you ever been told you need to fix your anxiety? To treat it until it's gone. Until you feel like a "normal" person?
This is the common advice given by counsellors and psychologists. But new studies show that it's essentially awful advice - because it's killing you.
We're gonna look at an alternative today.
An alternative approach to mental illness that empowers you, rather than debilitates you as a person.
You have power. Start learning.
And unleash it.

Do you feel as if you need to "fix" your anxiety or "stop" it?
Don't.
If that doesn't make any sense, it's because the most common advice for anxiety is how to minimise it.
How to start feeling like a "normal" person...
Bullsh*t. Channel it. SEVERAL studies have concluded that you have advantages over others... IF you use your anxiety right.
I'll cover that further in the next video.

THIS is How You Take Control of Your Life
If you feel a lack of fulfilment or don't know how to achieve the things that you desire - this video is for you.
You have likely struggled with not upholding good habits or have given up on some kind of positive aspect of life such as physical exercise or better eating habits.
After understanding this new method, a different method of creating habits, you can get back on track to reaching your wildest desirable outcomes as the healthiest, happiest version of yourself.
The secret... habit stacking.
Our brain is constantly making neurological connections between things to make sense of the world and what we learn (why sleep is so important).
By creating related or unrelated sets of 3 or more habits, your brain will find it easier to ossify each habit and make them more autonomous. This is because each habit will be associated with the others - if you complete the first habit (watch my video until the end), you are way more likely to get the next done and so on.
Moreover, as you learn to implement habit stacks in every area of life, making progress to achieving your desirable outcomes (goals) becomes easier as you gain drive and discipline.
All adversity you face can be used to increase the faith you have in yourself or learn something that will ultimately take you one step closer to total victory.

STOP Hating Work and Annihilate Procrastination With This...
Whether you're a high school student or working a regular job - you more than likely dislike the work. At best, tolerate it.
Putting all your mental and physical effort into it - just to take several hour breaks at night to recover for the same drudging pain the next day.
Stop.
Work hard - rest hard to compensate. Repeat?
That's counterproductive at best.
Incorporate enjoyment into your work by firstly changing your motive to do it.
E.g. "I get to go to work/complete this assessment task" and "I can use this to become a better, wiser, more skilled person who can achieve my true ambitions".
At a job?
-Listen to podcasts and audiobooks in your quiet time.
-Start talking to your coworkers more.
-Change your motive - be conscious of this opportunity for you to better your skills... communication, empathy, dealing with stress, dealing with difficult people.
A school student?
-Teach content to inanimate objects or... people.
-Make videos explaining content.
-Make online mindmaps of content - it's actually fun.
-Pomodoro - work 25 mins with a fun, 5 min break and repeat.
Integrate work and play. Never tirelessly work another day in your life.

USE THIS to Gain Confidence and Stop Overthinking so Much
The average person feels an immeasurable amount of doubt, fear and overwhelm about most things that happen to them on a daily basis.
Use this understanding to realise that nobody has the mental capacity to truly care what you do.
People are distracted. You wanna express yourself more? Start that YT channel? Join a chess club? No matter how much it seems like people are judging you - they... potentially do for a bit before they get caught up in another trivial problem.
Do what you want. Literally nobody will stop you.

THIS is WHY Your Relationships Don't Fulfil You
Dopamine. You've heard it referenced by tens of influencers and health guru's for a multitude of subjects. However, consider this...
You hang out with that group you're always with. As always, you eat junk food, watch a movie, do drugs or drink alcohol or simply play video games.
Every. Single. Time.
Have you asked yourself, how well do I really know these people?
A proposal - rather than relying on pure connection and likeness between you and others to build relationships - you rely on the external joy felt by high dopamine activities.
Like maccas - how's that food for thought?

How to Take Control of Your Identity.
You are more than likely not doing what you truly want to do.
External forces are influencing your choices to the point that you are not the governor of your own life direction.
1. Write your deepest desirable outcomes (goals) as if they were present.
2. Write a sentence describing the traits and characteristics of a person who would fulfil all of those desirable outcomes.
3. Write another sentence describing yourself as exhibiting those traits.
4. Act the Part.
Your past memories are unreliable and the future is incomprehensible. Only the present is certain. Be the person now who would have done everything you want done.
That is how you win today.

THIS is WHY You Aren't Where You Want to be
95% of people wish they could be a different person and live a better life.
95% also have an intrinsically low self-confidence.
People - by nature - identify success as something only a small minority of people can have and which is NOT EVEN TANGIBLE in their own lives.
When you think of your favourite Youtuber, artist, influencer or streamer - do you also remember that they are on the same planet as you.
Eating, sh*tting and sleeping - like you?
You are on the same physical plane - yet you've detached yourself mentally.
Pay closer attention to those who entertain you and compare them with others. You will find a plethora of similarities.
They just learnt new skills.
They just took action.
It isn't easy - but it ain't complex.
Do the same. Yes or no?

THIS One Mindset Shift Will Change Your Life
Do you have a favourite Youtuber? Influencer? Streamer? Literally any online personality?
I am offering the assumption that you have - consciously or not - decided that you cannot be like them.
People overcomplicate success immeasurably. It is not easy. However, look closely enough at your favourite successful people and you will realise that they are literally no different than you.
Except they took the time to learn certain skills.
Then took action on something. Something initially insignificant.
You and those you aspire to are not on different planets and they were once in your shoes. Saying that, put yourself in their shoes whenever you see them online or whatever.
Ask, why do I like them? Why do others like them?
There are similarities between successful people. Take the time to identify them - and if you please...
Do what they do.

This is the MAJOR TRUTH About Staying Motivated and Becoming Successful that NO-ONE Tells You.
Do you consider yourself a disciplined person?
Most people, by human nature, are fearful of change.
This is why most people live in the comfort zone.
The place where people don't need to worry about pain or discomfort.
Staying here is a grave mistake... yet it makes total sense!
People stop pursuing their positive habits and chasing after their goals when things get uncomfortable - because they feel as if they've reached a threshold they cannot cross.
A point of discomfort to which they cannot handle.
Like I discuss in this video - methods to become EVEN MORE persistent when things get tough...
I talk about how to learn, grow and feel better in my email group.
If you truly want change in your life or wish things could be better...

An Explanation of Western Conformity - The Blooper
Two options. University or traineeship.
Sounds limited, doesn't it?
What are your wildest goals? Write them down.
I guarantee if you sit, write and be honest - you will realise what you want is abnormal.
Except it isn't.
Observe the people around you - they are all envious of the life someone else has created for themselves. Those influencers, rich business owners and whoever lives in that phat house down the road. If only you were that lucky.
Luck played no role in those outcomes, abnormal goals and abnormal action invited the opportunity for success in those people's lives.
Real opportunity is not in tertiary education - but outside your line of sight.
Expand your vision and look around.
People will call you crazy and outline why what you discover is dangerous.
The sheep has not learned to tame the tiger.
Nor will it ever leave the paddock.
Open your eyes and play the game,
Good luck.

Understand this ONE thing or risk never making an impact on the world...
Experience is power.
You may learn from the mistakes of others through Youtube, biographies or influencers.
However...
Understand that everyone around you has experienced things you have not. Thus, they know certain thing you likely do not.
Put yourself out into the world; new places, new people, new work, new experiences.
Engage in honest, vulnerable conversation with people.
Learning from their experiences will not only aid your growth as an individual, but reinforce or challenge that person's beliefs so they may reflect and grow as well.
Further, by absorbing the lessons others have learnt - you may pass on that knowledge to others, just as I am here.
The brain neurologically learns most effectively when discussing things with others, speaking about your knowledge and beliefs and when attempting to teach it to others.
But - why should you learn?
The 37x rule mathematically deduces that a 1% personal improvement each day for a year results in a 37x gain (in quality of life) over that given year.
Stop being stagnant. Expose yourself to people, the planet. Take actionable steps to try new things and speak to new people about things you're learning and that which you've gone through.
This is how you contribute to both your own identity and that of everyone else you meet.
Be free, little bird.

Achieve more - Compound Habits
In all seriousness. I did not mean to speed up the most important segment of this video.
But understand one thing my friend. Every decision you make, positive or negative, reinforces itself on the neurological scale.
This means, persistent bad decisions like smoking will become instilled in your brain and bad habits will be harder to break.
In opposition, positive habits like a 5 minute exercise routine will become easier and more appealing to your brain as you repeat the action. Choose your destiny. Condition yourself.

THIS is Mathematically the BEST Way to Learn
You speak to people all the time. Probably.
But do you realise the sheer value all those people can contribute to your knowledge, growth and development?
Some of us have awful pasts. Some not so much.
However, one thing is clear. All our experiences are different...
Thus, we all have lessons to pass on and potholes to point out along this treacherous journey called 'life'.
The best ways of learning are through group discussions (multiple perspectives), personal practice (passing on what you learn and consistency) and teachings others.
Use this to your advantage.
By living in a way that puts yourself out into different environments, with different kinds of people with different experiences - you open yourself up to cyclical learning.
They teach you, you teach them, you both leave, reflect, improve and teach others the lessons you have to share.
This is the path to your dreams,
Write something down.
