In all seriousness. I did not mean to speed up the most important segment of this video.
But understand one thing my friend. Every decision you make, positive or negative, reinforces itself on the neurological scale.
This means, persistent bad decisions like smoking will become instilled in your brain and bad habits will be harder to break.
In opposition, positive habits like a 5 minute exercise routine will become easier and more appealing to your brain as you repeat the action. Choose your destiny. Condition yourself.
