Are Expensive Eggs Really Worth It?
What are the differences when comparing organic eggs vs. conventional eggs? Are pasture-raised eggs worth the price tag? Find out the answers to your eggcellent questions in this video!
0:00 Introduction: Choosing the right chicken eggs
0:31 Caged chickens
1:08 Cage-free chicken eggs
1:22 Free-range eggs
2:47 Does chicken feed matter?
5:00 What are the healthiest chicken eggs?
In this video, we’ll examine all of the different types of chicken eggs available in the store. The different labels and classifications can be confusing.
Around 65% of all chickens used for laying chicken eggs are in cages. Caged chickens are required to get at least 67 square inches of space, which is a little over 8 x 8 inches. New California caged chickens get a few more inches but not even one square foot of space.
Cage-free chickens are not in a cage but are generally confined to a barn with many other chickens. Each chicken gets one square foot of space.
Free-range chickens get 2 square feet of space. They have free range in a barn and typically have access to the outdoors, but it’s unclear if they have access to outdoor grass or if the area is cement.
Pasture-raised chickens get 10 feet by 10 feet of outdoor space.
When chickens don’t get enough space, their cortisol and adrenaline levels increase. This is unhealthy for the chickens and causes them to produce less healthy chicken eggs.
When looking for chicken eggs at the store, terms like “natural,” “vegetarian-fed,” and different grades of chicken eggs mean nothing!
Conventional eggs come from chickens that are fed chicken feed made of corn and soy. This means their food is GMO, sprayed with chemicals, and very high in omega-6 fatty acids. The eggs are then much higher in omega-6 fatty acids. Foods high in omega-6 fatty acids affect the mitochondria, the nervous system, and the heart. They also create inflammation in the body.
If you can't raise backyard chickens and you can't get to a farmer’s market, look for organic pasture-raised eggs. It will be more expensive, but it's worth the investment in your health.

Some people have high blood sugar levels, and it’s not actually dangerous. Let me explain.
Having high blood sugar levels due to consuming high amounts of refined sugar and carbs is different than having high blood sugar from normal physiological processes.
High blood sugar that occurs because of a physiological reason won’t create the damage that pathological high blood glucose can.
An A1C test measures your average blood glucose levels over three months. If you have physiological high blood glucose, your A1C won’t be elevated. But, if you have high blood glucose derived from the wrong diet, your A1C will be elevated.
It’s important to consider all the different factors when you check your blood glucose.
Surprising causes of high blood glucose:
• Infection
• Injury
• Inflammation
• Mental stress
• Dawn phenomenon
• Lack of sleep
• Artificial sweeteners
• Excess caffeine consumption
• Jet lag
• Intense exercise
• Menstrual cycle
• Certain medications
• Prolonged fasting
• Low sodium
Top things that can affect the results of your blood glucose test:
• Using expired testing strips
• Having wet or dirty fingers
• Having sugar on your fingers
• Extreme temperatures
• What you ate or drank just before you tested
If you have high blood sugar, the most crucial thing to do is get on the right eating plan. Learn about the Healthy Keto® diet in my other video.

How to Get Rid of Blackheads and Sebaceous Filaments
Learn the difference between blackheads and sebaceous filaments, and find out how to get rid of both!
DATA:
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/14223079/
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2835893/
0:00 Introduction: How to get rid of sebaceous filaments
0:25 Incorrect approach to treating sebaceous filaments
2:04 Causes of sebaceous filaments
2:49 How to remove blackheads, acne, and sebaceous filaments
Let's talk about sebaceous filaments, the common misconceptions surrounding them, and why they keep coming back. We will also explore the root causes and how to address these issues to achieve long-term results.
Many people mistake sebaceous filaments for blackheads and try to remove them by using tweezers or other methods. However, this can damage the skin.
The presence of sebaceous filaments and blackheads is often linked to the overproduction of sebum. This production is regulated by a hormone called androgens, which can increase during puberty, pregnancy, or other hormonal imbalances.
So, how do we address the root cause of sebaceous filaments? One way is to regulate and balance our androgen levels through dietary changes. Consuming foods high in vitamin A, D, and omega-3 fatty acids while reducing the intake of seed oils found in processed foods can help decrease sebum production.
Another way to reduce and balance androgen levels is through intermittent fasting and the keto diet, which helps lower insulin levels. High levels of insulin can also contribute to the overproduction of sebum.
Additionally, zinc deficiency has been linked to raised sebum production. Consuming zinc-rich foods such as shellfish and red meat can help address this deficiency. Managing stress levels is also essential, as chronic stress can deplete our zinc levels.

The #1 Best Vitamin for Arthritis (NOT VITAMIN D)
Discover the best natural and effective remedy for arthritis. This one surprised me!
0:00 Introduction: The best natural remedy for arthritis
0:35 What is arthritis?
0:40 Side effects of NSAIDs and steroids
1:02 How this remedy works
1:40 Signs of NAD deficiency
2:48 The best vitamin for arthritis
In this video, we’re going to talk about a vitamin that can help relieve symptoms of arthritis. Arthritis involves inflammation, breakdown of cartilage, stiffness, and pain.
People often take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) to get rid of the pain associated with arthritis, but NSAIDs can cause gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and kidney problems. Steroids for pain can destroy your joints and lower your immune system.
This incredible remedy for arthritis is a precursor for NAD. NAD is a helper molecule that helps turn food into energy and is involved in over 400 different genes.
Signs of an NAD deficiency can include:
1. Low collagen repair
2. Inflammation
3. Fatigue
4. Muscle pain, muscle weakness, muscle loss
5. Metabolic diseases
6. Aging faster than normal
7. Lowered immune system
Niacinamide, a form of vitamin B3, is the best vitamin for arthritis. Try taking around 100 to 150 milligrams of niacinamide 3 to 6 times per day, depending on the severity of your arthritis.
Ensure you’re consuming sufficient protein for niacinamide to help with your arthritis symptoms, and it’s also best to avoid alcohol.
Tryptophan can also turn into vitamin B3, but the mechanism is not very efficient. Niacinamide is a non-toxic, effective, and affordable remedy for arthritis!

Strange & Weird Niacin (B3) Deficiency Signs and Symptoms
If you’re deficient in niacin (vitamin B3), you may have some strange symptoms. Find out how to spot a niacin deficiency and what you can do to fix it!
DATA:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9032523/
0:00 Introduction: Niacin deficiency symptoms
0:25 Subclinical symptoms of a vitamin B3 deficiency
1:41 How to fix a niacin deficiency
2:05 Benefits of niacin
3:50 Foods high in vitamin B3
4:39 How do you become deficient in niacin?
6:18 Learn more about zinc!
In this video, we’re going to talk about niacin deficiency symptoms. If you have a niacin deficiency, you might experience the “4 D's”: dermatitis, diarrhea, dementia, and even death.
Subclinical symptoms of a niacin deficiency include the following:
• Loss of taste
• Metallic/rancid taste in the mouth
• Loss of smell/change in smell
• Face moves when you look in the mirror
• Words move when you read
• Unstable or moving ground when walking
• Fatigue
• Inability to relax
You need large amounts of niacin to address a deficiency. You can take either niacin or niacinamide.
Niacin is a precursor to NAD, which helps extract electrons from foods. This allows you to get more energy from the food that you eat.
Vitamin B3 helps support something known as sirtuins, which support longevity and DNA repair. L-tryptophan can convert to niacin, serotonin, and melatonin!
Niacin is very beneficial for skin health and conditions like acne and psoriasis. A niacin deficiency can cause very dry, scaly skin.
The form of niacin known as niacinamide can help with inflammatory conditions like arthritis. Niacin also supports healthy levels of LDL and HDL cholesterol. It was very popular before the development of statins.
Animal protein and organ meats are the best sources of niacin. You can also get niacin from spirulina and nutritional yeast, but look for nutritional yeast that does not have added synthetic vitamins.
There is a tremendous amount of research on niacin and cholesterol, the heart, and mood disorders like schizophrenia, depression, and bipolar disorder.
A diet high in ultra-processed foods can lead to a niacin deficiency. Pregnancy, alcoholism, Covid-19, and certain medications can also contribute to a niacin deficiency.

The Top Nutrient Deficiency in Lyme Disease
You can try conventional and holistic remedies for Lyme disease, but without this nutrient, you may have trouble recovering 100%. Find out about the #1 nutrient deficiency associated with Lyme disease.
DATA:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4160567/
0:00 Introduction: #1 Nutrient deficiency involved in Lyme disease
0:26 Why vitamin D?
1:37 Understanding vitamin D receptors
4:07 Barriers to vitamin D absorption
4:44 How to increase vitamin D
In this video, we’re going to talk about the top nutrient deficiency in Lyme disease, vitamin D. The spirochete microbe involved in Lyme disease blocks your ability to receive vitamin D. This means you could have normal vitamin D levels in your blood but be severely deficient deep in your tissues.
Vitamin D typically comes from the sun and is absorbed into the liver and kidneys through your skin. It’s eventually turned into the active form of vitamin D but has to be received by a vitamin D receptor.
The spirochete microbe in Lyme disease downgrades your vitamin D receptors by 50 to 80x! This inhibits your immune system’s ability to fight the microbe.
Other microbes, viruses, and certain types of cancer also downgrade vitamin D receptors. If you have a problem with your vitamin D receptors, it won’t be detected in your blood. You must do a specialized vitamin D receptor test to identify the problem.
It’s estimated that 30% of the population has issues with the vitamin D receptor. Many people who are overweight have resistance to vitamin D at the receptor level. Other microorganisms like chlamydia, microplasmas, and aspergillus (toxic mold) downgrade vitamin D receptors.
The following factors can make it more difficult for your body to absorb vitamin D: darker complexions, old age, low cholesterol, seed oil consumption, and smoking. You also need adequate zinc and magnesium for vitamin D to work properly in the body.
Natural alternatives to increase vitamin D levels and combat vitamin D resistance include:
1. Large amounts of vitamin D, 50,000 IU sporadically (i.e., once a week)
2. Sunshine
3. Omega-3 fatty acids
4. Resveratrol
5. Intense exercise
6. Quercetin
7. Zinc
8. Boron
9. Progesterone
10. Sulforaphane
11. TUDCA

Increase Growth Hormone as You Age
Trying to build muscle on keto? Find out how to increase growth hormone naturally.
Standard Process Pituitrophin PMG:
https://www.standardprocess.com/products/pituitrophin-pmg
0:00 Introduction: Growth hormone explained
0:20 What is growth hormone?
0:45 Growth hormone deficiency
1:10 Signs of a deficiency in growth hormone

2:56 What blocks growth hormone?
8:00 Understanding the role of the pituitary gland
9:00 How to boost growth hormone naturally
13:05 Muscle loss on keto
15:22 Learn more about sleep apnea!
Let’s talk about the best ways to increase growth hormone, especially as you age.
In adults, growth hormone is crucial for muscle building and fat burning. It’s also important for building tendons, ligaments, collagen, joints, and bones. However, growth hormone dramatically decreases with age.
Side effects of a deficiency in growth hormone can include:
• Difficulty building muscle
• Cognitive issues
• Lowered mood
• Higher levels of LDL
• Hair loss
• Insomnia
Here are the top things that can block growth hormone:
• Insomnia
• Sleep apnea
• High blood sugar
• High insulin
• Chronic stress
• Liver problems
The pituitary gland produces growth hormone. Instead of replacing the hormone with a synthetic version, why don’t we support the gland that makes growth hormone?
How to increase growth hormone naturally:
1. Try Pituitrophin PMG from Standard Process
2. Do intense exercise
3. Take milk thistle (if you have a liver problem)
4. Get on the Healthy Keto® diet
5. Do cold immersion therapy
6. Do heat therapy
7. Do intermittent fasting
Some people find their muscles look flat or dehydrated after getting on keto. In this situation, it’s important to drink plenty of water with electrolytes, especially potassium and sodium. This will help keep the muscles hydrated. You could also try increasing your carbs to 50 grams per day by consuming foods like berries but still avoiding refined carbs and sugar.

7:19 Signs of a trace mineral deficiency
10:57 Foods rich in trace minerals
11:10 Learn how to identify other deficiencies!
Today I want to cover the different signs of a deficiency in trace minerals.
Trace minerals are minerals needed in tiny or trace amounts. A few examples of important trace minerals are zinc, iodine, selenium, and iron.
Trace minerals are essential for enzymes, which are proteins that run the body.
Symptoms of zinc deficiency:
• Hair loss
• White spots on the nails
• Low testosterone
• Diarrhea
Symptoms of iron deficiency:
• Anemia (weakness, fatigue, cold sensation)
• Brittle nails
• Hair loss
Symptoms of selenium deficiency:
• Infertility
• Fatigue
• Hair loss
Symptoms of iodine deficiency:
• Swelling in the lower part of the neck
You might not notice any symptoms right away, but a trace mineral deficiency could contribute to all kinds of chronic diseases later in life. It could even increase your risk of cancer.
The best sources of trace minerals:
1. Seafood
2. Organ meats
3. Eggs
4. Seaweed or sea kelp
5. High-quality sea salt

9:05 Learn about another great natural remedy!
In this video, I’m going to share a recipe for a powerful, natural antibiotic drink that you can make at home.
The overuse of antibiotics is a major issue in the United States. Overuse of antibiotics leads to antibiotic resistance. This means that the microbes that are not killed by the antibiotics become stronger and resistant. When you take antibiotics again, they don’t work as well anymore.
Antibiotics do not kill yeast or viruses, but they do kill good microbes that keep the yeast at bay. This is why a common side effect of antibiotics is an overgrowth of candida or yeast.
Weaker antibiotics like penicillin and tetracycline work by slowing the growth of microbial reproduction. Stronger antibiotics like Cipro and Levaquin come with strong side effects and a black box warning.
If you have to take stronger antibiotics, always take magnesium, vitamin E, and probiotics along with them. After taking antibiotics, it could take weeks or even years to get your original microbes back. Because 80% of your immune system is your microbiome, this can have detrimental effects on your natural immunity.
Antibiotics naturally come from molds and other microorganisms found in the soil. These natural compounds have anti-inflammatory effects, antimicrobial effects, anti-diabetic effects, and anticancer effects.
Here is the recipe for a natural antibiotic drink that should be taken at the first sign of a cough or illness:
•3 cloves garlic
•90 drops Echinacea extract
•1 whole organic lemon (peel included)
•1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
•1 tablespoon raw honey
•16 ounces water
Blend all ingredients for about 45 seconds. Drink ⅓ of the mixture 3 times per day. If you’re in the middle of an infection, do this for the duration of the infection. You should notice a diminishing of symptoms, and you should sleep better.
Also, take 50,000 IUs of vitamin D3 and 100 to 150 mg of zinc to boost your immune system.

4:30 Side effects of infected teeth
5:30 Remedies to prevent heart attack from infected teeth
In this video, we’re going to talk about a surprising hidden source of heart attacks. In his book "Hidden Epidemic," Dr. Thomas Levy reported that 78% of patients with myocardial infarctions and occluded arteries also had DNA of pathogens typical for infections in root canal-treated teeth.
This type of chronic infection is known as chronic apical periodontitis and often has no symptoms. As you’re chewing, you push bacteria deeper into the lymphatic system, affecting the heart and causing other inflammatory issues like arthritis.
Infected teeth are often missed on routine dental X-rays. C-reactive protein levels in your blood are a biomarker for inflammation and can sometimes signify infected teeth.
The infection can be in the tooth, gums, jaw, or tonsils. Pathogens in your mouth can create significant oxidative stress and free radical damage. One of the ways your body responds is by developing clots. Other symptoms include fatigue, chronic inflammation, jaw problems, and tooth sensitivity.
To strengthen your immune system and prevent the spread of bacteria from your teeth, take 1 to 2 grams (500 mg a few times a day) of liposomal vitamin C. Vitamin C works as an antioxidant to lower oxidative stress in the body.
Liposomal vitamin C is one of the only forms that can work at the intracellular level. Liposomal vitamin C will not cause diarrhea, even when taken in large quantities.

0:00 Introduction: Drink that can help with depression
0:48 What causes depression?
1:10 Benefits of green tea
2:49 How much green tea to drink
3:00 Other natural methods to combat depression
Let’s discuss the many benefits of green tea and how it can help with depression. But what exactly is green tea?
Green tea is a drink made from unfermented leaves, which makes it different from other types of tea. It contains many pharmacologically active compounds that have been found to have numerous health benefits.
One of these benefits is its ability to reduce depression. Studies have shown that drinking just three cups of green tea per week can reduce depression by 21 percent, while drinking one cup per day versus four cups per day can bump up the reduction of depression by 51 percent.
But how exactly does green tea help with depression?
Green tea has been found to have an impact on certain areas of the brain, such as the prefrontal cortex and the nucleus accumbens, which are involved in addiction.
It also affects the hippocampus, which plays a role in cognitive function, memory, and learning.
Another compound found in green tea is L-theanine, an amino acid that helps with mood stabilization and has been shown to improve depression directly.
But the benefits of green tea don’t stop there. Studies have also shown it to be anti-carcinogenic, antimicrobial, and neuroprotective. It has even been found to reverse age-related cognitive decline.
But drinking green tea isn’t the only natural way to combat depression. Here are some other methods you can try:
• Exercise: A study found that exercise may have effects similar to Zoloft in reducing symptoms of depression. High-intensity interval training has been proven to be particularly beneficial for those with depression and anxiety.
• Vitamin D: Deficiency in this essential nutrient has been linked to a higher risk of depression, so get enough sunlight and take a vitamin D supplement.
• Fasting: Fasting has been found to have survival properties that can help our bodies function better, including reducing symptoms of depression.

Avoiding the Sun is Just as Dangerous as Cigarettes?
We’ve been told to avoid the sun and always wear sunblock, but is this bad advice? Discover the truth about sun exposure.

1:01 Deaths from sun exposure explained
1:49 American Dermatology Association recommendation for sun exposure
2:17 Melanoma and the sun
3:09 Benefits of infrared
4:06 Next steps
Today, we’re going to talk about the dangers of avoiding sun exposure. There has been an association between vitamin D insufficiency and autoimmune diseases, cardiovascular diseases, and at least 17 different cancers.
Vitamin D is intimately involved in over 2,000 of our genes and vital for proper immune function. It’s virtually impossible to get enough vitamin D from your diet. Only 5% to 10% of vitamin D comes from diet, and that’s only if you eat plenty of fatty fish, organ meats, and egg yolks. Around 90% to 95% percent of your vitamin D comes from the sun.
Every year, there are 5,125 deaths from sun exposure and 1,684,677 deaths from lack of sun. For every death from sun exposure, there are 329 deaths from lack of sun.
The current American Dermatology Association recommendation is to stay out of the sun and use sunblock. Yet, in the early 1900s, the sun was used to treat illnesses like tuberculosis and asthma.
In 1935, 1 out of 1500 people developed melanoma. By 2014, 1 in 50 people had developed melanoma, despite the fact that people are spending significantly less time outside.
This shows that the sun protects you from melanoma. In fact, 75% of all melanomas are located in areas not typically exposed to the sun.
Fifty-four percent of the sun's rays are infrared light. Infrared light protects against cancer, stimulates melatonin, and also generates ATP. Vitamin D and melatonin protect the mitochondria. Both are stimulated by exposure to the sun.
Aim to get a moderate amount of sun exposure to avoid burning and support your health.

1:32 Why red meat is the best protein for healing
3:30 Benefits of red meat
8:13 What to do if you have problems digesting red meat
10:23 Discover the best protein sources for certain health conditions!
Today, I want to cover the best food to support healing and repair: red meat. Not only does red meat have the most protein, but it also has some other amazing benefits.
Other types of protein, like eggs and salmon, are beneficial—but red meat is the best to support healing.
Of all the things needed for the repair or healing process, amino acids are among the most important.
Red meat is more bioavailable and is a more concentrated source of amino acids than other types of protein. It also contains more iron, magnesium, zinc, B vitamins, vitamin K, and omega-3 fatty acids than eggs.
This doesn’t include processed meat from factory farms. It’s crucial to get high-quality grass-fed, grass-finished red meat.
Red meat also contains four important additional nutrients for healing, repair, and recovery:
1. Carnitine
2. Creatine
3. Carnosine
4. Coenzyme Q10
People who have difficulty digesting red meat typically have low stomach acid. Even if you don’t like the taste of red meat, it may be because you have low stomach acid.
Betaine hydrochloride may be beneficial to help strengthen your stomach acid. You can try taking three to five betaine hydrochloride supplements before a meal for about one month.
However, if you tend to have excess iron, red meat may not be for you. Instead, you could try consuming more poultry or eggs.

3:05 Sign up for my newsletter to get unfiltered content!
In this video, we’re going to talk about candida overgrowth. Candida is a fungal infection that typically affects the mouth, private areas, or toenails. Candida often develops after antibiotics destroys the bacteria that keep yeast and fungus at bay.
The majority of your gut microbiome is bacteria. However, you have a small percentage of yeast, fungus, and friendly candida. When antibiotics wipe out your friendly bacteria, this leaves room for candida overgrowth.
Some of the symptoms of candida overgrowth include itchiness, burning, fatigue, cracks at the corners of the mouth, and ammonia odor.
Candida changes your pH, making it more alkaline. Sugar is the primary fuel source of candida.
Other conditions can lower your immune system and cause candida overgrowth. HIV/AIDS, organ transplants, medications like Prednisone, pregnancy, and excessive sugar consumption can all cause candida.
Oftentimes, candida overgrowth is paired with a vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D has antifungal properties and is also a broad-spectrum antimicrobial.
If you have candida, there are three things that you need to do!
1. Take 20,000 to 30,000 IU of vitamin D
2. Remove sugar from the diet
3. Consume probiotic foods (sauerkraut, kimchi, kefir, fermented vegetables)

What Your Urine Color Says about Your Health
Discover how urine color can be used as an indicator of what’s going on deeper inside your body.
0:00 Introduction: Urine colors explained
0:34 Clear urine
1:14 Normal urine color
1:34 Red urine
2:11 Orange urine
2:42 Blue urine/green urine
3:02 Dark brown urine
3:11 Foamy urine
3:55 Cloudy urine
Today, we’re going to talk about how the color of your urine can tell you what’s going on inside your body. Urine is filtered blood. Nephrons recycle good materials back into the blood and remove toxins and waste through your urine.
If you have clear urine, you’re drinking too much water. Too much water dilutes sodium and makes you dehydrated. Hydration is achieved with the right amount of electrolytes and the right amount of water. Only drink water when thirsty, especially when you’re not working out or sweating.
Normal urine color should be amber, yellow, or straw-colored. The yellow color comes from a pigment in your blood.
Red or pink urine usually signifies blood. This can be caused by a kidney stone, infection, or something more serious. Menstruation can also contaminate the urine, turning it pink. Always seek help from your doctor if you suspect that you have blood in your urine.
Orange urine or fluorescent yellow urine is usually the result of synthetic vitamins, especially B vitamins. It can also be the result of dyes from certain medications. Orange urine can also signify underlying gallbladder or liver issues, but this is not very common.
Blue urine is caused by methylene blue, certain medications, and artificial colors. Sometimes, asparagus can turn your urine green!
Dark brown urine means you’re dehydrated and need more fluids. Very dark brown urine could potentially point toward a liver problem.
If your urine has a normal color but is foamy, your protein consumption may be too high. Foamy urine may also potentially be caused by chronic kidney disease. Foamy urine often occurs in diabetics. If you have foamy urine, try cutting your protein intake to see if it helps.
Cloudy urine usually signifies infection. Most UTIs are caused by E. coli bacteria. Too much sugar in the diet can feed this bacteria.

Are you experiencing signs of diabetes? Check out these home remedies.
Timestamps
0:00 At the 1st sign of diabetes, do this…
0:46 Signs and symptoms of insulin resistance
1:44 What is insulin resistance, pre-diabetes, and diabetes?
5:30 What to do for insulin resistance
7:41 Plants and herbs for insulin resistance
In this video, we’re going to talk about what you would do at the first sign of type 2 diabetes.
What would be the first sign of diabetes? It’s actually not pre-diabetes. It’s something that comes before pre-diabetes—insulin resistance.
Insulin resistance is like a pre-pre-diabetes—one of the first signs or clues of diabetes. If you can catch it at the insulin resistance stage, you can potentially avoid any further progression.
The first indicators of insulin resistance include:
1. Frequent hunger
2. Carbohydrate cravings
3. Not feel satisfied after a meal
4. Urination at night
5. Thirst before bed
6. Feeling tired after eating
7. Belly fat
Take a look at what’s happening when you have insulin resistance. This situation is when the insulin receptors are downgraded, so they don’t receive insulin. This means that the feedback loop to the pancreas is stopped. In turn, the pancreas pumps out more and more insulin, which further contributes to insulin resistance.
When you get to the pre-diabetes stage, you start to lose this pancreatic compensation, and your blood sugars start to go a little too high.
Full-blown diabetes is when you lose more compensation, and your blood sugar levels skyrocket because your insulin levels are low.
When you first have signs of insulin resistance or pre-diabetes, what do they do? They often wait until it turns into diabetes, and then they start treating it with medications and diet changes.
However, many “professionals” think that a healthy diet should allow 225 carbs. This is way too much—especially if you have insulin resistance. It will be virtually impossible to get rid of this situation if you are consuming that number of carbohydrates.
Here’s what you can do for insulin resistance and pre-diabetes:
1. Lower your carbs to less than 50 grams
2. Stop snacking
3. Cut back to 2 meals a day (intermittent fasting)
4. Get plenty of butyrate by consuming vegetables
5. Get plenty of vitamin D
6. Replenish your chromium, vitamin B1, potassium, and magnesium
You can also use some plants and herbs to help support healthy blood sugar and insulin levels. Try using cinnamon, green tea, Gymnema, and berberine.

What Does OLIVE OIL Do for Your Body?

1:25 What makes olive oil healthy
5:30 The best type of olive oil to get
5:58 Learn more about olive oil!
Today, I want to cover the fascinating benefits of olive oil.
Olive oil is rich in antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer effects. Olive oil also has incredible effects on certain parts of the body, including:
• The cardiovascular system
• The nerves and brain
• The skin
• The eyes
Olive oil is a good source of healthy fats and contains vitamins E and K1. However, the real benefits of olive oil occur because of a group of plant chemicals called polyphenols.
Polyphenols produce many amazing effects on the body, like helping to prevent complications from chronic disease and oxidative stress.
It’s crucial to get real olive oil that’s organic. This is because glyphosate (an herbicide) blocks a plant’s ability to produce amino acids and polyphenols. Glyphosate can also lead to a myriad of other health concerns.
Keep in mind that salads contain polyphenols and other phytonutrients. Plus, adding olive oil to salads helps increase the absorption of phytonutrients.

Do Not Eat Peanut Butter until You Watch This!
Learn how to choose the healthiest peanuts and peanut butter to avoid additives and ingredients that can be damaging to your health.
0:00 Introduction: Are peanuts healthy?
0:51 Conventional peanuts
1:29 Peanuts and glyphosate
2:01 Hydrogenated oils vs. partially hydrogenated oils
2:50 Monoglycerides
3:12 What is the healthiest peanut butter?
In this video, I’m going to tell you about the healthiest peanut butter. Peanuts don't typically cause health issues, but they can cause bloating for some people, and it's still important to consume the right peanuts.
Peanuts are not nuts—they are legumes that grow in the soil. Conventional peanuts are heavily sprayed with pesticides and fungicides, which seep into the soil and penetrate their thin shells. This is why you should always choose organic peanuts and peanut butter.
Glyphosate is also commonly found in peanuts. Glyphosate can act as an antibiotic and is found in many GMO foods.
Always read the label on your peanut butter and ensure it doesn't contain hydrogenated oils. Hydrogenated vegetable oils don’t actually come from vegetables at all—they’re seed oils! Also, avoid peanut butter with added sugar.
Monoglycerides are sometimes added to peanut butter. A French study linked this ingredient to cancer and found that it can increase the risk of certain cancers by 46%.
Look for peanut butter that only contains peanuts and salt. Organic Valencia peanut butter that contains only Valencia peanuts and sea salt is the best option. Valencia peanuts contain the least amount of aflatoxins. Aflatoxins come from mold and can be very damaging to the liver.
Try to have your peanuts with a meal rather than as a snack to avoid spiking insulin.
