In this video, I have an amazing success story to share with you. Guy Tenenbaum had stage 4 cancer. He is now cancer-free!
For many years, Guy dealt with numerous health problems, including:
• Type II diabetes
• Hypertension
• High cholesterol
• Joint and bone pain
• Chronic inflammation
• Weight problems
After repeatedly insisting on a PSA (a protein that can be produced cancerous tissue in the prostate) test, doctors discovered that Guy had serious cancer.
They told them that there was nothing they could do for him and that he only had a few months to live.
Guy then searched out other options and opinions. Other doctors told him the same story. But he did not give up hope—he did not accept what doctors told him was his fate.
Guy then decided to take his health into his own hands. He began to study everything he could on cancer.
Then, he discovered the realm of natural medicine and fasting. He fasted for 45 days. During his fast he consumed natural cancer-killing nutrients.
There are two key takeaways:
1. Prolonged fasting helps induce autophagy
2. Low or no-calorie nutrients and herbs are vital along the way to increase the cancer-killing power of fasting
Guy consumed:
• Green tea
• Ginger
• Turmeric
• Pepper
• Salt
• Protein supplements
• Vegetables
• Garlic (whole and supplements)
Today, Guy is healthy and cancer-free!

Today we’re going to talk about what to do at the first sign of a kidney stone.
What are the first signs of a kidney stone?
1. Back pain (usually on one side and could wrap around to the front)
2. Lower abdominal pain or deep dull ache on one side
3. Groin pain
4. Blood in the urine
5. Painful urination
6. Urge to urinate but unable to do so
7. Nausea or vomiting
A kidney stone can develop in the kidney or just outside of the kidney in the duct. There are several types of kidney stones, but the most common is the oxalate stone, which we’re going to focus on.
What you could do if you start noticing symptoms of a kidney stone:
• Drink at least 2.5 liters of fluid
• Drink 1 cup of lemon juice per day
• Take potassium citrate
Foods to avoid (foods high in oxalates):
• Spinach
• Almonds
• Chocolate
• Swiss chard
• Beet tops
• Peanuts
If you consume these foods, here are a few things you could do to help prevent calcium oxalate stones:
• Consume the food with calcium (for example, a spinach salad with cheese)
• Take chondroitin sulfate
• Take berberine
• Take cod liver oil

The ONLY Solution to Long COVID

7:09 The best natural remedies for post-COVID symptoms
9:25 Vitamin B1 and long-haul COVID
11:25 Learn more about vitamin D!
Let’s talk about the symptoms of long COVID and the natural things you can do if you experience these issues.
Post-COVID-19 symptoms can include:
• Fatigue
• Headaches
• Decreased attention
• Memory problems
• Shortness of breath
• Distortion of smell
• Muscle weakness
• Brain fog
• Post-exercise issues
Post-COVID symptoms are often worsened by both mental and physical stress.
Growing evidence shows that this problem is strongly associated with an alteration in the vitamin D genes.
If someone has a predisposition to a vitamin D deficiency, they may experience more COVID symptoms and have a higher risk of symptoms long after the original infection.
Vitamin D is the most essential vitamin to support the immune system, and vitamin D deficiencies increase the risk of viruses.
Many different things can decrease your absorption of vitamin D, and getting plenty of sun or taking a vitamin D supplement is crucial.
Vitamin D also controls folate, and a lack of folate is associated with the severity and duration of symptoms from the COVID-19 virus as well.
There are a few things you can try to increase your vitamin D, including:
• Vitamin D3 supplements (minimally 10,000 IU per day)
• Topical vitamin D (nanoemulsion technology)
• Semi-activated vitamin D
• Light therapy
Additional things you can do to help increase the effectiveness of the above options include:
1. Taking vitamin D3 irregularly
• You might take 50,000 IU of vitamin D3, then wait a few days, and take 20,000 IU of vitamin D3
2. Take the co-factors for vitamin D3, including:
• Magnesium
• Zinc
• Vitamin K2
3. Do intense exercise
4. Increase butyrate by consuming salad or vegetables
5. Consume sulforaphane (broccoli sprouts or other sprouts)
6. Consume omega-3 fatty acids (fish oil or cod liver oil)
Vitamin B1 (thiamine) and vitamin B3 may also be involved in long COVID. It’s important not to neglect B vitamins in your diet.
Consuming refined carbs, stress, or antibiotics can deplete vitamin B1. The ketogenic diet can also increase the demand for B vitamins.
You may want to take nutritional yeast or a natural B1 complex along with vitamin D3 to help support your body and overcome symptoms of long COVID.

Today, I want to cover the symptoms of a vitamin B6 deficiency you may have never heard of before.
“They” say it’s rare to become deficient in vitamin B6. However, it’s possible to have a subclinical B6 deficiency that still affects your well-being, even if it’s not a full-blown vitamin B6 deficiency.
Vitamin B6 is important to support a healthy body. Typically, there are no side effects of taking vitamin B6 if you take less than 200 mg daily.
If you take too much vitamin B6, you could experience toxicity effects. However, you would have to consume over 1000 mg of vitamin B6 per day to cause any issues.
Foods rich in vitamin B6 are:
• Beef
• Pork
• Fish
• Chicken
It’s pretty well-known that if you have low vitamin B6, you may experience symptoms, including:
• Rashes around the nose
• Cracks or rashes around the mouth
• Pink eye
• Anemia
• Neurological problems
• Numbness in the hands and feet
• Depression
Surprising symptoms of a vitamin B6 deficiency:
1. Inflammation (especially gut inflammation)
2. Inability to control polyunsaturated fatty acids
3. Deficiencies in neurotransmitters
4. Inability to convert ALA to DHA
5. Poor selenium function
6. Inability to convert tryptophan to niacin
7. Alopecia
8. Seizures
9. High homocysteine levels
10. Increased risk of autism
11. Increased risk of gut pathogens
Causes of vitamin B6 deficiency:
• Processed foods
• Diuretics
• Blood pressure medications
• Antibiotics
• Birth control pills
• Alcohol
• Pregnancy or lactation
• Smoking
• Herbicides
• Ginkgo biloba

3:29 Vitamin D and gut inflammation
3:58 Seed oils and ultra-processed foods
4:36 Medications and autoimmune disease
4:52 Stress-induced autoimmune diseases
5:22 How to help prevent autoimmune diseases
7:30 Discover the #1 food to support healing and repair!
The incidence of autoimmune disease has tripled since the 50s and 60s. Let’s take a look at why that might be.
The immune system works to differentiate our cells and friendly microbes from external pathogens, viruses, and microbes.
Autoimmune diseases are typically caused by inflammation. Intestinal permeability, also known as leaky gut, is one of the most common culprits of autoimmune disease. When you have a leaky gut, food particles can leak out of the small intestine and confuse your immune system.
Chemicals from our environment can lead to inflammation in the gut. Most of the wheat in America is sprayed with glyphosate, which inflames the gut and destroys the microbiome. It also disturbs certain enzymes in the liver involved in detoxification.
If you have gut inflammation, you will have trouble absorbing vitamin D. Vitamin D is the most important vitamin for your immune system. Vitamin D is a powerful anti-inflammatory that helps to prevent autoimmune diseases.
Consumption of ultra-processed foods like seed oils, refined sugars, and refined starches also creates inflammation in your gut. Medications like PPIs can potentially contribute to autoimmune disease. Drug-induced lupus is directly linked to the use of PPIs.
Stress-induced autoimmune disease is very common. Many people experience a stressful event right before they develop an autoimmune disease. Stress activates cortisol, which paralyzes your immune system.
So what’s the solution?
1. Avoid seed oils and grains! Follow a keto diet and consume high-quality animal protein and healthy fats. Cook your vegetables and consume fermented vegetables. If you have bad gut inflammation, try the carnivore diet for a few months.
2. Consume 30,000 to 50,000 IU of vitamin D each day.
3. Consume red meat for L-glutamine or take a supplement.
4. Consume small amounts of colostrum.

7:35 Learn more about the dangers of inactivity!
Two of the top benefits of exercise include lowering your risk for certain diseases and increasing your longevity—and it doesn’t take much exercise to achieve this.
The more fitness you have in your reserve, the more you can counter stress and the more flexibility you can have with your eating plan.
The benefits of walking just two to two and a half hours a week can lower your mortality rate by 20 percent. Exercising just 11 minutes a day can lower your mortality rate by 10 percent.
Doing three to four short bouts of intense exercise can lower your mortality rate by 40 percent. Eleven bouts of short, intense exercise may lower the risk of cardiovascular disease by 65 percent and cancer by 49 percent. A 10 to 59-minute workout once a week, every week, can decrease your mortality rate by 18 percent.
Exercise even supports the mitochondria and helps balance healthy blood sugar levels.
Going for a walk after eating may help burn any carbohydrates you eat. But it’s also important to find a form of exercise you enjoy so you won’t procrastinate doing it.
Setting a timer and breaking up your day with scheduled small bursts of exercise may be extremely beneficial for your health.
A heart rate variability device is a useful tool to help you figure out your fitness level, when you should and shouldn’t exercise, and how long you should exercise. Using a sauna, intermittent fasting, and getting out in nature may also help increase your longevity.

Let’s talk about how to get rid of eye floaters.
Eye floaters are an accumulation of collagen fiber in a certain form that’s damaged—it’s been glycated. This means it’s stuck to a sugar molecule.
When a protein is connected to a sugar, or sugar is connected to a fat, it becomes unavailable and can clog up the body.
A lack of antioxidants, as well as a high-carb diet, can contribute to glycation.
But there are things you can do to help prevent glycation. Taking these natural remedies for eye floaters on an empty stomach may be best so they don’t interfere with other proteins.
The best natural remedies for eye floaters:
1. Choline (1000 mg per day)
2. Inositol (500 mg per day)
3. Methionine (200 mg per day)
4. L-lysine (one to three grams)
These remedies can take time to work—even months. To help enhance and speed up the process, you can try intermittent and prolonged fasting.
It’s also crucial to start cutting sugar out of your diet. Getting on the Healthy Keto® diet may help balance your blood sugar levels and increase your antioxidants to get rid of floaters.
The best foods to consume to help get rid of eye floaters:
1. Vegetables high in vitamin C
2. Meats and seafood high in zinc

Does Biotin (or Biotin Shampoo) Really Work for Hair Loss?
Does biotin shampoo work? Learn more about biotin and how to promote healthy hair and skin naturally.
DATA:
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/10524353/
0:00 Introduction: Does biotin promote healthy hair?
0:10 What is biotin?
0:40 What does biotin do?
2:12 Foods high in biotin
2:48 Biotin deficiency causes
4:05 Does biotin shampoo work?
5:10 Signs of a biotin deficiency
5:43 Learn more about hair loss!
Let’s talk about biotin for hair and skin. You may have even noticed biotin shampoo for hair loss—does it really work?
Biotin is vitamin B7. Biotin is especially important for pregnant women and children. A deficiency of biotin in a pregnant mother could lead to malformations in the growth and development of the child.
Biotin acts as a coenzyme in the formation of proteins. There are a lot of different fats and proteins that make up body tissue. It’s a helper enzyme in the formation of myelin, hair, and skin.
The microbes in the large intestine make just as much biotin as you get from your diet. But, the majority of biotin you get from your diet is not in a free form—the biotin made by your microbes is. Anything that destroys your microbes, especially antibiotics, can have a negative effect on biotin.
The RDA for biotin is not fully agreed upon, and it’s difficult to get biotin from your diet. However, a few foods rich in biotin are egg yolks, liver, kidneys, and certain cheeses.
The top causes of biotin deficiency are:
• Raw egg whites
• The keto diet (causes the demand for biotin to increase)
• Anti-seizure medication
• Smoking
• Alcohol
• Lowered stomach acid
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• High amounts of exercise
• Age
• Genetic issues
If you’re experiencing symptoms like keto rash, hair thinning, or hair loss on keto, it could be because of a lack of biotin in the diet.
A subclinical deficiency in biotin could lead to thinning hair, hair loss, or skin rashes. However, symptoms of a major biotin deficiency can be more severe.
Symptoms of a biotin deficiency:
• Alopecia
• Eczema
• Seizures
• Candida
• Depression
Biotin cream or shampoo can be absorbed through the skin and may be beneficial for a subclinical biotin deficiency. You may also want to include biotin in your diet and even take a supplement form.

0:00 Welcome back, Fred Evrard!
0:35 Fred’s cancer success story
1:58 How did you handle fasting?
8:25 Did you have anything other than supplements while fasting?
10:00 What supplements did you take?
20:18 What did you eat after your 21-day fast?
22:22 What quantity of food did you eat?
23:20 What type of vegetables did you eat?
25:05 What do you eat now?
27:08 Do you take probiotics?
27:52 Tell us about your stress before cancer
33:40 The importance of educating yourself on your health
40:10 Thank you, Fred!
Fred Evrard is back with us to answer your questions about how he overcame cancer and what to eat to kill cancer.
Fred found out he had a 10 cm tumor in his colon. But, within four months, he went from having borderline stage four cancer to being cancer-free.
Fred attributes much of his success to fasting, keto, and a unique supplement protocol. During his 21-day fast, he didn’t have any food. He mostly had water. He also consumed a shot of wheatgrass juice, using my Wheatgrass Juice Powder, around three to four times a week.
After his fast, he committed to OMAD (one meal a day) and a strict 100% organic ketogenic diet with supplements. Even though Fred could not, if you can, it may be best to take supplements while fasting as well.
The supplements he used were:
• Vitamin D3
• Vitamin C
• Turmeric
• Zinc
• Omega-3 fatty acids (in the form of fish oil and DHA)
• Alpha-lipoic acid
• Garcinia cambogia
• Garlic or garlic extract
• Melatonin
• Bromelain
• Matcha green tea
After three months, Fred did another 21-day fast—but he only fasted for five days a week and ate a keto diet over the weekend. But, even when he ate over the weekend, he was still doing OMAD.
As a part of his strict 100% organic ketogenic diet, he consumed proteins, fats, and vegetables, which for him, included:
• Freshly pressed vegetable juice
• 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef (mostly ribeye steak)
• Healthy fats (avocados, coconut oil, grass-fed butter, and French heavy cream)
He would break his fast with fresh vegetable juice, and about an hour later, he would have a large steak cooked in butter or olive oil with Himalayan salt or sea salt and an avocado. About 5 to 10 minutes after that, he would have a large glass of green tea. He also did a lot to lower his stress throughout his journey.
Enjoy this interview with Fred Evrard!

Today, I want to share the best food for inflammation.
This food is powerful for any type of inflammatory condition, autoimmune disease, or any condition that ends in “itis.”
There is an interesting connection between inflammation in your joints and inflammation in your gut. To get rid of inflammation, we can’t forget about supporting a healthy gut.
Top foods that cause inflammation:
• Grains
• Alcohol
• Sugar
• Junk foods/ultra-processed foods
• Corn
• Soy
• Seed oils
• A1 milk proteins
• Fiber and functional fiber products
• Plant-protein products
Even beans, legumes, and vegetables can contribute to the problem if you have an inflammatory condition. You may need to try the carnivore diet for a little while.
The root cause of inflammation starts in the gut, and it’s called intestinal permeability or leaky gut. Glutamine, an important amino acid for your colon cells, is essential for this situation.
The best food to fight inflammation is beef, which is very high in glutamine. Glutamine greatly supports the gut and is beneficial for inflammatory conditions.
One of the best anti-inflammatory foods for vegans and vegetarians is cabbage. Cabbage, especially red cabbage, is a great source of glutamine.
Other foods rich in glutamine include:
• Sheep or goat cheese
• Kefir
• Eggs
• Fish
• Bone broth

The Early Signs of Colon Cancer You DON'T Want to Ignore
Catch colon cancer early! Here are the six early indicators of colon cancer you can't ignore.
DATA:
https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamanetworkopen/fullarticle/2789266
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9688177
0:00 Introduction: Early warning signs of colon cancer
0:57 Risk factors of colon cancer
3:25 Early signs of colon cancer
5:11 Ways to potentially avoid cancer
Today, I want to cover the early warning signs of colon cancer that you should pay attention to. These indicators do not necessarily mean you have colon cancer, but they are important clues that could help in the early detection of this disease.
Risk factors associated with colon cancer:
• Smoking
• Drinking
• Unhealthy diet
• Obesity
• H. pylori infection
Red meat has also been associated with colon cancer. However, recent studies have found no direct correlation between red meat and cancer and that the quality of meat consumed, such as grass-fed versus grain-fed, can make a difference.
Genetics play a role in colon cancer but only account for about five percent of cases. Lifestyle factors such as diet and exercise can have a much greater impact on gene expression through epigenetics.
Six early indicators of colon cancer:
• Blood in the stool
• Anemia without a known cause
• Thin stools
• Worsening constipation
• Abdominal pain
• Sudden weight loss or loss of appetite
If you experience any of these symptoms, it's important to consult with your doctor for further testing and evaluation.
But what can you do to potentially avoid colon cancer? Here are a few tips:
• Limit the use of antibiotics, but if you must take them, also take a good probiotic.
• Try intermittent fasting or prolonged fasting to give your colon a break and allow it to heal.
• Incorporate cruciferous vegetables such as kale, broccoli, and cabbage into your diet for their anti-inflammatory and probiotic properties.
• Stay physically active to strengthen your mitochondria and decrease cancer risk.
• Add spices such as garlic, thyme, and sage to your meals for their anti-cancer properties.
• Avoid foods that cause inflammation in the gut, such as gluten, grains, seed oils, and junk food.

0:00 Welcome, Dr. Eric Westman!
1:08 Relative risk vs. absolute risk
4:00 Misleading information from observational studies
14:58 The Stanford twin experiment
17:54 Harvard research
24:45 Dr. Eric Westman’s clinic
31:20 Diet trends (carnivore, meat, and fruit)
34:45 Where does research funding come from?
38:53 Dr. Westman’s courses
Please join me in welcoming Dr. Eric Westman. Dr. Westman is an M.D. and a Master's-level statistician. He explains how researchers often manipulate data reports by misleadingly presenting information. He also explains the difference between absolute risk and relative risk and how it can be used for this purpose.
Observational studies can also misleadingly present information because they cannot prove causation. Many recent studies in the news demonizing red meat and fasting were observational self-reported studies. These studies involve a person recalling what they ate days, weeks, and even months ago!
What's the purpose of observational studies if they can't prove causation? Observational studies are known as “hypothesis-generating studies," so they generate a hypothesis for a formal experiment.
One of the most recent misleading studies, the Stanford twin experiment, gained popularity on Netflix. The study had several flaws and was funded by a plant-based organization to promote a plant-based diet.
The School of Public Health at Harvard University is researching nutritional epidemiology using observational studies involving diet recall. These studies result in misleading associations between things like red meat and heart disease and red meat and cancer. According to Dr. Westman, nutritional epidemiology only presents weak associations and should not be regarded as fact.
People come to Dr. Westman’s clinic for all sorts of health problems. His clinic has a reputation for everything from improving diabetes and obesity to eliminating chronic heartburn and IBS. Dr. Westman utilizes a low-carb keto diet to help reverse many chronic health conditions.
Dr. Westman aims not only to help his patients but to educate them as well! Dr. Westman created Adapt Your Life Academy, where people can take online courses on various health-related topics, including diabetes, cholesterol, protein, keto cooking, and cancer.

Add this base to a 16-ounce jar and keep it in your refrigerator. Each time you have a salad, add a quarter cup to half a cup of this base to a bowl, add your spices, mix it up, and pour it on your salad.
Ingredients for the salad dressing base:
1/3 cup (2.5 ounces) extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup (2 ounces) apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons (1 ounce) lemon juice
Apple cider vinaigrette dressing:

Why Fasting Is MORE Important than Diet
If you want to get healthy and lose weight, fasting is more important than exercise and even diet. Find out why in this video!
0:00 Introduction: The importance of fasting
1:44 What is intermittent fasting?
2:25 Fasting and the pancreas
3:05 Insulin resistance
3:54 Intermittent fasting and insulin resistance
4:35 Intermittent fasting benefits and patterns
6:17 Benefits of prolonged fasting
7:30 Discover more tips on how to do intermittent fasting!
In this video, I’m going to share why fasting is the most important thing you can do for your health. Your body has survival mechanisms that are activated when you’re fasting. Through fasting, every part of your body starts to improve.
To start intermittent fasting, you should first eliminate snacks. Second, eliminate breakfast and only consume lunch and dinner.
Once you get into an intermittent fasting routine, the health of your pancreas begins to improve. Frequent eating and poor diet keep your pancreas hard at work releasing insulin.
Many people will have normal blood sugar for years while high levels of insulin go undetected. Over time, this leads to insulin resistance, prediabetes, and diabetes.
Intermittent fasting repairs and protects the beta cells of the pancreas, helping to decrease insulin resistance. Because you’re not eating as frequently, your digestive system also has a chance to relax in between meals.
An ideal intermittent fasting pattern to start off would involve 18 hours of fasting and two meals around 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Many people drop down to one meal a day which can help correct a slow metabolism, decrease inflammation, increase endogenous production of antioxidants, and combat insulin resistance.
Prolonged fasting offers even greater benefits! Prolonged fasting strengthens autophagy—the recycling of old, damaged proteins into healthy tissue. Prolonged fasting also allows your body to repair and clean out damaged mitochondria through a process known as mitochondrial biogenesis.
Prolonged fasting strengthens the stimulation of stem cells, which is why some people use prolonged fasting as a remedy for cancer.

Dr. Berg Goes Carnivore for 2 Weeks
I switched to the carnivore diet for 2 weeks. Here's what happened.
INFORMATION ON METABOLOMIC TESTING: https://www.drtsoukalas.com/new_patient-lp-2.html

0:40 What do you eat on a carnivore diet?
2:21 Vitamin C on the carnivore diet
4:08 Metabolomic testing
5:30 Will Dr. Berg continue the carnivore diet?
In this video, I’m going to share my opinion of the carnivore diet after following it for 2 weeks. Not everyone does well on the same diet, so it’s important to experiment with different diets to find the right one for you.
Many people do very well on the carnivore diet! The carnivore diet can be very helpful for people with gut issues and autoimmune conditions.
While on the carnivore diet, I ate beef, pork, eggs, seafood, shellfish, and dairy. I discovered that I had been experiencing bloating due to my nut consumption. I didn’t experience any energy changes because I already have high energy.
For the first few days, I didn’t have any bowel movements. This was probably because my gut microbes needed to adjust.
Some people wonder about vitamin C intake on the carnivore diet. When you go on the carnivore diet, your need for vitamin C decreases.
I do not plan to continue the carnivore diet. I will continue eating the same proteins along with salads made from high-quality ingredients. I’ll also consume fermented vegetables like sauerkraut, kimchi, and pickles.
I love to add extra virgin olive oil, parmigiano reggiano, nutritional yeast, and feta cheese to my salads. The calcium in cheese binds to any oxalates that are in your salad, removing them from the digestive system.
I’ll also add berries to my diet, but I won’t be eating any nuts!

The Real Reason Why You Are TIRED All the Time
Energy drinks aren’t fixing the root cause of your fatigue. Discover the best natural ways to boost your energy.

0:00 Introduction: Fatigue explained
1:10 What causes fatigue?
6:34 The best diet to boost energy
11:34 The best foods to increase energy
13:20 How to increase energy
15:35 Learn more about coenzyme Q10
Let’s talk about fatigue—the root cause and how to fix it.
It all starts with your mitochondria. The mitochondria are the energy factories deep inside your cells that make ATP. ATP is the energy of the body.
Certain foods contribute to the energy-making process of the body more than other foods. It’s almost impossible to extract energy from ultra-processed foods.
Important nutrients to support energy include:
• Vitamin B1
• Vitamin B2
• Vitamin B3
• Folic acid
• Vitamin B12
• Magnesium
• Manganese
• Selenium
• Vitamin C
• Coenzyme Q10
A healthy person makes a massive amount of ATP. You generate more ATP when you exercise, but ATP doesn’t get stored. Your body can either store sugar or fat as fuel. Fat is a much more efficient fuel source than sugar.
When you go on a low-carb diet and get into ketosis, you become fat-adapted. Once you’re fat-adapted, you can burn fat as fuel a lot easier. This is why the keto diet, with a lot of nutrient-dense foods, is the best diet to increase energy.
Exercise is the number one way to produce more mitochondria and boost your energy. This is just one more reason to exercise consistently.
Other things to add to increase your energy and get rid of fatigue:
• Intermittent fasting
• Cold therapy
• Phytonutrients
Things to avoid to help support healthy energy levels:
• Refined sugar and carbohydrates
• Stress
• Heavy metals
• Smoking
• Alcohol

Bloating: The Ultimate Indicator of the Right Diet
Did you know that bloating after eating could mean you’re on the wrong diet? Find out why you might be bloated and what you can do to fix it.
0:00 Introduction: What causes bloating?
1:02 SIBO and bloating
2:17 The best diet for bloating
2:42 Other causes of bloating
4:03 Important nutrients to reduce bloating and constipation
4:22 What is the right diet?
4:40 Learn more ways to stop bloating!
In this video, we’re going to talk about bloating. One of the best indicators of the right or wrong diet is bloating.
Bloating is often an issue with the small intestine. Around 90% of digestion occurs in the small intestine. Inflammation, certain medications, and food allergies can irritate the lining of the small intestine and cut down the surface area of the small intestine where digestion occurs.
SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) occurs when microbes that belong in the large intestine begin to grow in the small intestine. When you eat, especially fiber, you experience tremendous amounts of bloating because of fermentation.
Fermentation is supposed to occur in the large intestine. If it occurs in the small intestine, you’ll experience bloating and gas.
Damage, inflammation, or scar tissue in the small intestine can also cause bloating. This is generally caused by a diet of ultra-processed foods like seed oils, synthetic starches, and synthetic sugars.
To reduce bloating, try the carnivore diet and intermittent fasting for a few months! Betaine hydrochloride is also beneficial in helping acidify the stomach and reduce bloating.
If you’re experiencing bloating, constipation, and your stool floats, this means you’re not digesting fats. This could be caused by an issue with your gallbladder, pancreas, or another function of digestion.
In this case, it can be beneficial to cut back on fiber consumption and then slowly increase it over time. This allows the necessary time for your microbes to increase. Fasting can also help increase the diversity of your microbes.
Vitamin B1 supports the nervous system so it can be helpful if you’re dealing with constipation. Adequate potassium, magnesium, and sodium are also essential.
The best way to know if you’re on the right diet is to assess your bloating. If you’re feeling good, your stools are good, and you’re not experiencing pain or bloating, you’re likely on the right diet.

8:25 Learn more about magnesium!
Let’s talk about the unique benefits of magnesium glycinate. Magnesium is involved in over 300 different enzymes and comes in a lot of different forms.
Magnesium glycinate is a combination of magnesium and the amino acid glycine. This combination increases absorption in the intestine. Magnesium oxide, sulfate, carbonate, and hydroxide are all poorly absorbed.
Magnesium glycinate is also very gentle on your stomach and is less likely to cause diarrhea, like other forms of magnesium can.
Top benefits of magnesium glycinate:
• It promotes overall relaxation and muscle relaxation
• It supports sleep and may help with insomnia
• It improves energy during the day
• It supports healthy blood pressure
• It regulates calcium
• It reduces the risk of kidney stones
• It increases insulin sensitivity and promotes healthy blood sugar
• It may help with migraines
• It may help with depression and anxiety
• It may help reduce stress
To increase the absorption even more, find a magnesium glycinate supplement that also contains vitamin D3 and vitamin B6.
You can take magnesium glycinate with or without food. The best time to take this form of magnesium is right before bed. However, taking it at other times of the day won’t make you feel tired, just relaxed. Consider taking between 100 mg to 400 mg daily, depending on the severity of the issue.
Taking high amounts of magnesium glycinate over time may lead to slightly lower blood pressure or contribute to diarrhea. Also, keep in mind that magnesium glycinate may interfere with certain medications.
To get more magnesium in your diet, start consuming more leafy green vegetables.

#1 Vitamin Deficiency in ALL Autoimmune Conditions
KINDLE BOOK LINK: https://www.amazon.com/MIRACULOUS-RESULTS-EXTREMELY-SUNSHINE-EXPERIMENT-ebook/dp/B005FCKN2S
Autoimmune diseases have become increasingly common. Find out about the #1 nutrient deficiency related to this issue.
0:00 Introduction: #1 vitamin deficiency related to autoimmune diseases
0:48 Parathyroid hormone and calcium
3:18 The Coimbra protocol
3:35 Vitamin D resistance
6:05 How to prevent high calcium levels in the blood
In this video, we’re going to talk about the critical roles of vitamin D and parathyroid hormone in helping to prevent autoimmune diseases. Many people with an autoimmune disease have had success with the Coimbra protocol, which involves taking high doses of vitamin D.
The Coimbra protocol checks parathyroid hormone levels produced by the parathyroid gland, which is intimately involved in calcium regulation. If you have low calcium, the parathyroid gland pulls calcium from your bones and distributes it into the blood. Vitamin D helps with the absorption of calcium by a factor of 20x!
Vitamin D resistance occurs when the body does not absorb vitamin D. You can have normal vitamin D levels in the blood yet still be deficient in vitamin D. Parathyroid hormone levels can tell you if that's happening.
If you are not getting enough vitamin D, you will have trouble with calcium absorption. The parathyroid gland will have to overcompensate to combat vitamin D resistance.
Usually, if you have high vitamin D, you’ll have low parathyroid hormone levels. Low vitamin D and high parathyroid hormone levels can signify vitamin D resistance.
If you have vitamin D resistance, the solution is to take more vitamin D! The Coimbra protocol involves adjusting vitamin D until the parathyroid hormone lowers to a low to normal level.
Vitamin D resistance is typically caused by a problem with vitamin D receptors or a genetic issue known as polymorphism.
Other barriers to vitamin D absorption include:
• Low sun exposure
• Darker skin complexions
• Old age
• High stress
• Location
• Air pollution
Pathogens have strategic methods of downgrading vitamin D receptors. Pathogens from tick bites can downgrade your receptors by a factor of 60x!
Cancer cells, especially those affecting the colon and bones, downgrade vitamin D receptors to survive. Heavy metals can also downgrade vitamin D receptors.
Magnesium and zinc can protect against high calcium levels in the blood, but your best defense is vitamin K2.

Please join me in welcoming Guy Tenenbaum. Six years ago, Guy was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, also known as metastatic cancer. This means the cancer had spread to at least one organ. People with stage 4 cancer are typically given a few weeks to a few months to live.
A cancer cell comes from a normal cell that has damage in the mitochondria. The cancer cell adapts, takes alternative energy pathways, and can live without oxygen.
When Guy was diagnosed 6 years ago, he was told there was nothing that could be done, that it was too late, and to enjoy the rest of his life. His cancer had spread to his bones, lymph nodes, and lungs.
Guy explains that he didn’t do any chemo or radiation because there was no treatment plan proposed to him. Guy discovered Thomas Seyfried's work and decided to see if it could help. He discovered the benefits of prolonged fasting and even completed a 40-day fast.
Some people can do extended fasting, but if you’re unable to comfortably fast, the fasting-mimicking diet may be beneficial.
Guy continues researching new protocols and trying to stay one step ahead of highly adaptable cancer cells.

If you have sleep apnea or you're a heavy snorer, you may experience an imbalance of oxygen and CO2, which can cause poor sleep.
Other potential severe side effects of sleep apnea can include:
• Brain atrophy
• Increased risk of cancer, cardiovascular incidents, stroke, and diabetes
There are many different natural things you can try for sleep apnea. Check out my other videos for more information.
What to do if you’re not getting enough sleep:
1. Take a nap
2. Keep you’re room cool (between 60 to 68 degrees Fahrenheit) and leave your window open if possible
3. Try to keep the humidity in your room at 50%
4. Turn off all electronics in your room when you’re sleeping
5. Don’t overeat or undereat in the evening, and make sure to consume enough protein
6. Don’t eat too late in the evening
