Your Supplements Are a Lie… Really
Are multivitamins and other health supplements good for you? Find out the truth about vitamins in this video.

8:10 How vitamins are made
10:34 Do you need to take vitamins?
14:55 Learn more about hidden maltodextrin!
In this video, we’re going to talk about vitamins and supplements. Sometimes, health supplements are discredited because they’re not regulated by the FDA the same way as pharmaceuticals, but it's important to understand the relationship between the FDA and pharmaceutical companies.
People often become employees of the FDA to secure a much higher-paying career at a pharmaceutical company. This plays a major role in the approval of drugs.
Many drugs are approved without enough evidence of safety. Overall, supplements are generally recognized as safe.
In 1989, a dozen people allegedly died from taking L-tryptophan. L-tryptophan is an amino acid that helps you sleep, has an anti-depressive factor, and curbs cravings. The problem arose from a contaminated batch of L-tryptophan that was made using genetically modified bacteria. There was a recall, and the FDA banned the supplement for 16 years.
Synthetic vitamins are much cheaper than natural vitamins but do not have the same effects on the body. Around ⅔ of vitamins come from raw materials made in China, all of which are synthetic industrially made compounds.
There are several reasons why we need vitamins and supplements and why some people need them more than others. The following factors will increase the need for vitamins and supplements:
• Food is grown in poor soils or hydroponically
• Genetics
• Chronic inflammation
• Frequent exercise
• Seed oil consumption
• Grain consumption
• Veganism
• Fasting
We have a very high need for some vitamins and minerals that require a large consumption of certain foods to achieve adequate intake. For example, you need 4700 mg of potassium each day.
Some deficiencies can be dangerous. Deficiencies in folate can mimic the same damage to your DNA as radiation.

0:00 Introduction: Normal cells vs. cancer cells
1:30 What converts cancer cells into normal cells?
4:33 Understanding cancer cells
5:45 Something to add to your cancer protocol
8:50 Learn more about methylene blue!
All cancer cells start out as normal cells. Today we’re going to dive into what causes normal cells to convert to cancer cells.
Your mitochondria take food and convert it into ATP, which is the energy currency of the cells.
Your mitochondria also store electrons. In the mitochondria, you have an electron transport chain. This mechanism is involved in converting food into ATP—it contributes to energy.
The fourth complex is the last phase of the electron transportation mechanism. Dysfunction with the fourth complex triggers the conversion of a normal cell to a cancer cell.
Once a cell has converted into a cancer cell, it can no longer produce oxygen. At this point, as a survival mechanism, your body adapts to survive without this oxygen.
This is a new viewpoint on cancer—that cancer cells are essentially cells that adapt to survive in an environment without oxygen. Another word for a lack of oxygen is hypoxia.
There is also a gene involved in the conversion of a normal cell to a cancer cell called hypoxia-inducible factor 1 alpha (HIF-1 alpha). It’s also involved in hypoxia. So a lack of oxygen is involved in the switching mechanism of a normal cell to a cancer cell.
I’ve talked in other videos about different cancer strategies and things to include in your cancer protocol. But, there is an additional thing that you should consider adding to this protocol, and it’s called methylene blue.
Methylene blue is like a sponge that soaks up electrons, and it specifically targets that fourth complex and bypasses it so you can make oxygen and ATP again.
Methylene blue may be beneficial in low doses and should be diluted in water. You would also want the USP-grade methylene blue. Talk to your doctor about methylene blue for cancer.

0:00 Introduction: Is fasting dangerous?
0:10 Benefits of fasting
0:16 Fasting explained
1:15 Dangers of prolonged fasting
13:58 Learn more about how to do intermittent fasting!
Today, let’s talk about the benefits and dangers of fasting.
Some of the top benefits of fasting include weight loss, cognitive improvements, and enhanced heart function.
Most of the dangers of fasting I’m going to cover aren’t related to a 16 to 18-hour fast. This applies more to prolonged fasting, which is when a person fasts for 48 to 72 hours—or even longer.
The purpose of eating is not just to get fuel. It’s also to get nutrients. When you’re fasting, you’re restricting nutrients. If your diet isn’t providing you with the nutrients you need when you do eat, you could end up with deficiencies that lead to certain issues.
It’s crucial to do a prolonged fast correctly and avoid common mistakes related to the dark side of fasting.
The dark side of prolonged fasting:
1. Refeeding syndrome
When you come off of a fast, have a small amount of food, wait a couple of hours, and have a little bit more. Avoid overeating or eating carbs.
2. Dirty keto
Make sure you consume nutrient-dense, high-quality foods on the keto diet.
3. Not taking nutrients while fasting
At the bare minimum, you need to take electrolytes, sea salt, trace minerals, and B vitamins while fasting.
4. Kidney stones
Avoid high-oxalate foods if you’re prone to kidney stones. Also, consume at least two and a half liters of fluid a day, and add lemon juice to your water. When you’re back to having meals, consume large salads.
5. Anorexia
Anorexia will cause nutritional deficiencies. Instead of fasting, get on the keto diet.
6. Athletes that have not adapted to fat yet
Give your body enough time to become fully fat-adapted before attempting prolonged fasting.
7. Fasting for children
Fasting isn’t a good idea for children. Eating three meals a day and cutting out snacking may be beneficial for children. Teenagers who are overweight may consider two meals a day without snacking.
8. Not getting enough nutrition while pregnant or lactating
Not getting enough nutrients while pregnant or lactating can lead to issues for the mother and child. Choosing a whole-food, natural prenatal vitamin over a synthetic prenatal vitamin is also important.
9. Muscle loss
If you’re older and noticing muscle loss, try adding a blend of amino acids to your diet.
10. Ketoacidosis
This rare condition occurs in people under very specific circumstances and isn't something most people should be concerned about.

19:10 Chad’s life before cancer
24:15 Key points
I hope you will all help me welcome Chad Hodge, who I had the great opportunity to interview.
In this fascinating interview, Chad shares his cancer story. Chad was diagnosed with a very rare 15 cm or roughly 6-inch lung tumor.
Although the doctor was determined to do what he could for Chad, due to the size of the tumor, the prognosis wasn’t promising.
He started following our unique cancer protocol along with fasting and chemotherapy. Doctors were very impressed with his success and couldn’t believe how he beat the odds throughout his journey.
I hope his story inspires and gives hope to those of you who have cancer and helps educate those of you who want to prevent cancer.

6:25 What does zinc do?
8:32 Learn more about the dark side of zinc!
Let’s talk about zinc. Zinc is involved in 300 different enzymes and over 1000 factors related to DNA.
Zinc is involved in your sleep cycles, cognitive function, and making neurotransmitters. Having low zinc increases your risk of diabetes.
Zinc also makes up an important group of antioxidants involved with your brain, heart, and muscles. It even helps reduce oxidative stress involved with the mitochondria.
Instead of masking a symptom related to zinc deficiency or any other health issue, it's crucial to get to the deeper problem to help prevent further concerns. Learning how to support a healthy body and avoid health issues or recognize the early stages of one is much more simple than trying to fight a health problem.
Side effects of advanced zinc deficiency can include:
• Loss of appetite
• Necrosis
• Ulcers
• Hypogonadism
• Low testosterone
• Thymus atrophy
• High cortisol
• Muscle loss
The organ that is most affected by zinc deficiency is the pancreas. The most common early sign of zinc deficiency is foul-smelling stool that floats.
Other early signs of zinc deficiency include:
• Shortness of breath upon exertion
• Cramping
• Diarrhea
• Abdominal pain
• Bloating
Top causes of zinc deficiency:
• Lack of zinc in the diet
• Malabsorption
• Inflammation in the gut
• Phytates or phytic acid (grains)
• Consuming sugar
• Diabetes
• Stress
• Drinking alcohol
• Infection
Foods rich in zinc:
1. Oysters
2. Crab
3. Other shellfish
4. Meats
5. Fish
6. Nuts

Dr. Berg's Survey Results Are Done: Here It Is!
LINK TO DONATE HERE: https://anh-usa.org/free-speech-4-health/
Over 50,000 of you filled out a survey regarding YouTube’s radical new change to suppress alternative viewpoints on health. Here are the results.
0:00 Introduction: Thank you for filling out this survey!
0:20 Summarizing the YouTube censorship survey
5:32 YouTube’s reply
6:14 What can we do?
Thank you so much for filling out the censorship survey. I really appreciate it—your opinions are so valuable to me.
Over 50,000 people filled out this survey. The great majority of people overwhelmingly disagreed with this new change YouTube has made. People want to choose their own health journey, and they don’t need someone else to choose it for them.
This is very important to people because they want to have alternative options to look into—natural, non-toxic options.
People trust a reliable source of information for their health. A reliable source should have knowledge and experience in the subject. But, the great majority of medical professionals don’t have experience with the ketogenic diet, alternative healthcare, or nutrition.
There is a large organization called the Alliance for Natural Health that is committed to fighting against free speech on health. This is an organization I’m happy to get behind, and I encourage you to do so as well.
This is something that affects everyone. If you’re able to, consider donating to this cause. We need your help to fight this battle.

6:17 Learn more about how kefir can help you sleep!
Let’s talk about what kefir is and how it can help you start sleeping better. This is an updated version of a video I did on this topic, with additional tips for better sleep using kefir.
Kefir is a fermented drink. There are about five times the beneficial microbes in kefir than in yogurt. Kefir has a combination of friendly bacteria and yeast—it even has friendly candida.
There are definitely benefits to consuming yogurt, but kefir may be even more beneficial—especially to help you sleep at night.
The microbes in kefir can survive the stomach acid, but the microbes in yogurt can’t. Kefir is a probiotic that helps provide the precursor to melatonin and helps lower cortisol.
A certain strain of microbe that’s in kefir helps increase oxygen and blood flow in the body, which helps you get better sleep. The microbes in kefir also make vitamin B1, an essential vitamin for reducing stress and anxiety. Vitamin B1 also helps support the parasympathetic nervous system, which promotes rest and healthy digestion.
Kefir helps you absorb certain minerals like calcium and magnesium. These two minerals are wonderful to support sleep. Kefir may also be easier to digest for people with sensitivities to milk.
Other potential health benefits of kefir include:
• Helping with allergies or asthma
• Balancing cholesterol
• Reducing bloating or constipation
• Supporting the immune system
Tips for using kefir to sleep better through the night:
1. If you’re doing intermittent fasting, consume kefir at the end of your last meal rather than right before bed.
2. Consume sheep or goat milk kefir if possible.
3. Buy raw milk kefir if possible, or consider making your own kefir from raw milk.
4. Get plain whole milk kefir—not low-fat kefir.

Let’s talk about the interesting benefits of lemons that you may have never heard before.
Many people know fresh lemons contain citrates, which lower the risk of kidney stones. They may also know that lemons are rich in vitamin C. But another secret weapon lemons have is called flavonoids. Flavonoids have powerful, wide-ranging effects.
One specific flavonoid in lemons can help remove fat from the liver, balance lipids in the liver, and support healthy blood sugar levels. It also helps protect the integrity of the capillaries.
Other potential health benefits of lemons:
• They may help with bleeding gums
• They help support peripheral circulation
• They may help with hyperglycemia
• They may help improve HDL
• They may help lower LDL
• They may help lower the risk of chronic venous insufficiency
• They contain potent anti-inflammatory compounds and may help with arthritis, fibrosis, and clotting
• They may help decrease glycation
• They may help reduce insulin resistance
• They have a profound effect on diabetic cardiomyopathy
• They are neuroprotective
• They have antimicrobial properties
To maximize the benefits of consuming lemons, you can make a simple drink using the whole lemon rather than just lemon juice.
Try blending one whole lemon with 12 ounces of water and a few drops of stevia or my Electrolyte Powder for a delicious, healthy lemon drink. You can also add apple cider vinegar for additional benefits. For best results, enjoy this drink in the mornings.

0:43 The importance of magnesium
1:18 What causes a magnesium deficiency?
2:19 The best source of magnesium
2:41 Need keto consulting? Call this number!
In this video, we will talk about the first sign or symptom of a magnesium deficiency.
The first sign of a magnesium deficiency is getting tired more easily when exercising.
Aside from this symptom, you may also experience:
• Poor memory
• High blood pressure
• Higher risk of soft tissue calcification
• Poor sleep
• Irritability
• Arrhythmias
• Cramps and tetany
• Tremors
There are over 300 enzymes that depend on magnesium to function. 65% of patients in intensive care are magnesium deficient. It is estimated that over half of the world’s population is low on their RDAs of magnesium.
If you’re doing intermittent fasting and you’re low on magnesium, the negative effects can be magnified.
Also, keep in mind that 80% of alcoholics are magnesium deficient.
The most common causes of a magnesium deficiency are:
• Poor diet
• Refined foods
• Stress
• Low vitamin D
• Alcohol
• Diabetes
• Diuretics
• Diarrhea
• Antacids
• Antibiotics
• Malabsorption
• Phytates
• Insulin resistance
I believe the #1 cause of magnesium deficiency is insulin resistance. You need the insulin receptor to absorb magnesium.
The best source of magnesium is leafy green vegetables. Leafy greens contain chlorophyll, and at the heart of chlorophyll is magnesium. You need at least 6-7 cups of vegetables each day.

Do you feel fatigued, unmotivated, and maybe depressed? Check out these causes of lethargy and what you could do about it.
Timestamps
0:00 What is lethargy?
0:25 Causes of lethargy
2:55 Pinpointing the correct cause
5:53 What you could do for lethargy
Today, I’m going to cover nine causes of lethargy. Lethargy is like fatigue with a twist. Lethargy is fatigue along with decreased activity, apathy, depression, a lack of motivation, and a lack of creativity.
9 potential causes of lethargy:
1. Sustained stress
2. Overtraining
3. Lack of sleep
4. Studying technical subjects without looking up words you don’t understand
5. Excessive stimulants
6. Hidden infection
7. EMFs
8. Old injuries
9. Nutritional deficiencies
To help pinpoint which one of these potential causes are causing you to feel lethargic, you need to locate where the lethargy is located. Is it in your head, your sinuses, your neck, or maybe your chest? For example, let’s say the lethargy is in your head. An old injury or trauma to the head could actually cause you to feel lethargic years later.
You would also want to think about when you started feeling lethargic and what you did just before it started. This could give you a clue as to what triggered it.
You may also want to test out one theory at a time to see if it helps. For example, if you think the cause might be overtraining, then stop exercising for a week and see if the lethargy goes away. For a hidden infection, you may want to try oregano oil and garlic to help boost your immune system.

What Would Happen If You Chewed ONE Clove Daily

5:05 Discover the benefits of garlic!
Let’s talk about the incredible health benefits of clove.
Clove is natural, and there is a lot of interesting research on using it to promote a healthy body. One of the most common ways to use clove is as a numbing agent for a toothache.
The essential oil in clove called eugenol produces many benefits. But it also contains a lot of other phytonutrients.
You can use clove oil or simply chew and swallow a piece of clove. You can also use clove oil topically on the scalp for fungus or pathogens. It may even help reduce the toxicity created as a byproduct of fungus.
Clove may help enhance the effects of an antibiotic, allowing you to use lower amounts of it.
Clove oil may also help inhibit H. pylori and improve peptic ulcers, gastritis, indigestion, gas, and bloating.
A certain phytonutrient in clove is an MAO inhibitor. MAO inhibitors are used as antidepressants. Clove even has anti-inflammatory effects, and data shows it has anticancer properties.
Clove is relatively safe, but consuming too much clove oil could create a toxic effect. You should avoid clove if you are allergic to it or are pregnant or lactating.

5:45 Intermittent fasting vs. calorie restriction

11:22 Metabolic confusion diet
13:28 Learn more about the best diet for stubborn weight!
Let’s talk about why it’s so difficult for some people to lose weight and keep it off.
Dieting is similar to famine. If you have difficulty losing weight because you’ve dieted for many years, your body is likely compensating for survival purposes.
You don’t have a slow metabolism—you have an enhanced metabolic efficiency. Once you understand the right problem, you can attack it with a better solution.
People who restrict calories are more susceptible to nutrient deficiencies, which can affect their hormones. Your body can also adapt to lower amounts of calories, causing it to burn less fat, making it harder to lose weight.
Intermittent fasting differs from calorie restriction for a few reasons. When done correctly, you have less hunger and fewer cravings with intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting also has unique health benefits that you can't get with a calorie-restrictive diet.
It’s important to do the Healthy Keto® diet along with intermittent fasting so you don’t create imbalances in the body.
You also adapt your body to run on ketones when you do intermittent fasting. This is a situation where you’re burning your own fat. Even though you might indirectly reduce your calories by consuming fewer meals, your body still burns fat fuel.
If you do calorie restriction without going low-carb, you could easily find yourself in a situation where you can't tap into your fat. Instead, you may tap into your muscles because your carbs and insulin are too high. If you have high insulin, you can’t burn fat.
I don’t consider the Healthy Keto plan and intermittent fasting a diet because you can easily do this long-term. This is a lifestyle change that doesn’t even feel like a diet.
Healthy Keto and intermittent fasting have incredible benefits to support your health and weight loss. But, if you find it difficult to do the Healthy Keto diet, you may want to try the metabolic confusion diet for a little while until you feel ready to take on the Healthy Keto diet with intermittent fasting.

In this video, we’re going to talk about the mental health benefits of having a pet. Did you know what 96% of pet owners consider their pet as a member of the family?
Research shows three major mental health benefits of having a pet. Pets can…
• Lower stress
• Rid anxiety
• Rid depression symptoms
The reason pets have this effect on people is for five primary reasons. Having a pet can…
1. Lower your cortisol levels - cortisol is known as the “stress hormone”
2. Lower your blood pressure levels
3. Increase your levels of oxytocin - this can improve your sense of wellbeing and support pregnant mothers
4. Increase endorphins - this helps minimize discomfort and maximize pleasure
5. Boost dopamine - this is a pleasure hormone that helps decrease stress and anxiety
Let me know in the comments below if you feel that your pet has improved your mental health.

15 KETO FOODS YOU SHOULD ALWAYS HAVE IN YOUR FRIDGE: Dr. Berg Explains
SUBSCRIBE TO MY NEWSLETTER HERE: https://drbrg.co/40up1Hr
Keep these keto foods in your home at all times to stay on track with your weight loss and your health.
0:00 Introduction: Must have keto foods
0:10 Keto vs. Healthy Keto®
1:16 The best foods to eat on keto
6:53 Make sure you can always find unfiltered health information by signing up for my newsletter!
7:15 Learn more about the top foods to avoid!
Today, I’m going to cover the best keto foods to keep in your refrigerator. This will not only make keto easy but also healthy.
The ketogenic diet is a low-carb diet. But that’s not enough to necessarily make it healthy. For example, if you’re on the keto diet, you could still go to a fast food restaurant without going off the plan. That’s why I like the Healthy Keto diet, which focuses on high-quality, nutrient-dense, low-carb foods.
Ultra-processed foods are very quickly replacing our traditional foods. These foods have been severely altered to the point they don’t resemble food anymore.
The go-to foods you should always have in your home on keto are not only low-carb, but they’re the opposite of ultra-processed.
The best keto foods to keep in your home:
1. Grass-fed meats
2. Pasture-raised organic eggs
3. Soil-based vegetables and lettuce
4. Homemade salad dressings
5. Grass-fed butter
6. Grass-fed organic cheese (raw if possible)
7. Avocados
8. Organic berries
9. Wild-caught salmon, sardines, and other fatty fish
10. Shellfish
11. Organic walnuts and pecans
12. Organic Valencia peanut butter
13. Organic celery
14. Raw sauerkraut
15. Organic low-sugar bacon

11:22 Key takeaways
17:56 Final thoughts
In this video, I have an amazing success story to share with you. Guy Tenenbaum had stage 4 cancer. He is now cancer-free!
For many years, Guy dealt with numerous health problems, including:
• Type II diabetes
• Hypertension
• High cholesterol
• Joint and bone pain
• Chronic inflammation
• Weight problems
After repeatedly insisting on a PSA (a protein that can be produced cancerous tissue in the prostate) test, doctors discovered that Guy had serious cancer.
They told them that there was nothing they could do for him and that he only had a few months to live.
Guy then searched out other options and opinions. Other doctors told him the same story. But he did not give up hope—he did not accept what doctors told him was his fate.
Guy then decided to take his health into his own hands. He began to study everything he could on cancer.
Then, he discovered the realm of natural medicine and fasting. He fasted for 45 days. During his fast he consumed natural cancer-killing nutrients.
There are two key takeaways:
1. Prolonged fasting helps induce autophagy
2. Low or no-calorie nutrients and herbs are vital along the way to increase the cancer-killing power of fasting
Guy consumed:
• Green tea
• Ginger
• Turmeric
• Pepper
• Salt
• Protein supplements
• Vegetables
• Garlic (whole and supplements)
Today, Guy is healthy and cancer-free!

Are Expensive Eggs Really Worth It?
What are the differences when comparing organic eggs vs. conventional eggs? Are pasture-raised eggs worth the price tag? Find out the answers to your eggcellent questions in this video!
0:00 Introduction: Choosing the right chicken eggs
0:31 Caged chickens
1:08 Cage-free chicken eggs
1:22 Free-range eggs
2:47 Does chicken feed matter?
5:00 What are the healthiest chicken eggs?
In this video, we’ll examine all of the different types of chicken eggs available in the store. The different labels and classifications can be confusing.
Around 65% of all chickens used for laying chicken eggs are in cages. Caged chickens are required to get at least 67 square inches of space, which is a little over 8 x 8 inches. New California caged chickens get a few more inches but not even one square foot of space.
Cage-free chickens are not in a cage but are generally confined to a barn with many other chickens. Each chicken gets one square foot of space.
Free-range chickens get 2 square feet of space. They have free range in a barn and typically have access to the outdoors, but it’s unclear if they have access to outdoor grass or if the area is cement.
Pasture-raised chickens get 10 feet by 10 feet of outdoor space.
When chickens don’t get enough space, their cortisol and adrenaline levels increase. This is unhealthy for the chickens and causes them to produce less healthy chicken eggs.
When looking for chicken eggs at the store, terms like “natural,” “vegetarian-fed,” and different grades of chicken eggs mean nothing!
Conventional eggs come from chickens that are fed chicken feed made of corn and soy. This means their food is GMO, sprayed with chemicals, and very high in omega-6 fatty acids. The eggs are then much higher in omega-6 fatty acids. Foods high in omega-6 fatty acids affect the mitochondria, the nervous system, and the heart. They also create inflammation in the body.
If you can't raise backyard chickens and you can't get to a farmer’s market, look for organic pasture-raised eggs. It will be more expensive, but it's worth the investment in your health.

In this video, we're going to talk about colon cancer (colorectal cancer) and what I would do to help prevent colon cancer or prevent it from coming back.
Colon cancer prevention tips:
1. Consume foods that are high in CLA (conjugated linoleic acid).
CLA is the only natural fatty acid that the National Academy of Sciences accepts for having consistent anti-tumor properties.
CLA is high in certain foods, such as:
• Grass-fed red meat
• Grass-fed dairy
2. Consume fermented vegetables and fermented dairy
Fermented vegetables and dairy have shown significant anti-cancer properties in animal studies. You may want to consume fermented vegetables on a regular basis with each meal.
Fermented foods to consume:
• Kefir
• Kimchi
• Cucumbers (pickles)
• Cabbage (sauerkraut)
• Olives
3. Take probiotics
Probiotics have an effect on cancer cells that is called apoptosis. Basically, they cause cancer cells to commit suicide. Probiotics are very important to take regularly.
4. Do fasting
Fasting is probably the most important thing on this list. Fasting has a direct inhibitory effect on colorectal cancer. Fasting also gives the GI tract a chance to reset. It also causes the natural probiotic microorganisms in your gut to increase in diversity. They thrive and become stronger. It's important to note that 70-80% of your immune system is in your gut.
5. Get plenty of fiber
Fiber turns into SCFA, which can directly inhibit the growth of colon cancer. But, don't get your fiber from grains or from a powder. Get your fiber from vegetables instead, such as low-starch leafy greens.
6. Consume vegetables
Vegetables have strong anti-cancer effects because they contain phytonutrients. Vegetables can significantly decrease the risk of colon cancer.
