Nothing is real. But then again nothing doesn't exist, because everything is everything. I "gno" this. Nonetheless while I'm on this realm, I'm going to play the "reality game."
Today's round is about Extroverts & Introverts. The psychology of (perceived) human behavior and motivation fascinates the demons out of me.
Some time last year I did a piece on the "origin" of the "extro/intro" thing. You know that it's only about 100 years old. CG Jung came up with these tags to describe very outgoing people & very shy, keep-to-themselves people. Before the terms were minted and given credence by academia, introverts and extroverts didn't exist.
This is part of my fascination. Some psychologist, (one who studies the human psyche) coins a term and suddenly the entire human population is divided into two parts.
That's some true voodoo right there.
Today in part one of our rantcast miniseries, we present our idea of how exos & intros approach their respective wellness. This is not an academic video, and there are more questions than answers.
If you happen to identify or behave as an "extrovert" please fill me in on what I've gotten incorrect. Same if you're a self-styled introvert.
I'm having a hellova human experience, but I only have one perspective, so I speculate based on my own interpretation of the system frequency, (vibes). I'd welcome your feedback.
Hindsight 20/20 back-spins to this day four years ago. Our basic thinking strategy has improved but hasn't strayed too far from the fundamentals we held at the beginning of the decade.

It's entirely possible that these "whistle blowers" that get "caught" spilling the beans to undercover reporters are doing so voluntarily and knowing so that they have plausible deniability when the blowback comes. We've all become a little more savvy at playing the game and speaking the lingo. I heard, via SM a college liberal use the term "red pilled" as an insult. He'd probably never seen The Matrix, 25 years since its release next month. Can you believe it?
If anything can be faked does that mean everything is fake? What's your take on Sandy Hook? The moon landing? Did India really send a craft to the moon last year or are they in on the hoax?
Did I tell you? I've found truth! I'm a believer.
The title track questions a lot. Are you buying the hype? To be indestructible one must be critical of the narrative. They will be at least 10 moves ahead of the normies and a 5 ahead of the nouveaux-woke, and 3 steps behind the conspiracy researchers who know the game and have figured out the pattern.

No More M&Ms For Me
I'm quitting M&Ms, cold turkey, or so I tell myself. But here's what you won't get in this episode. I've mentioned this phenomenon briefly before. Once again I have no proof, so it's just a theory.
We, the Trinity, believe that the M&Ms taste different because of a lower quality of ingredients, but it could also be because we're becoming less toxic within. This, theoretically, alters our sense of taste, so we're simply recognizing the true taste of the candy coated chocolate.
I have never smoked cigarettes so I don't know the power of that particular addiction. Still, I liken my habit of eating M&Ms to an addiction. The "last straw" so to speak came a month ago when I purchased my last bag of the candy. I just finished my last party size bag, so the challenge really begins this month.

Anybody can say that they predicted this or that, especially when it comes to the stock market or some way of acquiring wealth, and they become celebrities, because people think they will be able to do it again. Very few people became icons before 2020 for predicting that chaos would be unleashed on the world. But now, some of the same people that advocated masking and jabs are out there telling us the "truth."
There were some folks who were on the ball and your humble vagabond was lucky enough to have been listening to them during the years previous to 2020. So when 2020 rolled out, I was armed with skepticism and other weapons of resistance and health.
This is part brag, honestly, but mostly gratitude for the education & discernment that came my way by listening to alternative medical professionals & conspiracy theorists.
Today we start a new recurring segment called Hindsight 2020. I dug up some "lost" clips from 2020 and was honestly surprised that we were, as usual, just slightly ahead of the curve. We're back spinning to January 29, 2020. Do you remember what was going on that day?

STRESS vs EXERCISE
Sometimes, I get a good feeling. I don't know where it comes from. Yes I do. It comes from universe. Uni means one, ver means truth. Everything is everything. That's the one truth. That's Universe. All previous declarations of not believing in truth are hereby obsolete. It's been hidden in the code the whole time. I've gnown it on that higher level but now it's descended into the organic vessel I sometimes refer to as "Bod."
So I'm feeling indescribably awesome as I right this. Very (truly) energetic. But not the kind of energetic that needs to be dissipated by burning calories. It's like, just sitting here and aligning frequency with Source is satisfying in the extreme.
The story I wanted to convey is about riding bikes uphill. There are lots of hills in and around Philadelphia. After many times having to walk my bike up several of these hills, some of which are steep and intimidating, I was able to climb to the top. At first my downshifting the ten speed, (is that old school?) then eventually being able to climb the hill at a higher, more manageable gear. Maybe something near five. Standing up on the pedals of course. But I didn't have to climb off and walk the bike up the hill.
This is how we're rolling through the simulation these days. It's getting easier because we're getting stronger. The strength isn't simply physical. "Stronger" is a catch-all word encompassing, "savvy" "discerning" "wiser" "durable" and "indestructible."
I'll give you two guesses which words come up the most when I listen to people, even a few medical doctors, when it comes to health. "Longevity" is a buzzword now because so many young people are dying "suddenly". So these words emerge in the context of longevity too.
You know what day it is. And you know how we do. I think it's been more than a year now. You should be one year better.

Tricks of the Trump

If you're actually having second thoughts about watching this episode, I've added the "bait" of part two of The Mythical Double Alpha Male to lure you in. Trump's not the only one with "tricks."
There's a route, a course through the labyrinth of deception that I've noticed humans take. Not all humans, but here's an abstract.
We're born in/onto the crack plantation, or "the system". My generation, I believe was born into a crumbling system so we're not as enmeshed into it as the previous generation, Boomers in particular. So we feel the system weakening. When this occurs the illusion of its function fades away. But there's no way out. So we "hope". We "vote". We participate more voraciously in the system hoping to repair it. Some humans even try to "get under the hood" (bonnet for the Brits) and repair the system from the inside. Most get sucked into it and become part of the problem. Some escape and others get rejected. Once they see that the beast is beyond repair they step back and wait for it to die.
Humans that haven't peeled behind the curtain, or listen to those who have, remain oblivious to the decay, until they slowly become enlightened.
It's a very long process, but it only takes 52 doublings to get from 1 to a quadrillion.
When the enlightened realize that they, themselves are fueling the beast, keeping it going with more and more of their vital energy, that's when they "gno" they must make some very difficult decisions.
Here's a picture.
The system is a train pulling a dozen cars. Your vital energy is the coal the feeds the fire that keeps the train moving. This is economy. For every 10 shovel-fulls of coal, the train moves 100 miles. It's a 1 to 10 ratio.
This is very attractive and others want to get in on the action. Imagine this as foreign aid. The length of the train is doubled and the output is quartered. Now 10 shovel-fulls of coal takes you 25 miles.
The system is now less efficient. There's less return.
Now imagine that this train is no longer until the jurisdiction of the local government. The operation has been outsourced to an entity that has no intimate knowledge of the mechanics of the system and it more concerned with other issues outside of moving train cars.
In a matter of time the shovel to mileage ratio is 1 to 1. Ten shovels takes you ten miles, (just realized we're talking currency here, too).
The humans from the 1:10 days have a very different perspective than those of the 1:1 days. The older workers are secure in their history and think the noobies are lazy. Wiser humans know that the beast will eventually demand more resources than it returns benefits. That's when the shovelers stop shoveling, or threaten to.
So the system imports new shovelers for whom a 2:1 ratio, that is, it now takes 20 shovels of coal to move ten miles, it okay, because they are being subsidized.
The enlightened eventually put 3 and 3 together and stop feeding the beast.
It might be better to let the beast die than to let it eat you.

With authentic masculinity, whatever that is, on the decline, it seems that modern males have this image to live up to. It's a legacy that never really existed. We didn't get our male role models from the movies. The We I'm referring to is my generation. There were still some WW2 vets around when I was a kid. They just had some for-real no-nonsense ways and methods for teaching us how to be men.
Anyway, too many boys today are just flapping in the wind when it comes to being stand up chaps. So they fall for fake archetypes like Alpha males. And when the Alpha male model is not enough to drive book sales someone, uncreatively and insultingly, comes up with something called "double Alpha". And so it goes.
It's been kinda crazy today, even our park session was as dynamic, but we still got what we needed.

"What she thought was her world crumbling was really the walls of her prison falling away."
I can't remember if this is an original quote or not. I told someone this as she was becoming free from a long term relationship that hindered her growth. She has since blossomed.
"It was the best of times. It was the worst of times." This is from the novel "War and Peace." And it seems like a poetic contradiction when you're in highschool and some English teacher asks you what the author meant by it.
If you didn't know then, you should know now, because we're living it.
Anyway, this should be longer and more in depth, but time is short today. We may clear it up later as we watch the world crumble.

It's a double album set in our throwback today. There's such a good story behind the era from March thru July 2017. Talk about international affairs. I really got to know myself and what I was capable of dealing with, and how unseen forces can affect our physical beings. But it's just another story. A chapter of that story is ending as we wonder around Singapore taking care of some last minute pleasure.
Hitting the gym of course later in the episode. The stuff I'm doing now works us more than lifting heavy weights. It's amazing.

A kid in the gym asked me how long it took me to get "like that" (in such good condition.)
"All my life," I said.
The most flippant answers are usually the most profound.
Wherever we are in our lives whether it's the pinnacle of what we call success, or the depths of despair, it took us a lifetime to get there. A lifetime of diligence or debauchery. And even if we believe we've reached our destination years ago, we're where we are now, right now, because there is only Now.
Right now you're older than you've ever been, and you'll never be this young again.
I've actually been thinking of adding more features and doing more stuff to make this series "more popular." Then I came to my senses and realized what the primary goal of this project is; to produce & publish a video every day for as long as possible during the twelve year journey. It could legitimately be as basic as five minutes complaining about my day, or bragging about my workout. But because I have this "je ne c'est quoi" I turned it in to a TV show, with intro, outro, thematic days, like Wellness Wednesday and Thursday, and so on. And nobody cares but me. I was feeling like I was falling behind, I was getting a bit frustrated at the wind. Well, not "at" the wind, but "about" the wind. And I know, it's my choice to do these outside in the elements. It's what gets me outside. If I didn't make this series at all, I'd still go outside every day. I'd still hit the gym and the parks, however, if I made these videos inside, like maybe set up a studio, did live podcasts and chat stuff, I wouldn't get out, I wouldn't get sleep, I might get hooked on super chats, and it would disrupt journey. Although it would be a different journey.
These notes have little if anything to do with today's episode. This may turn out to be "a thing." I might start writing on substack. I like to write. I like to think and write down the thoughts Universe sends me. Maybe for posterity, maybe just as reminders of goals, discussion topics, maybe even dreams.
Speaking of dreams, what do you do when your dreams come true?
Someone asked, "if money wasn't an issue what would you do?"
My answer, "I'd travel the world meeting the people I encountered on the Internet."
This has taken me to several US states and a handful of countries. I didn't catch everyone, of course, but I met everyone I was meant to meet and they spun off other adventures.
At least when I meander in type, I can look back and see where I started.
Before I cut loose, it's a fasting day. 24 hours. Our third since we started last Wednesday. We'll track the weight and our mental health in the episode. Reach out to your buds and make sure they're good.

The Crack Plantation
There's a line I remember from Stripes, one of those flicks that was released while I was actually enlisted. Anyway, Sgt Hulka tells one of his boots, "You're supposed to be stupid, son." The implication, even if the Sarge didn't say so, was to take advantage of being stupid.
There's a certain level of confidence that comes with ignorance, misinformation or even believing the lies you're told.
A friend told me this story.
As a joke Dude tells Loser Guy that a woman sitting alone in a bar likes him, (Loser Guy), and that he should go and talk to her. This was Dude's idea of a joke, expecting Loser Guy to get shot down.
Armed with the confidence of ignorance, LG strikes up a conversation and ends up dating the woman.
So why did I relate that story?
Because of today's title track, "Crack Plantation."
I, along with most Americans, don't know who's migrating to this country; legally, illegally, as refugees, as trafficked individuals, or some category I've never heard of. Because of this ignorance, I could do this imaginary piece about how millions are being lured and perhaps shipped here to be woven into the fabric of this failing system.
The United States population comprises less than 4% of the global population, according to statistics. It's all we have so we'll use them. Because the system perceives humans as either resources or burdens, (credits or debits) anyone who transfers here must be put to "work" to "contribute to society" when in fact, (my opinion of facts based on past performance) they're being shipped here for their labor, the way every other immigrant wave has been since before the US existed.
So that's the gist of the shist.
Out again for another hard Monday in the park and on the track.
Speaking of tracks, we have several short tracks on this album.
I often imagine these episodes as an "LP" (long playing recorded disc). A long play was about 25 minutes on one side. That's why you see so many record clips in so many episodes.
It's pretty funky. Oh yeah. We have the Monday forecast too.
I like the saying, "he who persists in his folly will become wise." Because it's true. Wisdom comes down to knowing what's right and what's wrong, or in this case, what works and what doesn't. I'm no pro at this video stuff, nonetheless I've figured out ways of getting these out daily, better ways of editing, and so on. And I'm still learning. I'm persisting in my folly so that I will become wise.

The THEY are struggling, or so it seems, to keep the covid operation alive. They're hitting us with something they are calling "Disease X" because they have run out of quirky little names for variants and sub-variants. Wasn't it some kind of Formula X that created the Power Puff Girls?
I let curiosity get the better of me this past week and watched some propaganda poorly presented as news. It was like watching old Saturday morning cartoons. I could probably do a whole bit on watching Cold War era cartoons. I didn't realize until adulthood that Secret Squirrel was a derivative, or "goof" on James Bond. Yellow Pinky, Gold Finger? The writers had a sense of irony back then, if not the technology to make cartoons, "pop." We weren't watching the best TVs either.
Anyway, there are two things I "gno;" First, I don't know what's really going on in the world, Two, whatever is happening, media is lying about it, spinning it, and omitting details about it.
Warrior Wellness walk #6 is date stamped for us. If you are starting some kind of rejuvenation, (note, "juven" "joven" "juvenile" has to do with "young") program, you'll find this rantcast inspiring. You may have to wait for the snow to melt. I will share with you however, I have literally walked miles, (not more than a couple or three) through the snow. And less than that through an actual storm. I have the proof somewhere in the archives.

As comedians, I'd say Lenny Bruce and Bill Hicks are examples of being ahead of their times. Comics like George Carlin and Richard Pryor were right on time. What I mean by that is, the culture was ready for them, the technology was available to them and there was a large enough audience. The Baby Boomers were all grown up and feeling rebellious. They were ready to hear Pryor's take on the Black experience in America and Carlin's Hippie Dippy weatherman and later his commentary on geopolitics.
The success of generational icons is a matter of convergence.
In this episode we imagine, five years in the future and somehow your humble vagabond, converges with a culture that's ready to believe they can free their minds by listening to the observations of a cynical philosophy, live and in concert. COMPUTERIZED WAR CULTURE.
Yes, I am suggesting that the wars and mayhem we've been shown during this decade could be faked, exaggerated, or authentic. The technology exists to do it. All of it. I am also suggesting that it's not beyond the dastardly minds of evil doers to fake or exaggerate and entire decade of chaos and mayhem.
Could all of the 21st century thus far be a false flag operation? And could the events we've witnessed via television be staged?
Yes!
Were they?
I don't know.
Are there precedents of major news media faking stories? Lying about events, such as chemical attacks in Syria?
Absolutely!
The towers in Manhattan are definitely gone. They certainly came down. And I definitely saw planes hit them!
Or did I?
What I saw was on television, so I really didn't "see" anything but a collection of dots blinking on and off, or whatever television was in 2,001.
Today's truther postulation is that there were no airplanes that hit anything or crashed anywhere.
The pictures I see that are allegedly Palestine, (I use "allegedly" because I don't "know" that they are authentic) look like the images "allegedly" from Damascus, which look like the images "allegedly" from Tripoli. The technology certainly exists to create such scenes of devastation to terrorize and horrify take news junkies.
Just to recap; I'm suggesting that this all can be faked, but that I do not know that it is.
Some people doubt that there were six million Jews killed during world war two. In a quarter century the same doubts might be raised about Palestinians and Ukrainians.
We don't "know" how many people are alive on this planet, and it doesn't make "sense" to my Mind that so many people have been killed, ("genocided") over the last three centuries and at the same time there are reportedly 8 billion loving on Earth, and yet... At the same time, governments like Japan, China and most western countries including the United States and Canada are expressing concern about negative population growth, (also known as "decline in population").
It can't all be true. Every nubile female killed in every war, means uncaluable children that won't be born. And that doesn't even include aborted girl children, sterilized females, "educated" professional women who choose not to procreate, women who are simply don't want kids, and so on.
But back to the subject.
Maybe we're not living in a computer simulation the way I imagine it. Maybe the simulation is generated by the information distilled by propaganda outlets. The way the covid case numbers were inflated. The way every death was blamed on covid.
In this episode, along with the gym and our Friday incantation, we look back on how an episode of Star Trek, from the 19 60s, either predicted or inspired what we're experiencing in our world today.

Does anyone remember when the term "consuming media" came into vogue? When I was a kid I just watched TV. A lot of it. And often. Believe it or not I learned a lot from it. Between cartoons, my Mom, comic books and George Carlin, I developed a love and respect for words. So, when people, and now chatbots use them incorrectly or for nefarious purposes I get a bit pissed.
Like the word "disease". I was programmed to believe that a disease was an actual "thing" something you could catch or be given. When I first saw it hyphenated, dis-dash-ease, a flood of understanding rushed into me. That was a huge piece of the puzzle that's only come close to being completed in current times.
If we are not at ease, we are in dis-ease, or I'll at ease, which is caused by stress.
Few elements of life cause us greater stress than what mass media dishes out to us on a continuous basis. Media, in most of its incarnations cause us some kind of stress, which is the precursor to dis-ease. Top of the list is what is now laughingly called "news". While maybe a little lower on the list is social media, the type which stresses those who feel that they are missing out on the life they deserve, the attention they deserve, or the body they deserve. It's not just keeping up with your more opulent neighbors anymore, the pressure is on to keep up with everybody, whether it's a matter of possessions, emotions, regrets, vulnerability, spirituality, pick your poison.
If you're adequate in one aspect of life you're deficient in 999 others, and that just won't do!
Mass Media is poison and it causes dis-ease. That's stronger than opinion. The remedy is, don't consume poison. If you're addicted, as I was, you gotta kick-it, quit-it. Or you will die from it. Maybe physically, maybe just spirituality. But it's gonna getcha.

Walking into Wellness
When it comes to wellness, I walk the walk. Literally.
This isn't going to be very long. We all know what to expect from Wellness Wednesday.
I discovered the benefits of walking quite by accident. I wondered how long it would take me to walk to the YMCA. Forty minutes. That's longer than I walk to any park, or gym now, plus there were hills. It's flat here.
I'd walk to and from the gym, train for more than an hour, get groceries on the way home and then work the graveyard shift. I'd sleep for 6 hours mostly, but I realized I started losing weight in my sleep.
I was weighing myself before bed and as soon as I woke up. I was amazed! This was truly a dis-covery. And it's still working, although I have some other tools at my disposal.
This year losing weight is not enough. It has to be fat weight. And indeed I don't even want to lose weight, we must lose fat! So the trick is shred fat, gain muscle, gain weight. It's a new trick for us.
I may have been mistaken about this not being long.
Last week we posted an eval over a two month period. We seem to be losing 1/3 lb of fat, per lb of muscle. That's an estimate. We'll check again in a few weeks.
Shredding fat makes muscles appear bigger. Don't know if we've added size or not. Haven't pulled out the tape measure in many months. Very small gains might not even register.

The best programs are the ones you never notice. Alan Watts said something similar about civil servants. The most efficient operatives are never noticed. They do the job without hype or fanfare and the average citizen never gives a thought to the service being provided.
Until it breaks.
What many of us call "culture" is a type of program. It operates in the background maintaining the beliefs espoused by its servants. Who ever we are, we are programmed to believe that our culture is the best there's ever been. This programs us to believe that our culture is worth fighting for. Worth saving. We conveniently ignore that the same culture that provides us with art and comfort, reigns down terror on what we've been programmed to believe are "inferior" cultures.
The United States government overthrew a sovereign government, killing thousands so that Americans could enjoy bananas.
One of our oldest and deepest programs is the savior motif. It's not only culture, it's a religion. The savior shows up in the nick of time. The theme is pervasive. Money for the rent to save the family farm. The calvary arrives to save the settlers from the "savages." You know the story.
In real life there aren't enough heroes to go around and because of this people get themselves into situations they can't get themselves out of. They take risks with the expectation that a savior will arrive in the nick of time to pull their chestnuts out of the fire; to redeem their souls after a lifetime of evil and debauchery so that they can pass through the pearly gates.
There are few if any global statistics to support this idea. The stories are mostly anecdotal. "Everybody" knows someone who's done dumb shit against the advice of "common sense" and needed to be saved from a bad situation.
We might dare to imagine that if pig one and pig two couldn't rely on pig three to provide a sturdy refuge in times of imminent disaster, they'd have invested in bricks to build their homes.
Western culture has been built on lies, violence, conquest, exploitation and every "ism" in the book. It's run out of victims and in the image of the ouroboros it's devouring itself. It cannot save itself from itself so it will destroy itself. It's inevitable. No savior is coming, but that doesn't stop the scallywags from selling us hopium. Some are scheming on how they can profit and exploit on the other side, but they probably won't live that long. This collapse is moving excruciatingly slowly because the overlords have overlooked too many variables and underestimated the resolve, knowledge and skepticism of a savvy majority.

Universe has been influential in providing thematic episodes for you recently. It's reminding me to remind you that your humble vagabond is just a regular guy who decided one day to start making daily videos. We're not particularly expert in any field, with the possible exception of health, wellness, fitness and living, but only because we've been at it for so long and made so many mistakes we are mostly correct by default.
As a human entity I have been outside of the system for so long that it seems stupid to me. From my exoteric perspective the system seems more like a creature designed to squeeze or harvest the life force out of us, rather than enhance and extend it. The results speak for themselves, statistically, in metrics such as quality of life and longevity and confidence in the, system. Especially here in the US and from what I can gleen from English speaking Podcasters, a similar malaise and pessimism has befallen the UK and Europe as well.
The presenter of this daily series wishes not to be construed as an "influencer". Despite the weekly wellness advice provided. Ha ha. (It works for me.)
Keep in mind that "occulted" means "hidden" and it goes very well with our annual theme of dis-covery, or "apocalypse". They are opposites.
This year what has been hidden will be revealed.

And just like that fifty days have passed since day 1000.
Returning to my obsession, or shall we call it, an intense interest in podcasters and podcasting, we go for a mini-rant tour around the net and talk about some of the channels I've watched, passed up, and those I have stuck with.
Way back in the day, pre-military I wanted to be a radio DJ because I liked music. The more I learned about that actual career, the less I wanted to do it because the radio gig wasn't so much playing records, (disc jockey actually means, "moving discs", or records, maybe shuffling them), but being a broadcaster. Two problems; first I didn't like my voice. Two, there are rules, you have to keep a log and there's stuff you weren't allowed to say on the air.
Despite both of these hindrances, I did broadcast on college radio, armed forces radio and pirate radio. (You'll hear my "DJ voice" in this episode.) And many of my small audience actually liked my show enough to listen.
But for me, back then, it was more about having fun. Although I don't think I'd be that much more serious about it today. There are still rules, but I have gotten more comfortable with my voice, even though it comes and goes. (I usually leave it in the gym.)
Some group is giving away a podcasting kit as some kind of prize in a promotional contest, which tells me how diluted the "industry" has become. When anybody can do it, everybody will do it. And that's another reason why I probably won't go any further than what I'm doing now. I can literally do it on the run, or on the walk, as it were.
The AI technology available as well as my own pirate ways and quasi-analogue resources are going to make for an interesting series, if & when I devote more time to it. The element of fun must remain despite the element of "duty" - the challenge I've given myself.
As of today it's been 1,050 days in a row of creating and posting videos. I don't expect you to check. If you do, you won't find them on this channel. (Long story.) If you're watching on Rumble or Ourtube, the FMO series predates their existence, not sure about Odysee, became it was Lbry before.

I'm slowly realizing that the same way each "dimension" or class of humans have their own "elites," each group also has its "normies." Sunny and warm weather is "normal" weather for South Florida in January. Cold, gray with dirty snow is normal weather for Boston in January. The question is, "Can, or should we expect anything to be normal in this era?"
Some vibrations on normies, normal and comfort in this episode.
Also more vibes about the warrior's path, the origins and inspiration for my particular journey and how everyone tries to take advantage of crises. Who was it that advised, "become ungovernable"? That's good advice. The "rulers" expect a "normal" response from the crowd when they, the rulers unleash chaos. What happens when the crowd behaves counter intuitively? Maybe we'll find out this year.

The Crooked Path to Salvation
The image of the black clad Hasidic emerging from underground seemed custom made for the haters that like to characterize certain religious groups in the form of certain rodents. I haven't heard any commentary, however making this connection. Why would I? I don't listen to Brother Nathaniel (note the "El") and his type, although I know they exist. Maybe the connection is just too easy.
This week's chaos was just too titillating to pass up, so we hyped it up a little bit. All the more reason to be strong. Redefine it you must but don't stray too far from the center.
Speaking of "center" or "core", I've been thinking about the root word, "rupt", it means "broken". We hear the word "corrupt" almost daily. We have an idea what it means, but what it really means is that the center is broken. Imagine the center of your wheel is broken. How can it roll?
Which brings us to another small chapter of the Warrior's Path. Then of course, the gym.
Weather down here has been unusual, so we train indoors. More on both, tomorrow.
