A recipe for making spicy red peanut chutney:
Ingredients:
1 cup peanuts
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup chopped onions
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
1-2 red chilies, seeded and chopped
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions:
Heat a pan over medium heat and add the peanuts.
Roast the peanuts for 5-7 minutes, or until they are golden brown and fragrant.
Remove the peanuts from the pan and let them cool.
In the same pan, heat the water.
Add the onions and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until they are soft and translucent.
Add the garlic, chilies, ginger, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the spices are fragrant.
Add the peanuts and cilantro.
Mash the ingredients together with a fork or potato masher until they are smooth.
Serve the chutney hot or cold with idli, dosa, or other South Indian dishes.
Tips:
For a spicier chutney, add more chilies.
For a smoother chutney, you can puree the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
You can also add other ingredients to the chutney, such as tomatoes, lemon juice, or yogurt.

Simple way to Prepare Indian Dessert Motichoor Laddu
A recipe for making soft Motichoor Ladoo:
Ingredients:
1 cup motichoor boondi
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
Ghee, for greasing your hands
Instructions:
In a large saucepan, combine the sugar and water.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Once the sugar has dissolved, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the syrup reaches a thread consistency.
Remove the syrup from the heat and add the motichoor boondi.
Stir gently until the boondi is coated in the syrup.
Add the cardamom powder and stir to combine.
Let the mixture cool slightly.
Once the mixture is cool enough to handle, grease your hands with ghee.
Take a small handful of the mixture and roll it into a ball.
Repeat steps 8-9 with the remaining mixture.
Once all of the ladoos have been formed, place them in an airtight container and store them in a cool, dry place.
Tips:
For a richer flavor, you can add 1/4 cup of khoya to the syrup.
If you don't have motichoor boondi, you can use any type of small, round lentil or bean fritters.
Be careful not to overcook the syrup, or it will become too hard.
The ladoos will keep for up to a week in an airtight container.
Here are some additional tips for making soft motichoor ladoo:
Use a fine-mesh sieve to drain the boondi after frying. This will help to remove any excess oil and make the ladoos lighter and fluffier.

Patishapta Recipe in Marathi with Caramel Rava Halwa / Bengali Sweets
Caramel Rava Halwa
Ingredients:
1 cup rava (semolina)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter)
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/4 teaspoon saffron strands (optional)
1/4 cup chopped almonds (optional)
1/4 cup chopped pistachios (optional)
Instructions:
Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat. Add rava and cook, stirring constantly, until it turns light brown in color.
Add sugar and milk and cook, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture comes to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 15 minutes, or until the halwa thickens and becomes glossy.
Stir in cardamom powder and saffron strands (if using).
Garnish with almonds and pistachios (if using).
Serve hot or warm.
Tips:
For a richer flavour, use whole milk instead of skimmed milk.
If you don't have saffron strands, you can use 1/4 teaspoon of ground saffron.
You can also add other nuts to the halwa, such as cashews or walnuts.
To make the halwa ahead of time, cool it completely and store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When you're ready to serve, reheat it in a saucepan over low heat until warmed through.

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup semolina
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
Oil, for greasing the pan
Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, semolina, rice flour, sugar, and salt.
Add the milk and whisk until smooth.
Cover the bowl and let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes.
In a medium saucepan, combine the grated coconut, sugar, and cardamom powder.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the coconut is golden brown and the sugar has melted.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Grease the pan with a little bit of oil.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot pan and spread it out into a thin circle.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
Repeat steps 9-10 with the remaining batter.
To assemble the patishaptas, place a crepe on a plate and spread it with a layer of the coconut filling.
Roll up the crepe tightly and cut it into 1-inch slices.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
Tips:
