High Bar Squats. Block 1 Week 3
Did this session at the home gym, this week. I decided to do some ATG, heel elevated narrow stance squats as a substitute for my leg accessory exercise, as I usually do leg extensions or leg press at the public gym, depending on the day. Worked alright, but in hindisght, I think I should have gone heavier, haha.

Paused Deadlifts and Tempo Bench Press Block 1 Week 3
Man, I was feeling FRISKY, today. Energy and confidence was through the roof, with the deads. Strength and performance is coming back swiftly, with this lift. Bench Press is of course still lagging hard, and the one giving me the most trouble. I just feel super weak, and not in the zone, every time I do any sort of benching, lately. I'm sure I'll get that "click," moment, eventually. However, things are just not going to be that exciting in the Bench department for a while, it seems, haha.

Paused Squats and Paused Bench Press. Block 1 Week 3
Due to taking an extra shift at the gym on this day, I didn't get an opportunity to train until in the evening, so I decided to take all of my gear with me, and train there, after I was done work, to save a bit of time. I was prepared for this to not go so well, as I personally don't like training in the evenings much, if I can help it, and was a bit tired and out of whack, for having to wait so long. However to my surprise, once I got in to it after my warm-ups, the session itself went fantastically. Very satisfied with how all if this went. Even with the wonky squat rack, and bench press bench we have, lol. Very good day. Squat is feeling pretty much back to where I was at before, and I just feel 110 percent confident that I am going to smoke it, when I get under the bar. Bench like I mentioned before, is suffering and lagging the most, but I was even happy with how these bench sets went, all things considered.

3X12 120 KGS Romanian Deadlifts PULVERIZED.
Sorry for the crappy/ridiculously bright and bloomy lighting. New phone camera was just being weird. Already back up to close to what I was doing before, with Romanian Deadlifts, and this time for sets of 12, instead of 10. And these felt insultingly easy. Kind if wish I did more weight, but I don't want to get too ahead of myself. One step at a time! Should be hitting 130+ soon, at this pace. Barring any off-days/unforseen circumstances.

Paused Deadlifts & Tempo Bench Press. Block 1 Week 2
I was really not expecting this session to go very well, and was just going to try and power through it as best I could; as I ended up encountering delays/setbacks due to life/bureacratic complications, which made me get to this a lot later, than planned. However, I ended up having a surprising amount of energy and focus, and channeled my frustrations in to the bar, and this ended up being a pretty productive session. I even did my main deadlift sets with hookgrip, to boot, and it felt very easy, which is also a good sign. In a world where so many things are out of your control, make the effort to take advantage of the things you CAN have control over, and improve yourself. You will go far 🤘🏻

Paused Squats & Paused Bench Press. Block 1 Week 2
Top set for Squats felt a bit underwhelming, as I think I misgrooved the reps a bit. and was leaning a bit too far over. Still felt fairly easy, though. Bench went decently. Bench Press has definitely taken the biggest hit from my setbacks, and I have been dealing with some discomfort in my rear shoulder area, that has been making benching harder. Most likely have to get acustomed to the volume and frequency, again. It seems to be getting a tad better every session, however. I'm sure I will overcome it eventually, as I have before. One step at a time 🤘🏻

NEW-TECH EXCLUSIVE: High Bar Squat Day. Block 1 Week 1
This went pretty well, all in all. Accessory exercises are still feeling significantly weaker, particularly rowing, but that'll recover, in due time. Squats definitely seem to be the lift that is coming back the best, since getting back on the horse. I even ended up doing an extra rep on the top set, because I think I just got in my head that I had to do six instead of 5, hahaha. Oh well, just means it was easy 🤘🏻. One step at a time, I'm clawing my way back.
