NEW-TECH EXCLUSIVE: High Bar Squat Day. Block 1 Week 1

This went pretty well, all in all. Accessory exercises are still feeling significantly weaker, particularly rowing, but that'll recover, in due time. Squats definitely seem to be the lift that is coming back the best, since getting back on the horse. I even ended up doing an extra rep on the top set, because I think I just got in my head that I had to do six instead of 5, hahaha. Oh well, just means it was easy 🤘🏻. One step at a time, I'm clawing my way back.
