How To Make Lemon Bars Easy Healthy Recipe | EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES

This was a tricky recipe to try and bake in the rice cooker. So, if yours didn't turn out so well, don't be discouraged. I tried 5 times and now, ready to just let it be. It tasted wonderful though. And a little powder sugar covers the imperfections on top! Enjoy and happy baking in your rice cooker!
EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES: How To Make Lemon Bars Easy Healthy Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
Crust:
• 1/3 cup (50g) WHITE WHEAT FLOUR (hard wheat flour)
• 1/3 cup (50g) WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
• 1/8 tsp SALT
• 3 tbsp (45g) COCONUT OIL
• 1 tbsp (25g) HONEY
Custard Filling:
• 3 EGGS
• 2 EGG YOLK
• 1/8 tsp SALT (omit if using salted butter)
• 4 tbsp (100g) HONEY
• 1/2 tsp CREAM OF TARTAR (optional for more tart taste)
• 1 tbsp (8g) TAPIOCA STARCH
• 1/2 cup (125ml) FRESH LEMON JUICE
• 1 tbsp (8g) FRESH LEMON ZEST
• 1 tbsp (15g) UNSALTED BUTTER
Topping:
• Powdered sugar (icing sugar)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Crust:
1. Mix crust ingredients in a bowl until incorporated (do not over mix)
2. Lined your pot with a long sheet of parchment paper, extending to the sides. This will make it easier to remove the bars later
3. Flatten the dough evenly onto the bottom with your hand
4. Bake the crust for 1 bake cycle (30 min). See below for OVEN
Custard Filling:
1. Zest two lemons, to get about 1 tablespoon of zest
2. Juice two lemons, strained out the seeds and bits then measure out required amount
3. In large mixing bowl, add all the custard ingredients EXCEPT for the butter. Whisk for about 30 seconds to combined
4. Cook the custard on med to low flame for about 30 seconds, to activate the tapioca starch. Then take it off heat immediately (DON'T over cook like I did). Keep whisking until smooth. Then add the butter (if using). Of course, if you did overcooked it like me, it's still salvageable. Add 1 tablespoon of water at a time and whisk to get the right consistency. The custard should be a bit runny; where it does not hold any shape
5. Pour onto the pre-baked crust and shake slightly to distribute the custard
6. Bake for 2 bake cycles (1 hr) or until the center is set but jiggles lightly
7. Cool completely then refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting (yeah I couldn't wait). Eat it plain or dust with powder sugar
OVEN BAKING:
*Use 7x7 or 8x8 baking pan. Double recipe is using larger pan
1. Bake the crust in pre-heated oven of 350F (175C) until lightly brown; about 10-15 minutes. If your custard is not ready yet, remove the crust from the oven to prevent over browning
2. Bake bars for 20-25 minutes or until the center is set but still jiggles. Cool completely before removing or cutting

Pumpkin Pie Recipe From Scratch | With Butternut Squash | No Oven | EASY RICE COOKER RECIPES
NOTES:
* 1 cup = 250 ml
* My rice cooker capacity = 1 litre or 5 cups
* Please READ Important TIPS at the end of each video
* Need 1 butternut squash about 500g whole
INGREDIENTS:
Filling
• 2 cups (450g) BUTTERNUT SQUASH PUREE (mashed)
• 2 tsp (6g) GROUND CINNAMON
• 2 tsp (6g) PUMPKIN PIE SPICE
• 2 EGGS
• 1 can (14oz/380g) SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK (can varied but about this amount)
Crust
• 1/3 cup (80g) UNSALTED BUTTER (melted)
• 2 tbsp (30g) SUGAR
• 1 1/4 cup (125g) GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS (or oreo cookie crumbs without filling)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Cook butternut by steaming or boiling it then let it cool
2. Mix the crust ingredients together and pressed it onto a lined pot/pan, extending the sides up about 1 inch (2cm)
3. Mash the cooked squash and mix the filling ingredients together until combined. you can use a whisk or electric mixer to make it more smooth but it's not necessary
4. Pour into pan and bake. NOTE: This pie took my rice cooker 6 bake cycles or 3 hrs. Rice cookers varied so it may be different for yours (more or less). Pie is done when toothpick comes out with "clumps"
5. Once done, let the inner pot sit inside the rice cooker until it completely cools. Then refrigerate the pie for 4 hours or longer to set it. Remove and top with whatever you like!
OVEN BAKING:
Bake in a 9 inch pan, on the bottom rack, in a pre-heated oven of 350F (180C) for about 45-60 minutes. Ovens varied so check about 40 minutes and bake longer. If top is getting too brown, lightly cover with aluminum foil

It is difficult to bake with fruits with a lot of juice and this is no exception. Be sure to measure out the mashed fruits accordingly. And flour your fruit cubes for less dense cake. If you do not like banana? You can use one large egg in place of the banana. Let me know how you like this cake!
Red Dragon Fruit Cake | Dragon Fruit Bread Recipes | Fresh Dragon Fruit | EA RICE COOKER RECIPES
NOTES:

GREDIENTS:
• 1 cup (140g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
• 2 tsp (8g) BAKG POWDER
• 1/8 tsp (1g) LT
• 1/4 cup (35g) WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
• 1/2 cup (125g) SHED BANANAS
• 1/2 cup (125g) SHED DRAGON FIT
• 1/3 cup (70g) SUGAR
• 1/4 cup (60ml) COCONUT OIL
• 1/2 tsp (3g) VANILLA EXACT
• 12 cubes (70g) DRAGON FITS
• 2 tbsp (20g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR (optional: coat fruit cubes)
• 6 thin slices DRAGON FIT
• 1 tbsp (6g) DESICCATED COCONUT FLAKES
HOW TO KE IT:
1. Whisk together the flours, baking powder and salt to combined
2. Cut dragon fruit slices, cubes and mashed; enough for required amount
3. Mashed one large banana and measure out amount needed
4. In large mixing bowl, whisk together mashed banana, mashed dragon fruit, sugar, oil and vanilla extract
5. Fold in the dry mixture until there is no more white flour
6. Pour batter into lined pot/pan, smooth out the top and tap a few times to distribute batter
7. OPTIONALLY: coat dragon fruit cubes with 2 tablespoons of flour. Push each cube into the batter. Cover fruit cubes with batter
8. Layer sliced dragon fruit on top
9. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut
10. Bake for 2 bake cycles and check. Rice cookers varied so bake longer as needed
11. Cool 20-30 minutes and enjoy
OVEN BAKG:
Bake in greased and lined pan, in pre-heated oven of 350F (180C) for 30-40 minutes. Ovens varied so check about 30 minutes and bake longer as needed

These banana dinner rolls are so soft and chewy and just perfect texture with a hint of sweetness. One would never know this was from a rice cooker! This recipe is so easy and tasty with vegan options (see notes below)!
Soft Chewy Banana Dinner Rolls | Vegan Dinner Roll Recipe | EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 1/2 cup (350g) BREAD FLOUR
• 2 tbsp (12g) POWDERED MILK (milk powder)
• 1/4 cup (50g) FINE SUGAR (caster sugar)
• 1 tsp (6g) FINE SALT
• 1/2 cup (100g) MASHED BANANA
• 1 EGG (room temp)
• 1/3 cup (80ml) MILK (room temp, any liquid milk)
• 1/2 tsp (4g) INSTANT YEAST
• 3 tbsp (40g) UNSALTED BUTTER (soft/room temp)
TOPPING:
1 tbsp (13g) UNSALTED BUTTER (soft/room temp)
NOTES:
Vegan Substitutes: coconut milk powder, pure cane sugar, almond milk or coconut milk, vegan margarine and substitute the egg with 1/4 cup (50g) of mashed bananas; so total of 3/4 cup (150g) mashed banana.
HOW TO:
1. In a large mixing bowl, sift flour, powdered milk, sugar and salt. Mix with a hand whisk or spoon until blended
2. Mashed 1 medium banana to get 1/2 cup, then add it to the flour mixture
3. Mix egg and milk together in a small bowl and add to flour mixture
4. Add yeast and mix with strong spoon until no more liquid. Now use your hand and knead dough for about 1 minute.
5. Then add the soft butter and knead for about 2 minutes or until webs start to form and stick to the bowl
6. Shape it into a ball and cover it with plastic wrap for a tight seal and put it in a warm area to let it proof for 60 minutes. The dough should doubled in size after proofing for 1 hour. If not, proof for another 30 minutes
7. Remove dough onto a lightly floured flat surface. Dust hands and dough with light flour, flatten and fold the edges in-ward a few times. Shape dough into a ball then flatten to about 1 inch (3 cm) thick.
8. Cut the dough in quarters then half the quarters; ending with 8 pieces
9. Fold the edges in-ward a few times for each piece then shape into a ball. Ball should be about the size of a mandarin orange
10. Arrange the balls inside your pot or pan, then cover tightly with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm area for another 60-90 minutes
11. Remove plastic wrap, cover with paper towel and Bake for 2 COOK cycles (1 hour) and then check. Bread should be firm to the touch and when pushed in, it should bounce back a bit. Mine was 3 COOK cycles (1 hour 10 minutes); with the 3rd cycle being only 10 min
12. Brush the top with 1 table spoon of soft or melted butter
13. Cool for 10-20 minutes and enjoy them warm. Super tasty with butter and jelly or jam. Yum!

Bake in pre-heated oven of 350F (180C) in a greased/buttered pan for 15-30 minutes. Ovens varied so check about 20 minutes.

This delicate cake does take some patience. But if you are looking for a healthier version of the chiffon or sponge cake? This for you. It's KETO friendly with low carb and no sugar. Plus it's gluten-free! What could be better! Having your cake and eat it too!
Healthy Chocolate Sponge Cake | Low Carb | No Sugar | Gluten-Free | EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES
INGREDIENTS:
• 1/2 cup (55g) SIFTED FINE ALMOND FLOUR
• 5 EGGS (room temp)
• 2 oz (50g) DARK CHOCOLATE (70%-90% cocoa)
• 1/4 cup (60ml/55g) LIGHT OLIVE OIL
• 1 tbsp (8g) COCOA POWDER (dutch processed)
• 3 tbsp (35g) SUGAR SUBSTITUTE GRANULES (erythritol, stevia)
• 1/3 cup (80ml/75g) COCONUT MILK
• 1/4 tsp CREAM OF TARTAR ( or 1 tsp (6g) lemon juice)
• 3 tbsp (35g) SUGAR SUBSTITUTE GRANULES (erythritol, stevia)
• 1/8 tsp (a pinch) SALT
HOW TO:
1. Sift almond flour first; then measure amount needed. Do not pack the flour, if using measuring cup
2. Separate egg yolks and egg whites; making sure no egg yolks break into the egg whites. Wipe bowl and mixing tools for egg white with lemon juice or white vinegar to remove any oil residues. This helps to whip the egg whites to stiff peak faster
3. Heat chocolate and oil until chocolate melts, but not boiling (I microwave mine for 30-40 seconds then mix until fully melted). NOTE: If melting over stove top, use low heat; stirring with a whisk or spatula. Once it starts to warm and chocolate starts to melt, remove from heat and continue to whisk until melted
4. Add cocoa powder into chocolate and mix to incorporate
5. In large mixing bowl, whisk egg yolks, sugar and coconut milk until combined. Then add the chocolate and mix until smooth
6. Add almond flour into the batter and mix to incorporate
7. Beat egg whites for about 30 minutes, until foamy starts to form, then add cream of tartar or lemon juice. Beat for 1 minutes, then add 1 tablespoon of sugar. Beat for another minute then add another tablespoon of sugar. Repeat for the last tablespoon of sugar. Beat until you get stiff peak, about 4-5 minutes
8. Add salt into the batter and quickly mix to incorporate; about 30 seconds
9. Add 1/3 of whipped egg white to the batter and slowly fold in one direction for about 30-40 seconds. Then pour batter into the egg white bowl and slowly fold the mixture, moving in one direction; making sure to scrap the sides and bottom. It is important to fold slowly to maintain the whipped texture of the egg white. Do not over-mix or your sponge cake will flat. Mine was 1 minute and 30 seconds of folding the batter
9. Pour into lined pot (do not grease) and cover with paper towel to catch condensation. Bake for 3 Bake Cycles (1hr 30min) then check. Rice Cooker varies so bake longer as needed
OVEN BAKING:
1. Pre-heated oven of 325F (160C)
2. Fill another larger cake pan with hot water and set it on the lowest rack of the oven
3. Lined pan, in place it on 2nd lowest rack with lowest rack. This is a water bath baking
4. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until done. Ovens varied so check around 35 minutes and bake longer as needed

This cake is best with Cake Flour, if you have it. It will produce a soft and tender cake texture. But I understand most may not have cake flour. So, you can create your own cake flour using all purpose flour and corn flour (or corn starch). Using just all purpose flour is still ok but your cake will be a bit more firm and not as soft. Also, I tried using 4 eggs and it was not as moist. Using 6 eggs had that egg taste. So, 5 eggs is the perfect number.
EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES: Pandan Sponge Cake With Coconut Milk and Pandan Essense
INGREDIENTS:
• 1/4 cup (35g) CORN FLOUR (packed)
• 1/2 cup (70g) + 2 tbsp (15g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR (total 85g)
• 1 tsp (4g) BAKING POWDER
• 1/4 tsp (2g) SALT
• 5 EGGS (separated & room temp)
• 3 tbsp (45g) CASTER SUGAR
• 3 tbsp (45g) OIL
• 1 tsp (5g) VANILLA EXTRACT
• 2 tsp (10g) PANDAN ESSENCE
• 1/4 tsp GREEN FOOD COLORING (optional)
• 1/3 cup (80ml/75g) COCONUT MILK (room temp)
• 5 EGG WHITES
• 1/2 tsp CREAM OF TARTAR (lemon juice/white vinegar)
• 3 tbsp (45g) CASTER SUGAR
NOTE:
If you use cake flour, use 1 cup (120g); DO NOT pack your cup but just pour flour into it
HOW TO:
1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk corn flour, all purpose flour, baking powder and salt
2. Separate eggs into separate large bowls; careful to not get any egg yolk into the egg whites
3. Add sugar to egg yolks and beat for 1-2 minutes until light in color
4. Add oil, vanilla, pandan essence and food coloring and beat 30 seconds then add the coconut milk and mix for another 30 seconds
5. Thoroughly clean your mixing tools and beat the egg whites for 30 seconds until foamy then add cream of tartar. Beat for 1 minute then add 1 tablespoon of sugar. Beat another minute and add another tablespoon of sugar. Repeat adding sugar and beat until you get a stiff peak; about 5-6 minutes
6. Sift half of the flour mixture into the egg yolk batter; whisk for 1 minute then sift the rest of the flour in. Whisk until completely combined and smooth
7. Add 1/3 of whipped egg white and slowly fold in one direction, for about 1 minute; making sure to scrape sides and bottom
8. Add another 1/3 of egg white and fold for another 1 minute or so
9. Add the last egg white and slowly fold for 1-2 minutes until there is no more dark streak turning up from the bottom. It is important to fold slowly and not overmix. Batter should be light, creamy and airy.
10. Line the bottom of the pot if you desire but do NOT grease your pot. Pour batter slowly into the pot to allow bubbles to burst; smooth out the top
11. Use a chopstick or skew to slowly stir in circular motion to remove more bubbles; popping any bubbles you see
12. Cover with paper towel to catch condensation and bake for 2 bake cycles (1 hour) then check. Rice cooker varies so bake another cycle if needed
13. If your cake is stuck to the sides of the pot, then turn it upside down to cool. This is supposed to help the cake from collapsing while cooling and setting. If your pot is non-stick and your cake did not stick to the side, then just cool it right side up
14. Cool it completely, about 1 hour before trying to remove the cake. Use spatula or knife to help loosen the sides. Slowly pull the cake off the bottom with your hands.
15. ENJOY!
OVEN BAKING:
1. Use a tube pan if you have one; do not grease it
2. Bake in pre-heated oven of 325F (160c) over a hot water bath for 30-45 minutes. Ovens varied so check around 30 minutes and bake longer as needed. NOTE: hot water bath could be, a pan with hot water on the bottom oven rack while cake pan is on the rack above it.
3. Once done, turn it upside down on a raised rack to cool. Cake should stick to pan and not fall down

BASE Dry Ingredients:
• 1 cup (100g) ALMOND FLOUR
• 2 tsp (8g) BAKING POWDER
• pinch of SALT
BASE Wet Ingredients:
• 4 EGGS
• 1/4 cup (60ml) OIL (melted butter)
GARLIC CHEESE Flavor ADD-INS:
• 1 tsp (4g) GARLIC POWDER
• 1/8 tsp SALT (optional)
• 1/4 tsp DRIED HERBS (parsley, rose mary, tyme)
• 2 tbsp (18g) GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
• 1/4 cup (30g) SHREDDED CHEESE (whatever you like)
CINNAMON Flavor ADD-INS:
• 1 tsp (3g) GROUND CINNAMON
• 2 tbsp (30g) ERYTHRITOL SWEETENER (sugar substitutes)

MUG Bread BASE Batter:
• 3 tbsp (30g) ALMOND FLOUR
• 1/2 tsp (2g) BAKING POWDER

MUG Bread ADD-INS:
• 1/4 tsp GARLIC POWDER
• Pinch of SALT
• 1/8 tsp DRIED HERBS
• 1 tsp (3g) PARMESAN CHEESE

HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Add all your dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk for about 1 minute, until well incorporated
2. Whisk your wet ingredients until combined then add the dry ingredients and whisk until combined
3. Bake for 2 Bake Cycles and check. Rice cooker varies so bake longer if needed
4. Cool for a few minute and serve hot or warm
MUG BREAD HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Using a microwave safe coffee mug, bowl or ramekin; add all the dry ingredients and mix with a fork
2. Add the wet ingredients into the cup and mix until combined
3. Microwave for 90 seconds. Microwave may varied so do another 15-30 seconds if your is not cooked through yet. Enjoy!
OVEN BAKING:
Bake in a greased and lined pan, in a pre-heated oven of 350F (175C) for 20-30 minutes. Ovens varied so check around 25 minutes and bake longer as needed

This orange cake is light and refreshing with that orange citric taste. It's not sugary sweet but slightly sweeter than average fruit. It's just perfecto!
Orange Upside Down Cake Recipe | How To Make Orange Cake with Fresh Oranges | ASMR
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 1/2 cup (210g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
• 2 tsp (8g) BAKING POWDER
• 2 EGGS
• 1/2 cup (100g) GRANULATED SUGAR
• 1 tsp (4g) ORANGE ZEST (no white skin)
• 1/4 cup (60ml) VEGETABLE OIL
• 1/3 cup (80ml) ORANGE JUICE
• 1/4 tsp ORANGE FLAVORING (optional)
• 1/2 cup (70g) DRIED CRANBERRIES
• 1 tbsp (13g) GRANULATED SUGAR
• 1 ORANGE SLICES (about 1/2 cm thick)
NOTES:
* Make sure your oranges are SWEET and TASTY for a tasty good cake outcome
* Do NOT get any white skin when zesting the orange or your cake may be bitter
* My first cake, I peeled the orange first then sliced it; but the slices were so bitter after baking! I am not sure why that is. It was only the orange slices that were bitter, not the cake itself
* It is best to "burn or caramelized" the bottom. I am using my hotter rice cooker. If your rice cooker tend to be not very hot, hold down the cook button at the end of baking, with the lid open, for about 2 minutes or so, to sizzle the bottom. Then remove the inner pot after 5 minutes
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Whisk flour and baking powder in a bowl until well combined
2. Beat eggs and sugar for about 2 minutes
3. Add oil, orange zest, orange flavoring and orange juice. Beat for 30 seconds to incorporate
4. Add the dried cranberries and half of the flour mixture. Fold with a spatula until half of the white flour is incorporated. Then add the rest of the flour and mix until there's no more white flour
5. Grease your pot/pan then lined with a parchment paper. Grease the paper then sprinkle the 1 tablespoon of sugar on it; tapping and turning to get the sugar coated onto the bottom. This sugar will calm the bitterness from the orange rind
6. Sliced an orange (see video) in about half a centimeter thick. Lined the slices on the bottom of the pot/pan
7. Evenly distribute batter and bake for 2 bake cycles (60 min) then check. Mine took 3 bake cycles (90 min). Rice cooker do varied so bake longer as needed
8. Cool for 20 minutes or more. Be sure to loosen the sides before turning it upside down. If using icing sugar on top, cool for about 1 hour before dusting with icing sugar

Bake in pre-heated oven of 350F (180C) for 30-40 minutes. Oven varies so check around 30 minutes and bake longer as needed

This DIY heart shape red velvet cake is delicious and you do not need fancy cake pans. You can make it with eggless if you want and it is still very good. Make this for your special Valentine!
Southern Red Velvet Heart Shaped Cake | Valentine's Day Cake | EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 tbsp (4g) COCOA POWDER (1 tsp for redder cake)
• 1 cup (140g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
• 1/2 tsp (2g) BAKING SODA
• 1/2 tsp (1.5g) BAKING POWDER
• 1/2 tsp (3g) FINE SALT
• 3/4 cup (150g) FINE SUGAR (or icing sugar)
• 1/2 cup (125ml) COCONUT OIL (or vegetable oil)
• 1/2 cup (125ml) FULL FAT MILK, room temp (or butter milk)
• 1 tsp (4g) VANILLA EXTRACT
• 1 EGG, room temp (omit for no egg)
• 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp RED FOOD COLORING (less or more for your desired outcome)
• 3 tsp (1.5g) INSTANT BLACK COFFEE (1 tsp for redder cake)
• 1/4 cup (60ml) HOT WATER
• 1/2 tsp (2g) WHITE VINEGAR
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING (optional):
• 1 cup (226g) CREAM CHEESE
• 3/4 cup (94g) POWDER SUGAR (icing sugar)
• 1/2 tsp (2g) VANILLA EXTRACT
• 3/4 cup (150g) HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM (very cold)
CAKE HOW TO:
1. Sift cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Whisk until well blended
2. In a mixing bowl, beat sugar and oil until mixed.
3. Add milk, vanilla extract, egg (if using) and red food coloring and mix to combined
4. Add hot water to instant coffee then add it to the mixture (or 1/4 cup of real black coffee)
5. IMPORTANT: add the white vinegar at the end here, not sooner; mix to combined
6. Add the flour mixture in 1/3 and do a 15 second mix in between each add. Do not over mix. Batter will be runny (see in video) and bubbly
7. Line or grease your pot and pour in batter
8. Bake for 3 COOK cycles (1.5 hr) then check. Mine took 4 COOK cycles (2 hrs)
9. Cool for 20-30 minute or 2 hours you plan to frost the cake
FROSTING HOW TO:
1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl until combined
2. Make sure your whipping is very very cold before starting. Whip for 3 to 4 minutes, until stiff peak.
3. Now add the cream cheese mixture and mix to combine. Store in the refrigerator or cold cooler until ready to use
HEART SHAPE CAKE HOW TO:
1. Estimate a center line through the middle of the cake
2. Cut a V shape on one end (see video) of that line
3. The other end of the middle line should be the point for your heart. Cut the sides (see video) from that center point. You should get an approximate heart shape cake. Keep cut outs for decorating
CAKE ASSEMBLE:
1. Frost the cake on top and sides as best as you can
2. Take the cutout pieces and shred them into small pieces with your hand. Now, stick the shredded pieces to the side of the cake. Or, you can sprinkle it on top of the cake. Whatever makes you LOVE IT!
3. It's best to chill the cake for 1 to 2 hours for the frosting to set before cutting. If you cut right away, the side pieces may fall off. But hey, it will still TASTES GREAT!
OVEN BAKING:
Grease and flour 7 inch round pan. Bake in pre-heated oven of 325F (160C) for 30-40 minutes. Ovens varied so check about 30 minutes. Bake until toothpick test comes out clean.

So, I've never had a professionally made Banoffee Pie or Cake. But one of my viewer requested a Banoffee Cake with Banana, Coffee and Chocolate. So this is my first time making this cake. I hope it's almost like the real thing.
Banoffee Cake Recipe | Banana Coffee Chocolate | EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES
INGREDIENTS:
CHOCOLATE SAUCE:
• 2 oz (57g) CHOCOLATE CHUNK/CHIPS
• 1 tbsp (15g) WHIPPING CREAM (or milk)
• 2 tbsp (25g) EXPRESSO COFFEE (or milk)
CAKE (smaller):
• 2 tbsp (25g) MILK
• 1/2 tsp (3g) LEMON JUICE
• 1/3 cup (85g) MASHED BANANAS (1 or 2)
• 1/2 tsp (3g) LEMON JUICE
• 3/4 cup (105g) ALL PURPOSE FLOOUR
• 1/4 tsp BAKING SODA
• 1/8 tsp SALT (a pinch)
• 1/2 tsp BAKING POWDER
• 1/4 tsp CINNAMON
• 1/4 cup (50g) FINE SUGAR
• 1/2 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT
• 2 tbsp (30g) OIL/BUTTER
WHIPPED CREAM:
• 1/2 cup (125ml) WHIPPING CREAM
• 2 tbsp (14g) POWDERED SUGAR (icing sugar)
• 1 or 2 SLICED BANANAS
LARGER CAKE:
• 1/4 cup (60ml) MILK
• 1 tsp (6g) LEMON JUICE
• 1/2 cup (130g) MASHED BANANAS (2 or 3)
• 1/2 tsp (3g) LEMON JUICE
• 1 1/4 cup (175g) ALL PURPOSE FLOOUR
• 1/2 tsp (2.5g) BAKING SODA
• 1 tsp (4g) BAKING POWDER
• 1/2 tsp (2g) GROUND CINNAMON
• 1/4 tsp SALT
• 1/2 cup (100g) FINE SUGAR
• 1 tsp (4g) VANILLA EXTRACT
• 1/4 cup (65g) UNSALTED BUTTER (melted)
• 1 EGG
HOW TO:
1. Heat chocolate coffee syrup ingredients in the microwave or stove top until hot then stir until chocolate completely melts. Set aside to cool. Sauce will be running but will thicken as it cools
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine milk and lemon juice. Whisk and let it sit for 10 minutes
3. In a small bowl, mashed bananas and measure out the amount needed. Add lemon juice and whisk to combine
4. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt into a bowl and whisk to combine
5. Add sugar, vanilla extract and oil to milk mixture and whisk until sugar is melted, about 1 minute or so
6. Add mashed banana and whisk to combined
7. Add the flour mixture and whisk until smooth, about 1 minute
8. Pour into lined pot then drizzle 2 tablespoons (3 tbsp for large cake) of chocolate sauce on top. Use a spoon handle or chopstick and slowly create tight "S" curves in the batter to distribute the chocolate sauce; touching the bottom the whole time
9. Cover with paper towel and bake for 2 cycles (1 hr) or 3 cycles (1 hr 30 min) for LARGE CAKE
10. Cool for 10 minutes then remove from pot. If adding whipped topping, cool completely for 1 hour
11. Beat whipping cream and powder sugar on medium speed until stiffen; about 3-5 minutes
12. Spread whipped cream on top of cake and top with sliced bananas. Drizzle the rest of the chocolate syrup on top. Enjoy!
OVEN BAKING:
Bake in lined and floured pan in pre-heated oven of 350F (175C) for 20-30 minutes for the smaller cake and 40-50 minutes for the larger cake. Ovens varied so check around 25/35 minutes and bake longer as needed

This savory pesto garlic bread is cheesy, soft and good for anytime. I used half finely milled wheat flour for a slightly healthier choice along with extra virgin olive oil. I love garlic so I piled on the garlic but skip it if you are not into garlic.
Pesto Garlic Bread Recipe | Easy Cheesy from Scratch | EA RICE COOKER RECIPES
NOTES:
* 1 cup = 250 ml
* My rice cooker capacity = 1 litre or 5 cups
* Please READ Important TI at the end of each video
GREDIENTS:
• 1 cup (150g) WHOLEMEAL FLOUR (finely milled whole wheat flour)
• 3/4 cup (110g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR (bread flour)
• 1 1/2 tsp (6g) BAKG POWDER
• 1/2 tsp (2.5g) LT
• 2 tbsp (24g) ALMOND SLIVERS (pine nuts)
• 3/4 cup (185ml) WARM WATER
• 1 tsp (5g) SUGAR
• 1 tbsp (15g) EXA VIRG OLIVE OIL
• 1 tsp (4g) DRIED YEAST
• 3 tbsp (5g) FELY CHOPPED SWEET BASIL
• 1/4 cup (35g) PARMEN (finely grated)
• 1 tbsp (15g) EXA VIRG OLIVE OIL (put into batter)
• 1 tbsp (15g) EXA VIRG OLIVE OIL (brush on flat dough)
• 1 cup (115g) SHREDDED CHEESE (cheddar/mozzarella)
• 5-6 large SLICED GARLIC CLOVES (optional)
HOW TO KE IT:
1. In a bowl, whisk together flours, baking powder, salt and almond slivers
2. In a small bowl, whisk together warm water, sugar, oil and yeast and let it sit for 10 minutes to proof
3. Finely chop the basil and set it aside
4. Pour the yeast mixture into the flour mix and fold until the dough forms. Knead it for about 3 minutes
5. Add chopped basil and parmesan cheese and knead to incorporate
6. Add olive oil and knead for about 5 minutes
7. Shape dough into a ball and place into a greased bowl. Cover tightly and let it proof in a warm area for 60 minutes
8. After dough has doubled, lightly grease flat surface and flatten dough into a 13in or 35cm circle
9. Brush olive oil on dough and sprinkle shredded cheese on top
10. Cut dough into 12 pizza slices
11. Place sliced garlic on top of each slice, if using
12. Roll each slice into a croissant shape
13. Place into a greased and lined pot, then cover and let it proof for another 30 minutes in a warm area
14. Brush additional olive oil on top and bake. Mine took 2 bake (60 min). Rice cooker varies so bake longer as needed
15. Cool 5-10 minutes and enjoy them WARM
OVEN BAKG:
Bake in greased and lined pan, in pre-heated oven of 375F (190C) for 30-40 minutes. Ovens varied so check about 25 minutes and bake longer as needed. Oven baked will have crispy and golden top

• 2 EGGS
• 1/2 cup (100g) SUGAR
• 3 tbsp (45g) OIL
• 1 tsp (5g) VANILLA EXTRACT
• 1 tbsp (15g) BUTTER (room temp soft)
• 1/4 cup (35g) CHOPPED ALMOND (add some into the batter as well)
TOPPINGS (optional):
• POWDERED SUGAR
• COCOA POWDER
• FRESH BERRIES
• CHOCOLATE/VANILLA ICE CREAM
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. In a small cup or bowl, mix coffee, cocoa powder and hot water then set it a side
2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and baking soda to combined
3. In large mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar for about 2 minutes. Then add oil and vanilla and mix to combine
4. Sift in the flour mixture, one half at a time, beating about 10-15 seconds with each add. Be sure to scrape the sides and bottom
5. Greased and lined your pot/pan with butter, going up about 2 inches (6 cm) high. Then sprinkle chopped almonds to coat the sides and bottom
6. Pour batter on top of the chopped almonds and cover with paper towel to catch condensation
7. Bake for 2 Bake Cycles (1 hour) then check. Rice cooker varies so bake longer as needed
8. Cool for 20-30 minutes before flipping it onto a serving tray. Enjoy as it or top with your favorite toppings
OVEN BAKING:
Bake in pre-heated oven of 350F (175C) for 35-45 minutes. Ovens varied so check around 35 minutes and bake longer as needed.

A viewer requested my Cinnamon Roll Cake (https://youtu.be/zoYKMZRJXbU) using Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 Gluten Free baking flour. This specific flour is a "rice flour base" and the texture is slightly different. So it is more like a "bar" than a "cake" per se. For those who need gluten-free or those who love mochi like dessert texture? This is for you! It is a slightly heavier texture and not very sweet. Enjoy!

NOTES:

INGREDIENTS:
Flax Egg:
• 1 tbsp (10g) GROUND FLAX SEEDS
• 3 tbsp (45g) WATER
Cinnamon Swirl:
• 1/3 cup (75g) BROWN CANE SUGAR (packed)
• 1 tsp (3g) GROUND CINNAMON
• 1/4 cup (60ml/54g) COCONUT OIL
Batter:
• 1 1/2 cup (210g) BOB'S RED MILL 1 TO 1 BAKING FLOUR
• 1/4 cup (50g) PURE CANE SUGAR
• 2 tsp (7g) BAKING POWDER (gluten-free)
• 1/4 tsp (2g) SALT
• 3/4 cup (180ml/180g) ALMOND MILK
• 3 tbsp (45ml/40g) COCONUT OIL (video showed 1/4 cup but it was too much)
• 1 tsp (5g) PURE VANILLA EXTRACT
• 1/4 cup (30g) CHOPPED WALNUTS (optional)
• 1 tbsp (10g) CHOPPED WALNUTS (optional)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Mix ground flax seeds and water in a small bowl and set it a side to thicken. You can use 1 egg if you are not vegan or do not have egg allergies
2. Mix the filling together with a spatula until a thick paste is formed. Add a bit more brown sugar if not paste like
3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder and salt to incorporate
4. Add milk, oil and vanilla extract and mix until white flour is almost gone
5. Fold in 1/4 cup of nuts (if using) until incorporated
6. Lined pot/pan for easy removal and distribute batter onto the bottom. Drop teaspoons of the filling mixture all over the top. Using a butter knife or spoon handle, swirl the filling into the batter, however you like
7. Optionally, top with more nuts and bake for 2 bake cycles (60 min) then check. Rice cooker varied so bake longer if needed
8. Let it cool for 10 minutes and ENJOY! If you want it sweeter, top it with icing sugar, drizzle on maple syrup or any sweet berries
OVEN BAKING:
Bake in greased and lightly floured pan in a pre-heated oven of 350F (180C) for 25-45 minutes. Ovens varied so check around 30 minutes and bake longer as needed

Sweet Potato Chocolate Cake Recipe From Scratch | with Chocolate Frosting | EA RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES

GREDIENTS:
Cake
• 3/4 cup (180g) SHED POTATO (prefer orange sweet potato)
• 1/2 cup (125ml) WATER (drinking water)
• 1/4 cup (85g) HONEY (maple syrup)
• 1 tbsp (15g) BALMIC VAR (white vinegar)
• 1 tsp (6g) VANILLA EXACT
• 1 cup (140g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR (pastry wheat flour)
• 1/4 cup (40g) OWN SUGAR (cane sugar)
• 1/4 cup (45g) MI CHOCOLATE CHI (semi-sweet)
• 1 tsp (5g) BAKG SODA
• 2 tsp (8g) BAKG POWDER
• 1/2 tsp (2g) LT
• 1/4 cup (25g) COCOA POWDER
• 1 tbsp (15g) WATER (drinking water)
Frosting
*** Note: video has larger quantity & it was too much for 1 cake. Below quantity is good for 1 cake ***
• 1/2 cup (130g) SHED POTATO (prefer orange sweet potato)
• 1/4 cup (40g) OWN SUGAR (cane sugar)
• 1/4 cup (25g) COCOA POWDER
• 1/4 cup (70g) PEANUT BUTTER (almond/cashew butter)
• 1/2 tsp (3g) VANILLA EXACT
• 3-4 tbsp (45g-60g) ALMOND MILK (soy milk)
HOW TO KE IT:
1. Clean and cook your sweet potatoes. You can boil or steam them
2. Using a blender, smoothie maker or food processor, blend the first five ingredients until smooth
3. Whisk together the dry ingredients until incorporated
4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Rinse out the rest of the wet mixture with the one tablespoon of water and empty it into the batter
5. Fold the batter until combined; do not overmix
6. Pour batter into lined pot/pan. Smooth out the top and tap a few times to distribute the batter
7. Bake for 2 bake cycles then check. Rice cookers varies so bake longer as needed
8. Cool completely, about 2 hours, if frosting
9. Beat frosting ingredients until smooth. Start with 3 tablespoons of milk and add one tablespoon at a time as needed for a frosting consistency

Bake in a greased and lined pan, in pre-heated oven of 350F (180C) for 25-40 minutes. Ovens varied so check about 25 minutes and bake longer as needed

• 1 box (15.25oz/432g) CHOCOLATE CAKE MIX
• 1 box (3.9oz/110g) CHOCOLATE INSTANT PUDDING MIX
• 4 EGGS
• 1 cup (240g) SOUR CREAM
• 3/4 cup (180ml) ALMOND MILK
• 1 tsp (6g) VANILLA EXTRACT
• 3/4 cup (180ml) SUNFLOWER/CANOLA OIL
Chocolate Mocha Frosting:
• 1/2 cup (117g) UNSALTED BUTTER (room temp)
• 1/2 cup (40g) COCOA POWDER (1/4 cup for less bitter taste)
• 1 tsp INSTANT BLACK COFFEE (optional)
• 1/2 cup (60g) POWDERED SUGAR (icing sugar)
• 1 tsp (6g) VANILLA EXTRACT
• 2 tbsp (30g) ALMOND MILK
NOTES:
There is a lot of batter in this recipe. If your rice cooker is 1 liter (5 cups) or smaller, I highly recommend doing two separate baking. Otherwise, it will take a very long time to bake and the center may not bake through. Larger rice cookers will be fine.
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Mix cake mix and pudding mix until combined
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat until well incorporated and smooth, about 2 minutes
3. Divide batter into two separate baking. I did some in cupcakes. You can do two separate bake or separate pans
4. Lined or oil your pot or pan. For cupcakes, only fill 3/4 full
5. Bake for 2 bake cycles (60 min) and check. Rice cookers varied so bake longer as needed
6. Cool completely (about 2 hours) if frosting
HOW TO MAKE FROSTING:
1. Beat room temperature soft butter until light in color, about 2 minutes
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat until well combined, about 1-2 minutes
3. Frost cake as desired
OVEN BAKING:
Bake in oil pan, in pre-heated oven of 325F (170C) for 40-60 minutes. Ovens and pans varied so check around 35 minutes and bake longer as needed. If baking in large pan or 2 pans, time may be less. For muffins, lined or oil tin and bake 20-30 minutes.

Banana Mango Bread Recipe | Moist and Soft Bread | EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES
NOTES:
* 1 cup = 250 ml
* My rice cooker capacity = 1 litre or 5 cups
* Please READ Important TIPS at the end of each video
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup (140g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR (plain flour)
• 1 tsp (4g) BAKING POWDER
• 1/2 tsp (3g) BAKING SODA
• Pinch of SALT
• 1 cup (260g) MASHED BANANAS (2 large bananas)
• 1 EGG
• 1/4 cup (50g) LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
• 1/2 tsp (3g) VANILLA FLAVORING
• 3 tbsp (45g) PLAIN YOGURT/SOUR CREAM
• 1/4 cup (60ml) COCONUT OIL
• 1/2 cup (85g) CUBED MANGOS (fresh-frozen-canned)
• 1/4 cup (45g) CUBED PEACHES (fresh-frozen-canned)
• 4 tbsp (35g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR (dust on fruit)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt to combine
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, egg, brown sugar, vanilla, yogurt or sour cream and coconut oil to incorporate
3. Dust flour onto fruits to thoroughly coat them. Use one tablespoon at a time. You may need less. NOTES: If using frozen fruits, thaw on paper towels just to remove outer ice. If using canned fruits, drained on paper towels. Pat dry with paper towel
4. Whisk dry ingredients to wet batter to incorporate
5. Pour batter into grease or lined pot
6. Pick out pieces of fruits (do not dump the entire flour and fruit mixture in) then place them on top. Now push them just under the batter and spread batter to cover the fruits. I like doing it this way so I have fruits evenly distributed through out the bread
7. Cover with paper towel and bake for 2 bake cycles (60 min) then check. Rice cooker varies so bake longer as needed
8. Cool for 20-30 minutes and enjoy it warm
OVEN BAKING:
Bake in greased pan, in pre-heated oven of 350F (180c) for 30-40 minutes. Ovens varied so check about 35 minutes and bake longer as needed

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups (280g) SHREDDED ZUCCHINI (juice squeezed out)
• 1/2 cup (75g) CHOPPED ONION
• 1/4 cup (25g) CHOPPED CHIVES (fresh or frozen)
• 2 EGGS
• 1/2 tsp (2g) GARLIC SALT
• 1/4 tsp BLACK PEPPER & CAYENNE MIX
• 1 tsp (5g) OLIVE OIL
• 2/3 cup (120ml) MILK
• 1/2 cup (55g) SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
• 1/2 cup (85g) WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
• 1 tsp (4g) BAKING POWDER
• 1/4 tsp GARLIC POWDER
• 2 tbsp (16g) PARMESAN CHEESE
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out any juice. Measure out amount needed
2. Chop the onion and chives and measure out amount needed
3. In large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, garlic salt, black pepper, oil and milk
4. Add shredded zucchini, onion, chives, mozzarella, wheat flour, baking powder and garlic powder. Fold until combined
5. Pour into greased and lined pot or pan and evenly distribute batter on the bottom and smooth the top
6. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top
7. Cover with paper towel to catch condensation and Bake for 2 bake cycles (60 min) then check. Quiche should be firm to touch and not sticky or too wet on top. Rice cooker varies so bake longer as needed. Mine took 3 bake cycles (90 min)
8. Cool 10-15 minutes before cutting. Optionally, you can sprinkle cayenne pepper on top or any other topping of your choice
OVEN BAKING:
Bake in greased and lined pan, in pre-heated 400F (200C) for 30-40 minutes. Ovens varied so check about 35 minutes and bake longer as needed

• 1/2 cup (75g) WHOLEMEAL FLOUR (finely milled whole wheat)
• 1/2 cup (75g) WHITE WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR (soft wheat pastry flour)
• 1/2 cup (70g) DRIED CRANBERRIES
• 3/4 cup (100g) MUESLI
• 1 1/2 tsp (6g) BAKING POWDER
• 1/4 tsp SALT
• 1/2 cup (75g) DRIED DATES (chopped)
• 1/2 cup (105g) DRIED PRUNES (chopped)
• 2 EGGS (beaten)
• 1 cup (270g) PLAIN GREEK YOGURT
• 1/4 cup (60ml) LIGHT OLIVE OIL
• 1/4 cup (35g) MUESLI (optional topping)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. In a large bowl, fold everything (except for topping) together until combined
2. Pour into greased and lined pot/pan
3. Top with additional muesli or nuts
4. Bake for 1-2 bake cycles until set. Rice cookers varied so check after 1 bake and bake longer as needed. Mine took 2 bake cycles (60 min)
5. Cool for 30 minutes before cutting

This was another perfect sponge or chiffon cake. I love how soft, moist and light it was. My tea did not steep well so it was not as strong as I would like it to be. If you have a stronger tea mix, your color may be slighter darker. It should still be very good. This cake is lightly sweentened. If you want it sweeter? Add 2 tablespoons of sugar into the yolk batter. You will love this one!
Thai Tea Chiffon Cake Recipe | How To Make Soft Moist Light Sponge Cake | RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES
INGREDIENTS:
Tea Mix:
• 4 tbsp (28g) THAI TEA LEAVES
• 1 cup (250ml) HOT BOILING WATER
• 6 tbsp (100ml) HOT TEA
• 3 tbsp (40g) SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
Batter:
• 4 EGG WHITES
• 4 EGG YOLKS
• 3 tbsp (45g) OIL
• 1/4 tsp SALT
• 1/4 cup (65g/60ml) THAI TEA MIX
• 1/2 cup (70g) CAKE FLOUR
• 4 EGG WHITES
• 1/2 tsp LEMON JUICE
• 1/4 cup (50g) SUGAR
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. In a tea kettle or glass, add tea leaves and hot boiling water and let it steep for about 5 minutes. You can make more tea mix for drinking but we just need 1/4 cup (4 tbsp or 65g) of tea mix with the sweetened condensed milk
2. Separate 4 eggs into two separate mixing bowl
3. In the egg yolks, add oil, salt and mix to combined. Then add the 1/4 cup of tea mix and whisk to incorporate
4. Sift in the flour and whisk slowly until smooth
5. Beat the egg whites for 30 seconds then add the lemon juice. Beat for another 30 seconds then add the sugar in thirds; beating about 30 seconds in between each add. Beat until you get a stiff peak, usually around 4-5 minutes
6. NOTE: This is the most important step in making this cake. Go slowly to prevent bubbles. Add 1/3 of the whipped egg white into the yolk batter and slowly mix in one direction, using a whisk or spatula, for about 1 minute. Then pour the yolk batter into the whipped egg whites and slowly fold with a spatula in one direction. Be sure to scrape the sides and bottom and cutting through the middle; until most of the white streaks are gone. It took another 2 minutes and 30 seconds
7. Lined your pot or pan but do not grease it. Slowly pour in the batter to eliminate any bubbles. Smooth out the top. Tap it a few times to bring any bubbles to the surface. Pop any visible bubbles with spatula or toothpick
8. Cover with a paper towel to catch condensation before closing. Bake in the rice cooker for 2 bake cycles (60 minute) then check. Mine was done with 2 bake but rice cooker varies so bake longer as needed
9. Cool your cake upside-down on a rack (supposedly to prevent it from deflating... but mine deflated a bit still). Cool for 30 minutes or more
10. Use a spatula to loosen the sides then flip it upside-down. If your cake does not fall out, use your hand and gently lift the cake off the bottom all around the sides. Now just enjoy!
OVEN BAKING:
Bake in a pre-heated oven of 350F (175C) with hot water tray below the cake rack. It's basically a water bath but with the water tray below the rack of the cake pan. This will prevent water from getting into your cake but still provide the moisture needed. Bake for 30-45 minutes. Ovens varied so check around 35 minutes and bake longer as needed

I'm on a fruity kick! This orange cranberry bread was satisfying and super easy to make. It's great for breakfast or an afternoon snack; with a touch of jam or butter if you like. If you are not vegan, use regular milk, sugar and oil. Enjoy!
Orange Sweet Bread Recipe | Orange Cranberry Bread | Vegan | No Egg | EASY RICE COOKER RECIPES
INGREDIENTS:
• 1/4 cup (60ml) ALMOND MILK
• 1 1/2 tsp (8g) APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
• 1/2 cup (125ml/130g) ORANGE PUREE
• 1/4 cup (40g) PURE CANE SUGAR
• a pinch SEA SALT
• 1/4 cup (60ml) COCONUT OIL
• 1 1/2 tsp (7.5g) BAKING POWDER
• 1 1/4 cup (175g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
• 1/4 cup (40g) CRANBERRIES (optional)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Mix milk and apple cider vineger together then set it a side
2. Puree enough oranges to get 1/2 cup and pour into a large mixing bowl
3. Add sugar, salt, oil and milk mixture then mix to combine
4. Add baking powder and whisk until well incorporated
5. Gradually whisk in flour a little at a time to combine
6. Add dried cranberries (or any other dried fruits you like)
7. Bake for 1 bake cycle and check. Rice cooker varies so bake longer as needed. Mine took 2 bake cycles (1 hr)
8. Cool for 5-10 minutes and enjoy warm

I LOVE Banana Breads! This recipe uses healthier flour and I'm keeping it egg-free and dairy-free for some of my viewers who cannot have those. But... if you don't have any restrictions, go ahead and substitute ingredients as desired.
Vegan Whole Wheat Banana Bread Recipe | No Egg | No Sugar | No Dairy | EASY RICE COOKER RECIPES
NOTES:
* 1 cup = 250 ml
* My rice cooker capacity = 1 litre or 5 cups
* Please READ Important TIPS at the end of each video
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 1/3 cup (325g) MASHED BANANAS (about 4-5 med)
• 1/3 cup (80ml) COCONUT OIL
• 1/2 cup (125ml) MAPLE SYRUP
• 1 tsp (6g) BAKING SODA
• 1 tsp (6g) VANILLA EXTRACT
• 1/2 tsp (3g) FINE SALT
• 1/2 tsp (1.5g) GROUND CINNAMON
• 1/4 cup (60ml) ALMOND MILK (unsweetened)
• 1 cup (140g) WHITE WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR (soft wheat)
• 3/4 cup (113g) WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR (stone grind)
• 1/2 cup (105g) CHOPPED PECANS (any nuts or dried fruits)
• 1 tbsp (15g) PURE CANE SUGAR (optional)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Mashed enough bananas to get 1 1/3 cup
2. In large mixing bowl, whisk together the first 8 ingredients (before the flours) until well incorporated
3. Mix the flours together then add half to the batter and whisk. Add all the flour and whisk until combined
4. Add the chopped nuts (any nuts or dried fruits you like) and fold to incorporate
5. Lined or greased your pot/pan and evenly distribute the batter
6. Sprinkle the cane sugar on top then bake
7. Bake 2 bake cycles then check. Rice cooker varies so bake longer as needed
8. Cool 20-30 minutes and enjoy it warm
OVEN BAKING:
Bake in greased pan, in a pre-heated oven of 350F (180C) for 35-45 minutes. Ovens varied so check about 30 minutes and bake longer as needed

5 Ingredients Easy Healthy Banana Oatmeal Cookies Recipe | No Egg | RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES
INGREDIENTS:
• 3/4 cup (215g) MASHED BANANAS (3 med bananas)
• 1 cup (100g) RAISINS/CRANBERRIES
• 1/2 cup (60g) QUICK COOKING OATS (or grind rolled oats)
• 1/2 cup (50g) ROLLED OATS
• 1/2 cup (60g) CHOPPED WALNUTS
• 1/2 tsp (1.5g) GROUND CINNAMON
• 1/4 cup (50g) CHOCOLATE CHIPS (optional or 1 tbsp Maple Syrup)
HOW TO:
1. Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix with until combined
2. Lined rice cooker with a long parchment paper
3. Shape cookies into a ball and flatten slightly; the cookies will not rise or expand so shape them to the size you want. You can just do a giant cookie as well
4. Bake the cookies in batches (unless making one giant cookie) for 2 bake cycles (1 hour). If making one large cookie, may need to bake for 3 bake cycles (1 hr 30 min)
5. Cool for 5-10 minutes and enjoy them warm
OVEN BAKING:
Bake on lined cookie sheet in pre-heated oven of 400F (200C) for 8-10 minutes.

Who knew you can make garlic bread in a rice cooker! This recipe yields really soft and moist bread with just the right amount of flavor! You will not be able to stop eating them!
Garlic Cheese Bread Recipe Without Oven | Garlic Scallion & Cheese | EA RICE COOKER RECIPES
NOTES:

GREDIENTS:
Dough
• 7/8 cup (210ml/215g) WARM WATER (16 tbsp or 1/2 + 1/4+ 1/8 cups)
• 1 1/2 tsp (6g) STANT DRY YEAST
• 2 1/2 tsp (10g) SUGAR
• 1/2 tsp (3g) LT
• 1 tbsp (13g) EXA VIRG OLIVE OIL
• 2 cups (280g) EAD FLOUR (lightly packed cups)
Filling
• 1/4 cup (20g) GREEN ONION (scallion, packed cup)
• 1 tbsp (12g) FRESH MCED GARLIC (2 large cloves)
• 3 tbsp (40g/45ml) EXA VIRG OLIVE OIL
• 1/2 cup (60g) SHREDDED CHEESE (gouda, mozzarella, parmesan, white cheddar)
HOW TO KE IT:
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together warm water, dry yeast and sugar. Then let it sit for 15 minutes
2. After 15 minutes, add olive oil salt and flour. Knead for 3-5 minutes. Batter is very thin and sticky so use strong serving spoons, spatula or kneading attachments for your device
3. Shape into a ball, cover tightly and let it rise in a warm area for 45 minutes
4. While the dough is proofing, mix the filling ingredients together in a small bowl
5. Drop the dough onto a greased flat surface; folding the dough onto itself a few times. Shape into a ball and cut into 8 pieces
6. Line a pot/pan with parchment paper before going forward. Warning... greasy fingers ahead
7. Flatten each dough piece and drop a tablespoon of filling into the center. Fold to close and shape it however you like. Place in lined pot/pan
8. Cover and let it proof for another 15 minutes. Proof in the rice cooker by letting it sit in "WARM" status
9. Bake for 1-2 bake cycles (30-60 min) and check. Rice cooker varies so baking could be more or less
10. Cool for 5 minutes and enjoy them warm.
OVEN BAKG:
Bake in pre-heated oven of 350F (180C) for 30-45 minutes. Ovens varied so check about 25 minutes. Your bread will be golden and crispy all around. So yummy!

Someone gave me this Indian Diwali sweet treat call Soan Papdi. The flavor and aroma was wonderful! But it was just way to sweet for me to just eat it. So, I decided to re-use it in other ways. One easy recipe is this Indian Spiced Rice Pudding! You do not need to buy various spices to make this pudding. Enjoy is cold or warm. So good!
5 Ingredient Kheer Recipe | How To Make Indian Spiced Rice Pudding Kheer | EASY RICE COOKER RECIPES
NOTES:
* 1 cup = 250 ml
* My rice cooker capacity = 1 litre or 5 cups

INGREDIENTS:
• 1/2 cup (100g) BASMATI RICE
• 1 cup (150g) SOAN PAPDI (well packed cup)
• 3 cups (750ml) ALMOND MILK
• 1/4 cup (32g) RAISINS/CRANBERRIES (more/less to taste)
• 1-2 cups (250-500ml) ALMOND MILK (after rice is cooked, for pudding consistency)
• 1 cup (120g) HONEY ROASTED CASHEWS (roughly chopped)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Wash, rinse and drained basmati rice
2. Add soan papdi, almond milk, and raisins or cranberries. Mix just to incorporate
3. COOK until rice cooker turns into WARM status
4. Once done, stir and add 1-2 cups of milk to get the pudding consistency you like
5. Place in serving bowls and top with additional milk and honey roasted cashews, along with more soan papdi
STOVE TOP COOKING:
1. Once all ingredients are added to pot, bring the pot to boiling
2. Reduce burner to LOW, covered pot and simmer for 30-40 minutes until rice is done cooking. Be sure to stir about every 15 minutes to prevent burning at the bottom
3. Once rice is cooked, add in additional milk for your desire pudding consistency
4. Place in serving bowls and top with additional milk and honey roasted cashews

No one will believe this superb and delicious coffee cake is from a rice cooker! It's light and crumbly with just the right amount of sweetness to pair with your favorite coffee or tea. Enjoy it! I did. I made two!
EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES: Cinnamon Crumble Cake | Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake | Tea Cake
INGREDIENTS:
CRUMBLE TOPPING:
• 1/4 cup (50g) WHITE SUGAR
• 1/8 tsp SALT
• 1 1/2 tsp (3g) GROUND CINNAMON
• 1/2 cup (70g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
• 2 tbsp (30g) UNSALTED BUTTER (melted)
FILLING:
• 1/4 cup (40g) BROWN SUGAR (packed)
• 2 tsp (5g) GROUND CINNAMON
• 1/2 tsp (1g) COCOA POWDER (packed; optional for color)
CAKE:
• 1/2 cup (100g) WHITE SUGAR
• 1/4 tsp SALT
• 2 tbsp (20g) BROWN SUGAR
• 1 tsp (4g) BAKING POWDER
• 1 tsp (4g) VANILLA EXTRACT
• 4 tbsp (60g) UNSALTED BUTTER (room temp)
• 1 EGG (room temp)
• 1/3 cup (80ml) MILK (room temp)
• 3 tbsp (45g) SOUR CREAM (plain yogurt/curd, room temp)
• 1 cup (140g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
HOW TO:
1. Make sure these ingredients are at room temperature: milk, sour cream, butter and egg. Measure the amount needed and let them sit at room temperature for about 1 hour
2. In a bowl, mix the crumble topping ingredients together then set aside
3. In another bowl, mix the filling ingredients together then set aside
4. In a large mixing bowl, beat sugars, baking powder, vanilla extract and until until combined, about 1-2 minutes
5. Add the egg and beat for 1 minute or until white color
6. Add sour cream into the milk and whisk until smooth
7. Add the flour and milk, in thirds, into the batter, gently mixing between each add. Batter will be thick, creamy and airy
8. Line or oil and flour your pot or pan. Pour half of the batter in and spread it onto the bottom as much as possible
9. Sprinkle the filling mixture evenly on top, shake and tap to distribute as needed
10. Add all the batter and spread evenly over the filling
11. Top with the crumble topping, distributing evenly. Put a swirl to break up the filing line in the middle, if you want to. It's optional
12. Cover with a paper towel and bake for 2 -3 Bake Cycles (1 hr 30 min). Rice cooker varies so check at 2 bake cycles and bake longer if needed
13. Cool completely, about 40-60 minutes before cutting. If you like it sweeter, drizzle on a sugar glaze (1 cup icing sugar + 1 tbsp milk)
OVEN BAKING:
Bake in a greased and floured a 9 in. pan, in pre-heated oven of 350F (175C) for 50-60 minutes. Ovens varied so check around 50 minutes and bake longer as needed
