This recipe is super easy and the result is quite good. Although it did take a long time to fry them in the rice cooker, I didn't heat up the house and my sesame balls didn't burn or over brown! Yeah!
How To Make Sesame Balls At Home | 4 Ingredient Chinese Jian Dui | EASY RICE COOKER RECIPES
NOTES:
* 1 cup = 250 ml
* My rice cooker capacity = 1 litre or 5 cups
* Serving = 8 balls
INGREDIENTS:
• 1/2 cup (60g) GLUTINOUS RICE FLOUR
• 1/4 cup (55g) SUGAR
• 1/4 cup (60g/60ml) HOT WATER (almost over-flow cup)
• 1 cup + 2 tbsp (120g) GLUTINOUS RICE FLOUR
• 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp (74g/75ml) WATER (room temp)
• 3/4 cup (200g) RED BEAN PASTE (8 balls of 24g each)
• 1/4 cup (40g) SESAME SEEDS
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Mix 1/2 cup (60g) of glutinous rice flour with sugar and hot water. Fold until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 min. Then cover and let it sit for 5 minutes
2. After 5 minutes, add the rest of the flour and room temperature water. Fold until dough formed, about 5 minutes. Now cover and let it sit for 30 minutes
3. For the filling, shape 8 filling balls of 24 grams each; about the size of big gum ball or large marbles. Use any filling you like
4. Thoroughly wet the sesame seeds by placing it in a bowl and cover with water. Mix about 30 seconds then drained in a fine mesh strainer. Spread seeds on a paper towel, ready for use. Seed should be damp not soaking wet
5. After 30 minutes, divide the dough into eight equal pieces, 45 grams each. Shape them into balls, about the size of golf balls or ping pong balls. Keep dough cover to prevent over drying
6. Flatten each dough into a 3 inch (8cm) diameter circular shape. Place a filling ball in the middle then fold the sides over the filling, pinching the edges to seal it. Watch the video for visuals. Gently roll the dough ball between your palms until most of the seams are gone. DO NOT over roll as some area may begin to thin out
7. Gently roll the ball in the damp sesame seeds until all sides are covered with seeds. Roll it between your palms to push the seeds into the dough a bit more. Keep sesame balls covered
8. Pour enough oil into your pot or pan so to completely cover the sesame balls. Press the COOK button and wait about 5 minutes for the oil to became hot. At this point, the one button/lever rice cookers will go into WARM status. This is normal
9. Deep fry the sesame balls until cooked and light brown. During frying, rotate the sesame balls regularly to ensure all sides brown evenly.
IMPORTANT: Increase HEAT by pressing the COOK button every 7-10 minutes. Repeat this process during the whole frying duration. The sesame balls will rise up once it is cooked
10. Drained on paper towel for 5-10 minutes and enjoy
STOVE TOP FRYING:
1. Bring oil to 320F (160C) on medium heat
2. Fry sesame balls, constantly rotating to get evenly brown skin. Fry until they rise up and at the brown level you like. Lower heat as needed to adjust the temperature if sesame balls are browning too quickly

I am bananas for this banana cinnamon rolls! It's super delicious and well worth the time to make it. Plus you can make it vegan by using vegan ingredients or if you are not vegan, just use regular ingredients. Rice cooker bakers, please check the IMPORTANT NOTE in the instructions!
Banana Cinnamon Rolls Recipe | No Egg | Vegan Option | EASY PRESSURE COOKER RECIPES
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 tbsp (30g) UNSALTED BUTTER/MARGARINE
• 3/4 cup (180ml) MILK
• 1 1/2 tsp (3g) INSTANT YEAST
• 1 tbsp (10g) BROWN SUGAR
• 1/8 tsp SALT
• 1/2 cup (135g) MASHED BANANAS (1 to 2 bananas)
• 2 2/3 cup (360g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
FILLING:
• 4 tbsp (60g) BUTTER/MARGARINE (room temp)
• 1/2 cup (90g) BROWN SUGAR
• 2 tsp (6g) GROUND CINNAMON
• 1/2 cup (60g) CHOPPED PECANS/WALNUTS
• 2-3 THINLY SLICED BANANAS
GLAZE:
• 1 cup (100g) POWDERED SUGAR (icing sugar)
• 2 tbsp (30g) BUTTER/MARGARINE (melted/room temp)
• 2 tbsp (30g) MILK
NOTES & SUBSTITUTIONS:
• If using fresh banana filling, thinly slice them and eat rolls the same day. The fresh bananas will turn the rolls soggy and spoil like if not eaten within the same day
• Vegans can use unbleached all purpose flour, vegan margarine, almond milk and cane sugar
• Filling substitution can be raisins, cranberries, chocolate chips, chopped pecans
HOW TO:
1. Put butter/margarine and milk in a microwave safe dish and microwave for 1 minute. Or cook over stove top until butter begins to melt, then remove from heat. Milk should not be hot or boiling but warmer than bath water; around 110F (43C)
2. Sprinkle the yeast into the milk then whisk, cover and let it sit for 10-20 minutes
3. Add the sugar and salt to yeast mixture and whisk. Add mashed bananas and whisk to combined
4. Add half of the flour then mix. Add the rest of the flour and use your hand to knead the dough for about one minute, making sure to get all the dry flour is incorporated
RICE COOKER BAKER NOTE: If baking in the oven, continue with all the dough. If baking in the rice cooker, divide the dough in half. Rice cooker should bake in two separate batches as it's too much for one baking. Tightly wrap the other half and store it in the refrigerator or cooler for a second bake
5. Shape dough into a ball and place in a buttered or oil bowl. Tightly cover and proof in warm area for about 60-90 minutes or until doubled in size.
6. Transfer to a floured surface and flatten dough into a long rectangle shape, about 1/4 in (1 cm) thick
7. For the filling (rice cooker baker should only use half of the filling), spread soft butter/margarine on the dough. Combined sugar and cinnamon then sprinkle all over the dough. Sprinkle the nuts and layer thinly sliced bananas (or other dried fruits or nuts)
8. Start from short end, slowly and carefully roll the dough tightly into a thick log; pull the end to seal. Stretch and shape the roll to be more evenly shaped log
9. Cut dough into 3 or 4 rolls for rice cooker baking and 8-10 rolls for oven pan baking. Place in lined pot/pan
10. Brush with soft butter/margarine, sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sugar mixture and chopped nuts. Cover tightly and let it proof for 30-50 minutes in a warm area. Dough should doubled in size
11. Bake for 2 bake cycles (1 hr) and check. Bake longer if needed. Mine was done in 2 bake cycles
12. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes then remove from pot/pan
13. Mix together glaze ingredients and spoon over the top. Enjoy them warm!
OVEN BAKING:
Bake in lined pan in pre-heated oven of 350F (175C) for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.

Today's recipe could be a two in ONE! You can make it with the filling for Spanish Bread or skip the filling completely and make Pandesal! Or, do BOTH! Whatever you are craving. It's all right here. Soft and delicious!
Spanish Bread Recipe Filipino | Rice Cooker Baking | EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup (250ml) WARM MILK
• 1/4 cup (50g) BROWN SUGAR
• 2 tsp (6g) INSTANST YEAST
• 3 cups (420g) BREAD FLOUR
• 1 tsp (6g) FINE SALT
• 1 EGG (beaten)
• 1/4 cup (62g) UNSALTED BUTTER (room temp)
FILLING:
• 1/4 cup (50g) BROWN SUGAR
• 1/3 cup (25g) BREADCRUMBS
• 1/4 cup (62g) UNSALTED BUTTER (room temp)
• 1 tsp (6.5g) SWEENTENED CONDENSED MILK (or 1/2 tsp vanilla extract)
CRUMB COATING:
• 1/4 cup (20g) BREADCRUMBS
• 1/4 cup (25g) DESICCATED COCONUT (ground coconut flakes)
• 2 tbsp (20g) BROWN SUGAR
• 1 tbsp (15g) UNSALTED BUTTER (room temp)
HOW TO:
1. Warm milk (in microwave or stove top) then add sugar and stir until almost dissolved. Add instant yeast and stir then let it sit for 10-15 minutes
2. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt, then mix to combined. Prepare the rest of the dough ingredients but do not add them yet. Just set them aside
3. Add all the filling ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combinged
4. Add all the crumb coating into a bowl and mix, using your hand to incorporate the butter into the crumbs and set that aside
5. By this time, 10-15 minutes should have passed. Your yeast mixture should be bubbly, if it's good yeast. If NOT, do not proceed, as your yeast is bad and the bread will not develop
6. Make a well in the middle of the flour mixture and add the butter, egg and slowly pour in the milk mixture as you stir (with a strong spoon/spatula or your hand). Mix until almost all the white flour are gone
7. On a flat surface, spread a few drops of oil and move your dough onto the flat surface. Knead with the palm of your hand for 8-10 minutes, until the dough is stretchy. Also, noticed how soft my dough is
IMPORTANT: If your dough is too tough or dry as you knead, add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time to get the right texture. Dryer dough means tougher bread. Also, if you are baking in your rice cooker, this dough recipe is too much for one rice cooker bake. I borrowed my in-laws rice cooker for this video. But if you only have one rice cooker... after kneading, divide your dough in half. Wrap one half tightly in plastic wrap, ziplock bag or container and put it in the refridgerator or cooler, for a second bake. Cooling it will stop the yeast from developing
8. Oil a bowl and place in your dough. Cover it tightly and let it proof (rise) in a warm area for 60 minutes. Dough should doubled in size
9. After proofing, release the gas in the dough and shape your dough into a log or round pancake like shape, then cut equal smaller pieces. For my rice cooker, it can fit 7 long shape and 7 round shape. So, the number of pieces depends on your baking pot or pan
10. Use your hands or a roller pin and flatten each piece. The spread some filling on it, leaving the edges clean. Roll into croissant like shape or a ball. Seal the edge by pressing the dough together
11. Brush the bread with some milk and dunk it into the crumb coating; making sure to get a good coat on
12. Place in your lined pot or pan (lined with aluminun foil and parchment paper). Cover tigthly and proof for 40-50 minutes
13. Be sure to place a paper towel on top to catch condensation and bake for 2 Bake Cycles (1 hour).
14. Let it sit on warm with the lid open to dry out any moisture. Then cool for another 10 minutes and ENJOY! Love it when it's warm.
OVEN BAKING:
Bake in lined pan, in a pre-heat oven of 350F (175C) for 10-25 minutes. If the top is getting too brown, put a sheet of foil paper on top, half way between baking. Ovens varied so check around 20 minutes.

Marble Cake Recipe Without Oven | Milo Marble Cake Recipe | EA RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES
NOTES:

GREDIENTS:
• 1 1/2 cup (200g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR (plain flour)
• 1 1/2 tsp (6g) BAKG POWDER
• 1/4 tsp (2g) BAKG SODA
• 1/8 tsp (2 pinches) LT
• 1 cup (135g) MILO POWDER
• 1/4 cup (60ml) MILK (evaporated or fresh milk)
• 1/3 cup (80g) PLA YOGURT (unsweetened)
• 1/2 cup (125ml) MILK (evaporated or fresh milk)
• 1 tsp (6g) VANILLA FLAVORG
• 1/3 cup (75g) UNLTED BUTTER (room temp)
• 1/4 cup (50g) SUGAR
• 1 G
HOW TO KE IT:
1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt until well combined, about 1 min
2. In a another bowl, whisk together Milo powder and 1/4 cup of milk until well combined
3. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, milk and vanilla flavoring and set a side
4. In a large mixing bowl, beat room temperature butter and sugar until light in color, about 2-3 minutes
5. Add the egg and beat until soft and creamy, another 2 minute
6. Fold in 1/3 of the flour mix and beat 15 seconds. Add 1/3 of yogurt mixture and beat 15 seconds. Repeat alternate adding of flour and yogurt mix until all are mixed in. The batter consistency will be thick and creamy
7. Grease and line your pot/pan. Pour in half the batter, evenly distributing the batter on the bottom
8. Now pour the Milo mix on top and make sure to completely cover the batter
9. Add the rest of the batter on top of the milo mix. Using a knife or spoon handle, create zig zag waves in one direction, touching the bottom of the pot/pan. Next create zig zag across the first set of waves. Tap to even out batter
10. Cover with paper towel and bake for 2 bake cycles then check. Rice cooker varies so bake longer as needed. Mine took 3 bake cycles or 90 minutes
11. Cool 30-40 minutes in the pot/pan before removing. I put the paper towel on top to prevent the top of the cake from over drying
OVEN BAKG:
Bake in greased and lined pan, in pre-heated oven of 350F (180F) for 40-50 minutes. Ovens varied so check about 35 minutes and bake longer as needed

This recipe is super easy and has only 5 ingredients! You will get tasty cookies no matter how you bake it. Substitute with your favorite keto friendly ingredients and still enjoy this low carb cookie. I'm trying out the air fryer so you get to come along as I test it with me. Easy Peanut Butter Cookies | No Eggs | No Butter | No Milk | 5 Ingredients | Easy Rice Cooker Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup (265g) PEANUT BUTTER (crunchy peanut butter 285g)
• 1/4 cup (80g) MAPLE SYRUP (erythritol or other keto sugar subs)
• 1 tsp (3g) GROUND CINNAMON
• 1/2 tsp (3g) VANILLA EXTRACT
• 1/4 cup (40g) WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR (almond flour 1 cup/120g)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Combined the first 4 ingredients and mix to incorporate. Then add the flour. Mix to combined. Your batter may varied depending on your peanut butter. If it's too runny, add 1 tablespoon of flour at a time or if it is too thick, add 1 tablespoon of water to get the right dough consistency
2. Roll into balls and press with a folk to create a design
3. Place on lined pot/pan
4. Bake for 1 Bake Cycle and check. Rice cooker varies so bake one more cycle as needed
5. Cool for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
AIR FRYER BAKING:
1. Pre-heat air fryer at 325F (160C) for 2 minutes
2. Bake cookies for 12 minutes on one side
3. Optional, if you want to brown the bottom, let it cooled for 10 minutes the carefully flip the cookies over and bake for another 5 minutes
OVEN BAKING:
1. Pre-heat oven at 350F (180C)
2. Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes

Thanksgiving is right around the corner and this pumpkin bread is perfect for the occasion. Using fresh grated pumpkin saves extra pre-cooking steps of the pumpkin. Plus, fresh is best! I guarantee everyone will LOVE it!
How To Make Pumpkin Bread From Scratch With Real Pumpkin | Easy Moist Recipe | RICE COOKER RECIPES
NOTES:
* 1 cup = 250 ml
* My rice cooker capacity = 1 litre or 5 cups
* Please READ Important TIPS at the end of each video
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups (300g) GRATED FRESH PUMPKIN (slightly packed cups)
• 1 cup (140g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR (lightly packed)
• 2 tsp (8g) BAKING POWDER
• 1/2 tsp (2g) GROUND CINNAMON
• 1/2 tsp (3g) BAKING SODA
• 1/4 tsp GROUND CLOVES
• 1/4 tsp GROUND NUTMEG
• 1/4 tsp SALT
• 2 EGGS
• 1/2 cup (100g) SUGAR
• 1/4 cup (40g) BROWN SUGAR
• 1/3 cup (80ml) OIL (light tasting oil)
• 1/4 cup (60ml) MILK
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Grate pumpkin to get amount needed for the recipe
2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, cloves, nutmeg and salt
3. Beat eggs and sugars until light in color, about 3 minutes
4. Add oil and milk then beat 30 seconds to incorporate
5. Add the dry ingredients and beat just to combined, do not over mix
6. Fold in grated pumpkin and pour into greased or lined pot/pan
7. Bake for 2 bake cycles (60 min) and check. Rice cooker varies so bake longer as needed. Mine took 3 bake cycles (90 min)
8. Cool for 20-30 minutes and serve warm. Enjoy!
OVEN BAKING:
Bake in greased pan, in pre-heated oven of 350F (180C) for 45-60 minutes. Ovens varied so check around 40 minutes and bake longer as needed

Steamed Savory Pumpkin Cake Recipe | Kim Koy Kee Recipe | Chinese Steamed Pumpkin Kuih
INGREDIENTS:
Base Batter:
• 1 cup (120g) RICE FLOUR (not glutinous rice flour)
• 2 tbsp (20g) TAPIOCA STARCH
• 1 tbsp (10g) CORN STARCH
• 1 1/2 cup (375ml) WATER (room temp)
Filling:
• 1 cup (185g) GRATED PUMPKIN
• 1 tbsp (10g) CHOPPED GARLIC
• 1/2 tsp (5g) CHICKEN BOUILLON GRANULES
• 1/2 tsp (3g) SALT
• 1/4 tsp GROUND BLACK PEPPER
• 1 tbsp (15g) OIL
• 3/4 cup (100g) IMITATION CRAB MEAT
Top Slurry (optional):
• 2 tbsp (20g) RICE FLOUR
• 2 tbsp (20g) TAPIOCA STARCH
• 1/8 tsp SALT
• 1 cup (250ml) HOT WATER
Topping/Garnishes:
• Chopped Green Onion
• Sliced Red Pepper
• Garlic Oil
• Sesame Oil
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Prepare most of the filling ingredients and have proper amount measured and ready because once we start cooking, it will go pretty fast. Grate the pumpkin to get required amount, chop crab meat, chop garlic, measure salt, black pepper and chicken bouillon granules and set them aside. Greased and lined your baking pot or pan and set it aside
2. Mix your base batter and set it aside
3. Cook the filling in the rice cooker or over stove top. Add oil to pot/pan and turn on heat until oil is hot
4. Add garlic and fry until fragrant, about 1 minute
5. Add grated pumpkin, salt, black pepper and chicken bouillon granules. Stir fry for about 2 minutes
6. Add crab meat and stir fry until pumpkin is almost cooked, about 1 minute and 30 seconds
7. Whisk the prepare base batter and add it to the filling mix. Stir until thicken, about 2-3 minutes then remove from heat
8. Scoop mixture into greased and lined pot/pan, pressing and spread evenly onto the bottom
9. If adding top slurry, then whisk the ingredients together until smooth or until most of the lumps are gone. Pour on top and evenly distribute the batter. This is strictly for aesthetic and is optional
10. Cover with paper towel and bake for 1 to 2 bake cycles. Rice cooker varies so check after 1 bake. Keep in mind, everything is pretty much cooked. I baked mine for 2 bake cycles (1 hr)
11. Cool 15 minutes (if not using top slurry) before cutting. If used top slurry then cool until the top is set; about 30 minutes. Serve with toppings of your choice
STEAM BAKING:
1. Make sure the water is boiling and steamed for 10 minutes; then top the slurry; if using
2. Steam for another 15-20 minutes

Easy Vegan Cinnamon Roll Cake Recipe | No Eggs | EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES
INGREDIENTS:
Filling:
• 2 tbsp (30g) MARGARINE (room temp)
• 1/4 cup (45g) PURE BROWN SUGAR
• 1 tsp (3g) GROUND CINNAMON
• 1 tbsp (10g) UNBLEACHED ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
Batter:
• 3/4 cup (180ml/180g) ALMOND MILK
• 1/3 cup (80g) MASHED BANANA
• 1 tsp (5g) PURE VANILLA EXTRACT
• 1 1/2 cup (210g) UNBLEACHED ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
• 2 tsp (7g) BAKING POWDER
• 1/2 cup (100g) SUGAR
• 1/4 cup (58g) MARGARINE (melted)
• 1/4 cup (30g) CHOPPED WALNUTS (optional)
• 1 tbsp (10g) CHOPPED WALNUTS (optional)
Glaze (optional):
• 1/2 cup (80g) POWDERED SUGAR (icing sugar)
• 1 tbsp (15g) ALMOND MILK
• 1/2 tsp (3g) VANILLA EXTRACT (optional)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Mix the filling together with a spatula until combined and set it a side
2. In a bowl or cup, whisk milk, mashed banana and vanilla together
3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, sugar to incorporate
4. Slowly add melted margarine as you mix, until incorporated but do not over mix it
5. If using nuts, fold in nuts until incorporated
6. Lined pot/pan for easy removal and pour in batter. Then drop small bits filling mixture all over the top of the batter. Using a butter knife or spoon handle, swirl the filling into the batter, however you like
7. Optionally, top with more nuts and bake. Mine was done in 3 bake cycles (90 min) but rice cooker varied so check around 2 bake and bake longer if needed
8. Let it cool for 30 minutes or longer then turn it onto serving platter
9. If using glaze, mix glaze together and drizzle it over your cake. ENJOY!

Puto is the Filipino name for this cake. But other Asian countries eat this same cake as well. Each has it's own name but in general, it's a steamed rice cake. I tried the recipe with cake flour and it was too dry and densed. An all rice flour is the traditional recipe and was very good; but quiet sticky. My version is a texture in between the two. I hope you will like it. Happy baking in your rice cooker.
EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES: Matcha Green Tea Puto Cake | How To Make Steamed Rice Cake | Putong Bigas
INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups (240g) RICE FLOUR (not glutinous)
• 1/4 cup (35g) CAKE FLOUR
• 2 tbsp (18g) GLUTINOUS RICE FLOUR (sweet rice flour)
• 1 tbsp (8g) MATCHA GREEN TEA POWDER (stronger taste 2 tbsp or 16g)
• 1/2 cup (100g) FINE WHITE SUGAR (sweeter 3/4 cup or 150g)
• 1 1/4 cup (310ml/350g) WATER (room temp)
• 1 tsp (4g) GREEN FOOD COLORING (optional)
• 1 tsp (5g) BAKING POWDER
• 1 tsp (3g) INSTANT DRY YEAST
RICE SLURRY:
• 1/4 cup (30g) RICE FLOUR
• 1 cup (250ml) WATER (room temp)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. In a large bowl, whisk flours, sugar and matcha green tea until combined (do not add baking powder and yeast)
2. Add water and whisk until batter is smooth, about 2 minutes. Add green food coloring, if using, and mix to incorporate. Set it a side
3. Cook rice slurry, until thick and creamy over medium flame or in rice cooker. Add it to the batter and whisk until smooth, about 1 minute or so. Taste your batter. If you want it sweeter or add more tea, then add it before baking. Batter will be thick but still drizzle easily, like honey or syrup
4. Add baking powder and instant dry yeast and mix to combined, about 1 minute
5. Cover tightly and set it in a warm place to proof for about 90 minutes. Batter is ready when you see bubbles and bumps on the top
6. Stir the batter well, to remove most of the bubbles then pour into greased pot/pan/molds. Typically, this cake is steamed but you can bake it in the rice cooker also
7. Bake for 2 to 3 bake cycles (about 90 minutes). Rice cooker varies so check after 2 bake and bake longer if needed
STEAMING:
• You can steam for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of your molds, over medium flame
• For my rice cooker steaming, I added 1 cup (250ml) of water and let it boiled first, then it steamed for 20 minutes before the water evaporated and my rice cooker turned off. The cake was perfect

This cake is buttery with a perfectly sweet and sour taste! Yum! It's absolutely delicious! Honestly, I made 4 cakes trying various ingredients and didn't want to share any of them. If you like a less sweet version, reduce the brown sugar in the caramel base. You will definitely love this cake y'all!
Pineapple Upside Down Cake Recipe from Scratch | EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES
INGREDIENTS:
CARAMEL BASE:
• 1/4 cup (60g) UNSALTED BUTTER
• 1/2 cup (90g) BROWN SUGAR
• 2 tbsp (14.5g) LEMON JUICE
• 5-6 slices or 1/2 of PINEAPPLE (cut into 1 cm thick)
CAKE BATTER:
• 1/3 cup (80ml) MILK
• 1 tsp (5g) LEMON JUICE
• 3/4 cup (105g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
• 1/2 tsp (2g) BAKING POWDER
• 1/4 tsp BAKING SODA
• 1/8 tsp SALT
• 2 EGGS
• 1/4 cup (50g) SUGAR
• 3 tbsp (30g) OIL
• 1/2 tsp (2g) VANILLA EXTRACT
HOW TO:
1. Cook butter and brown sugar until bubbly or microwave for about 1 minute. Whisk until sugar melts then add lemon juice. Whisk to combine
2. Lined pot/pan with parchment paper and pour sugar base into pot; tilting to distribute the sugar mixture all around
3. Layer the pineapple slices or pieces in single layer; however you like. Set it a side. IMPORTANT: Make sure your pineapple is sweet and tasty. . If using canned pineapples, drain the juice by dabbing with paper towels or letting it drain overnight. If you do not drain properly, your cake will be wet and dense
4. In a large mixing bowl, mix milk and lemon juice then set a side for 10-15 minutes
5. In separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt then whisk to combine
6. After 10-15 minutes, milk should have curdle or thicken. Add eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla extract. Whisk until sugar has dissolved
7. Add flour mixture and whisk until smooth, about 1 minute
8. Pour on top of pineapple slices, tapping pot down a few times to evenly distribute the batter
9. Cover with paper towel to catch condensation and bake for 2 bake cycles (1 hour) then check. Rice cookers varied so bake another cycle if needed
10. Cool for 5-10 minutes and turn it upside down onto a serving plate. Cool for another 10-15 minutes before cutting
OVEN BAKING:
Bake in greased and lined pan in pre-heated oven of 350F (175C) for 20-30 minutes. Ovens varies so check around 25 minutes. Bake longer if needed.

Easy Carrot Cake Recipes At Home | Low Carb | Keto | Gluten Free | Sugar Free | RICE COOKER CAKES
NOTES:

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup (110g) ALMOND FLOUR
• 1/4 cup (30g) COCONUT FLOUR
• 2 tsp (10g) BAKING POWDER
• 1/4 tsp BAKING SODA (sodium bicarbonate)
• 1 tsp (3g) GROUND CINNAMON
• 1/2 tsp (1.5g) GROUND NUTMEG
• 1/2 tsp (1.5g) GROUND CLOVES
• 4 EGGS (room temp)
• 1/4 cup (50g) ERYTHRITOL (granule sweetener of choice)
• 1/4 cup (60g) PLAIN YOGURT (room temp)
• 1/4 cup (60ml/60g) COCONUT OIL (veg oil)
• 1 tsp (6g) PURE VANILLA EXTRACT
• 1 1/2 cup (240g) GRATED CARROTS
• 1/4 cup (30g) CHOPPED WALNUTS
FROSTING (optional):
• 8 oz (227g) CREAM CHEESE (room temp)
• 1/4 cup (57g) UNSALTED BUTTER (room temp)
• 1/2 cup (65g) POWDERED ERYTHRITOL (I used granule)
• 1/2 tsp (3g) PURE VANILLA EXTRACT
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Whisk together the first seven ingredients
2. Peel, grate and measure amount of carrot for recipe
3. Whisk eggs, erythritol, yogurt, oil and vanilla
4. Add dry mix to wet mix and whisk for 30 seconds
5. Fold in grated carrots and chopped nuts
6. Pour into greased or lined pot and bake 2 bake cycles (60 min) and check. Rice cooker varies so bake longer as needed
7. Cool for 30 minutes in the pot/pan then turn it onto a cooling rack to cool completely (about 2 hours) if frosting
FROSTING HOW TO:
1. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy, about 1 minutes
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat until well combined. I did used erythritol granule because I did not have any powdered erythritol
OVEN BAKING:
Bake in greased or lined pan, in pre-heated oven of 350F (180C) for 30-40 minutes. Ovens varied so check around 35 minutes and bake longer as needed

This Keto Raspberry Cheesecake Recipe is the easiest recipe ever! And it's so delicious! If you are not on a keto diet, just use regular sugar and graham cracker crumbs. Enjoy!
Keto Raspberry Cheesecake Recipe No Bake | Gluten Free Recipes Desserts | EASY RICE COOKER CAKES
NOTES:
* 1 cup = 250 ml
* My rice cooker capacity = 1 litre or 5 cups

INGREDIENTS:
Crust
• 1 cup (110g) ALMOND FLOUR
• 2 tbsp (30g) ERYTHRITOL (granule sweetener of choice)
• 2 tbsp (60g) UNSALTED BUTTER (melted)
• 1/2 tsp (3g) PURE VANILLA EXTRACT
Cake
• 16 ounce (454g) CREAM CHEESE (two 8 ounce bars; room temp soft)
• 1/2 cup (100g) POWDERED ERYTHRITOL (powdered sweetener of choice)
• 2 EGGS
• 1/2 tsp (3g) PURE VANILLA EXTRACT
Topping
• 1 cup (125g) RASPBERRIES (fresh or frozen)
• 2 tbsp (30g) ERYTHRITOL (granule sweetener of choice)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Mix crust ingredients together until clumps are formed
2. Lined pot or pan with parchment paper (can crisscross two long sheets of parchment paper on the bottom). Press the crumbs onto the bottom. DO NOT pre-bake the crust. I did and the crust burnt
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered erythritol for 2 minutes, stopping to scrape the sides and bottom. If you are not keto, just use regular icing sugar
4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating about 30 seconds between each
5. Add the vanilla extract and beat another 1 minute. Batter should be smooth and creamy
6. Pour on crust and smooth evenly in pan. Tap a few times to distribute the batter. Put a paper towel on top to catch condensation
7. Bake for 4 bake cycles (2 hrs) and check. Rice cooker varies so bake longer as needed. Mine took 5 bake cycles (2.5 hr). I think my thicker silicone paper made it take longer as well
8. Let the cheesecake cool completely to room temperature then refrigerate cake for at least 4 hours or overnight
9. Cook raspberry topping ingredients over medium heat until most of the juice has evaporated. Let it cool completely then refrigerate until ready to use
10. After cheesecake has chilled, cut and top with raspberry jam. I recommend topping individual slices to prevent cheesecake from becoming soggy

Bake in pre-heated oven of 350F (180C) for 40-50 minutes. Ovens varied so check around 40 minutes and bake longer as needed

Take advantage of perfectly sweetened fruits by using it in your favorite dessert! These oranges were really good so I decided to make one of my favorite dish, flan. So sweet and soft to enjoy any time!
How To Make Flan In Rice Cooker | Orange Flan Recipe | EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES
NOTES:
* 1 cup = 250 ml
* My rice cooker capacity = 1 litre or 5 cups
INGREDIENTS:
Flan
• 1/2 cup (125ml) SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
• 1/2 cup (125ml) COCONUT MILK
• 1 tsp (4g) ORANGE ZEST
• 1/4 cup (60ml) ORANGE JUICE
• 1/2 tsp (3g) VANILLA FLAVORING
• Pinch of SALT
• 4 oz (115g) CREAM CHEESE (room temp)
• 3 EGGS
• 1/4 cup (60g) ORANGE SLICES (skin/vain removed)
Caramel
• 1/3 cup (80ml) SUGAR
• 1/4 cup (60ml) ORANGE JUICE
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Zest your orange first then squeeze fresh orange juices for this recipe
2. In a heat safe pan that fits your rice cooker, add the sugar and orange juice. Cook it inside the rice cooker without the inner pot. Or do it over the stove top on medium heat. Do not stir if possible. My heat was not evenly distributed so I had to stir. Once deep brown, remove from heat. Tap and tilt pan to ensure the caramel coats the bottom and let it cool
3. In a mixing bowl or blender or food processor, add the flan ingredients. Mix until smooth. If there are lumps, it's fine too. It will still tastes wonderful
4. You must STEAM flan. It will not bake well in the rice cooker pot by itself. You can also steam this on the stove top on medium heat for 30-40 minutes
5. Use a trivet and add 1 cup (250ml) of water. Place your flan on and cover with foil. COOK until it turns to WARM status. Then UNPLUG IMMEDIATELY to prevent burning. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes then check. If flan is not harden or set, add another cup of water and steam again
6. After flan is set, let it cool completely for about 2 hours. Then chill it in the refrigerator for 4 hours or more before cutting
7. After it is chilled, loosen the sides and gently turn onto a serving plate. Enjoy!
OVEN BAKING:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350F (180C)
2. Carefully place a pan of hot boiling water on the lower rack of your oven
3. Then place the flan pan on the next rack up. OR place flan pan inside a bigger baking pan; then pour hot boiling water into the bigger baking pan; about 2 inches. Place this into the oven
4. Bake for 30-45 minutes. Ovens varied so check about 35 minutes and bake longer as needed

Most Asian culture eat "sticky rice" or "sweet rice", along with the other regular rice. We also pound or ground this rice to make sticky sweet treats. Each ethnic group make various version of sticky rice sweet treats. This "cake" recipe is in a sense, of Asian cake, and may not fit the traditional western cultures cake definition. It's more like a dessert "bar" in western cultures, I guess. Also, the recipe amount does not need to be "exactly" but close to it. So if it's a bit more or less, it's still fine. If you want a MORE FIRM cake, use LESS EVAPORATED & COCONUT MILK.
NOTES:
I used the doubled recipe, because I did not want ingredient left overs. So, I have a smaller serving amount below as well. The lesser amount is recommended for rice cooker bakers. If you still want to make the larger recipe, bake in two separate batches. This will minimize baking time. Serving sizes are estimates, depending on how big or small you cut them!
EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES: Glutinous Rice Flour Cake Recipe | Coconut Sticky Rice Cake
INGREDIENTS:
SERVINGS: 20 (BAKE IN 2 BATCHES in RICE COOKER):
• 4 EGGS
• 1 can (12oz/354ml) EVAPORATED MILK
• 1 can (14oz/396g) SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
• 1 can (13.5oz/400ml) UNSWEETENED COCONUT MILK
• 1/3 cup (85g) UNSALTED BUTTER (melted)
• 1/2 cup (50g) DESICCATED COCONUT (shredded coconut flakes)
• 1 bag or 3 cups (16oz/400g) GLUTINOUS RICE FLOUR
• 1 tsp (4g) RED FOOD COLORING (optional)
SERVINGS: 10 (1 BATCH):
• 2 EGGS
• 3/4 cup (185ml) EVAPORATED MILK
• 1/2 cup (125ml) SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK (more/less to taste)
• 3/4 cup (185ml) UNSWEETENED COCONUT MILK
• 3 tbsp (43g) UNSALTED BUTTER (melted)
• 1/4 cup (25g) DESICCATED COCONUT (shredded coconut flakes)
• 1 1/2 cup (200g) GLUTINOUS RICE FLOUR
• 1/2 tsp (2g) RED FOOD COLORING (optional)
HOW TO:
1. Mix eggs, all the milk and butter until incorporated (yeah, video is for show ... hahaha)
2. Add coconut flakes, if using
3. Add flour and mix until flour is incorporated
5. Bake 3 bake cycles (1hr 30min). Rice cooker varies so bake longer if needed
OVEN BAKING:
Bake in greased or lined pan, in pre-heated oven of 350F (175C) for 40-50 minutes for larger serving and 30-40 minutes for smaller serving. Ovens varied so bake longer if needed.
NOTE: If you want a brown top, bake 20 minutes, then remove and brush the top with about 2 tablespoons of butter, then bake again for another 10-20 minutes.

Yellow Box Cake Recipes Made Better | Boxed Cake Mix Hack | EASY RICE COOKER CAKES
NOTES:

INGREDIENTS:
CAKE
• 1 box (15.25oz/432g) YELLOW CAKE MIX
• 3 EGGS
• 1/2 cup (125ml) OIL
• 1 can (20oz/567g) CRUSHED PINEAPPLES (or 2 cups)
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING (optional)
• 1 cup (8oz/227g) CREAM CHEESE (room temp)
• 2 tsp (12g) VANILLA FLAVORING
• 1/2 cup (60g) POWDERED SUGAR (icing sugar)
• 1/3 cup (80g) CRUSHED PINEAPPLES (juice squeezed out)
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
• CHOPPED NUTS
• GRATED COCONUT FLAKES
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk all the cake ingredients together until combined, about 30 seconds. NOTE: Include the juice in the can, for the crushed pineapples cans. If using slices or tidbits, do NOT include the juice from the can. Do include any juice left when you crush the pineapples. If using fresh pineapples, include the juice from crushing it as well. I used two cans of pineapple slices. One and a half can (16 slices) for the base. Then crushed the last half (4 slices) for the frosting
2. IMPORTANT: Rice Cooker Bakers; divide the batter in half and do two separate baking. There is too much batter for 1 liter size or smaller rice cooker. Oven bakers, please see OVEN BAKING section below
3. Bake in a greased or lined pot for 2 Bake Cycles (60 min) then check. Rice cookers varied so bake longer as needed. Mine took 3 bake cycles (90 min). The cake mold took 4 bake cycles (2 hrs). Plus, that cake was a bit more dense. It was good but not as good. So I guess do not use cake mold inside the rice cooker
4. Cool for 30 minutes. If frosting then turn onto a cooling rack to cool completely
5. FROSTING: beat the cream cheese for 1 minute then add the vanilla and icing sugar. Beat for 30 seconds then add the well drained crushed pineapples (hand squeeze out the juice). Beat another 30 seconds and frosting is ready. Frost cake as desired and enjoy! Top with additional nuts or coconut flakes
OVEN BAKING:
Bake in greased, 9x13 pan or two 8 inch pans, in pre-heated oven of 350F (180C) for 20-30 minutes. Ovens varied so check around 25 minutes and bake longer as needed. If using 9x13 pan, you can frost the cake in the pan (after completely cooled) and serve from the pan

You guys, my viewers, are great! Making GREAT requests for cakes I've never tried before! I had keylime pie in the past but never keylime cake. Thanks to Dini for requesting this Keylime Cake! I made it vegan but you can use regular ingredients if you are not vegan.
EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES: Key Lime Cake from Scratch | No Egg | Vegan
INGREDIENTS:
• 3/4 cup (180ml/190g) ALMOND MILK (any milk)
• 3 to 5 tbsp (45g/75g) LIME JUICE (more/less to taste; about 3-4 limes)
• 1 1/2 cup (210g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
• 2 tsp (10g) BAKING POWDER
• 1/2 tsp (2.5g) BAKING SODA
• 1/8 tsp SALT (a pinch)
• 3/4 cup (125g) POWDERED SUGAR (icing sugar)
• 1 to 2 tbsp (4g/8g) LIME ZEST (optional, more/less to taste; about 7 limes)
• 1/3 cup (80ml) COCONUT OIL (vege oil)
• 1/2 tsp (2g) GREEN FOOD COLORING (optional)
GLAZE:
• 1/2 cup (80g) POWDERED SUGAR (icing sugar)
• 3 tsp (15g) LIME JUICE (about 2 limes)
TOPPING:
• 2 tbsp (12g) DESICCATED COCONUT (shredded coconut)
HOW TO:
1. If using fresh limes, zest your limes to get 1 or 2 tablespoons; about 7 limes. I think 2 tablespoons really brings out the taste. But start with 1 tablespoon and add another tablespoon before baking.
2. Be sure to TASTE your lime juice for sweetness and sourness level. Your cake will not be tasty if your lime juice is not tasty. Juice about 5-6 limes and filter out the seeds. In my opinion, 5 tablespoons of lime juice is just right for my taste but start with 3 tablespoons and add more right before baking
3. In a bowl, mix milk and 3 tablespoons of lime juice then let it sit for 10-15 minutes. The milk will curdle as it sits
4. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, powdered sugar and lime zest (if using). Whisk to incorporate
5. After 10 minutes or so, add the oil and food color into the milk mixture and whisk. Add it to the flour mixture and whisk until creamy smooth, about 1 minute or so. Mixture will be bubbling. IMPORTANT: TASTE your batter for sweetness, tartness and sourness level. If you want, add more sugar, lime zest or lime juice to your taste
6. Pour into lined or greased pot and bake for 2 Bake Cycles (1 hour) then check. Rice cookers varies so bake longer is needed
7. Let it cool for 30 minutes in the pot then invert it onto a serving plate and let it cool for another 30-45 minutes, if glazing.
8. Whisk together glaze ingredients with a spoon and just spoon the glaze over your cake. Then top with desiccated coconut or shredded coconut flakes

Bake in greased pan, in pre-heated oven of 350F (175C) for 30-40 minutes. Ovens varied so check around 30 minutes and bake longer if needed

This recipe is delicious and super easy with no fuss preparation. The hardest part is making the crust! I tested layered crust and other store bought dough and it did not work well in the rice cooker; as it puffs up during baking. So, this crust is really easy and stays flat during baking.
EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES: Egg Tart Recipe Without Oven | Egg Custard Pie | Rice Cooker Baking
INGREDIENTS:
CRUST:
• 3/4 cup (105g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
• 1/8 tsp SALT
• 1 tbsp (7g) POWDERED SUGAR (icing sugar)
• 1/4 cup (62g) UNSALTED BUTTER
• 1/4 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT
• 1 tbsp (15g) MILK
FILLING:
• 2 WHOLE EGGS (see notes)
• 2 EGG YOLKS (see notes)
• 4 tbsp (50g) SUGAR
• 1/3 cup (80ml) MILK (see notes)
• 1/3 cup (80ml) WHIPPING CREAM
• 1/2 tsp (2g) VANILLA EXTRACT
• 1/8 tsp CINNAMON (optional topping
NOTES:
If you like your custard more soft and not too firm, use only two whole eggs and increase your milk to 1/2 cup (125ml). Or if you want a super rich tasting custard, use 4 yolks and no whole eggs; keeping the milk the same. If you do not have whipping cream or heavy cream, use a heavier milk; such as evaporated milk or coconut milk.
HOW TO:
1. Mix crust ingredients together with your hand until no more white flour then shape into a ball
2. Criss-crossed two or three sheets of parchment paper on flat a surface and flatten dough to a 9 in. or 23 cm diameter (or something that is slightly bigger than your rice cooker base). The sides should go up about 1 inch or 2.5 cm high. Carefully transfer the dough into the pot and center it as much as possible. Then press the dough onto the bottom on the outter edges and up the sides. Set it a side
3. Mix all filling ingredients with a hand whisk or electric beater for about 2-3 minutes
4. Strain the filling mixture through a fine mesh sieve into the rice cooker pot, making sure to not go outside of the crust. NOTE: The straining is to remove any large chunks for a smooth custard and it's optional
5. Sprinkle a pinch or two of cinnamon or nutmeg on top if you desire (it gives a nice color and smells wonderful
6. Bake for 2 bake cycles (1 hr). Tart is done when custard is firm to the touch. Rice cooker varies so bake another cycle if needed. If you want a darker crust, bake one more cycle with lid open and remove after 10 min
7. Let it cool in the pot for 20-30 minutes then remove it by lifting the parchment papers up and out. Be very careful and slow on this step. Now Enjoy!
OVEN BAKING:
1. Pre-heat oven to 400F (200C)
2. Bake in 9 inch pan or cupcake pan. Brush a light coat of butter on pan first, then lay flatten dough onto it, smoothing bottom and tucking longer edges. If using cupcake pan, cut dough into equal pieces for your pan, then flatten into circle and press into pan. Fill only 3/4 full of custard to prevent overflow during baking
3. Bake 25-35 minutes for 9 inch pan or 15-20 minutes in cupcake pan. Ovens varied so check and bake longer as needed

I want to bake an Ube cake but I cannot get my hands on any ube extract or ube flavoring. So I improvised using this purple sweet potato powder along with pandan flavor extract and it turned out surprising good. The cake is moist and and soft. Enjoy it with just some powdered sugar dusting or frost with this butter cream frosting. Oh yummilicious!
EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES: Purple Sweet Potato Cake Recipe | Rice Cooker Baking
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup (140g) CAKE FLOUR
• 1 tsp (4g) BAKING POWDER
• 1/4 cup (35g) PURPLE SWEET POTATO POWDER
• 1/2 cup (115g) UNSALTED BUTTER (room temp)
• 1/2 tsp (3g) FINE SALT
• 1/2 cup (100g) FINE SUGAR (caster sugar)
• 1 tsp (4g) PANDAN FLAVOR EXTRACT (or vanilla/ube)
• 1 tsp (4g) VIOLET FOOD COLOR
• 2 EGGS
• 3/4 cup (185ml) COCONUT MILK
TOPPING/FROSTING:
• 1 tbsp (8g) POWDERED SUGAR (icing sugar)
• OR
• 1/2 cup (115g) UNSALTED BUTTER (room temp)
• 1/2 cup (40g) POWDERED SUGAR (icing sugar)
• 1 tsp (4g) PURPLE SWEET POTATO POWDER
• 1/4 tsp VIOLET FOOD COLOR
• 1/4 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT
HOW TO:
1. Sift flour, baking powder and purple sweet potato powder and whisk to combined
2. Cream butter until smooth then add salt and half of the sugar. Beat for 30 seconds then add all the sugar and beat for 30 seconds, or until smooth and creamy
3. Beat in one egg at a time, about 1 minute between each egg
4. Add pandan extract and food color and mix to combined
5. Add the flour mixture and coconut milk in thirds; mixing to incorporate but do not overmix. NOTE: if you like drier cakes, use 1/2 cup (125ml) of milk instead of 3/4 cup
6. Lined pot/pan with parchment paper and distribute batter evenly
7. Bake for 3 Bake Cycles (1 hr 30 min). Rice cooker varies so check after second bake and bake longer if needed
8. If frosting, cool completely, about 2 hours
9. For frosting, beat butter until creamy then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix until incorporated. Frost however you like. NOTE: My video actually shows doubled the frosting but it was way too much as I had left over. So the recipe amounts in the video and written above is half of what's in my video
OVEN BAKING:
• Grease a pan then lined with parchment paper and floured the pan, tapping out excess
• Bake in pre-heated oven of 350F (175C) for 30-45 minutes. Ovens varied so check around 30 minutes and bake longer if needed

This is my very first attempt to make donuts from scratch. Overall, it was good. But I did overbaked mine so they were a bit dry. I adjusted the baking time from my lessons learned. So, give it a try and let me know what you think. I stored them in tightly closed containers in the refrigerator and freezer. A quick 5 or 10 seconds nuke in the microwave and they are soft and chewy delicious!
How To Make Donuts Without Deep Frying Them | Donuts In A Rice Cooker | EASY RICE COOKER RECIPES
INGREDIENTS:
• 1/4 cup (60ml) WARM MILK
• 1/2 cup (125ml) WARM WATER
• 2 1/4 tsp (7g) DRY YEAST
• 1 tbsp (15g) SUGAR
• 2 1/2 cup (350g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
• 1/2 tsp (5g) SALT
• 1/3 cup (70g) SUGAR
• 1 WHOLE EGG
• 1 EGG YOLK
• 1 tsp (5g) VANILLA FLAVOR
• 1/4 cup (60ml/60g) UNSALTED BUTTER, MELTED
GLAZE (optional):
• 1 cup (120g) ICING SUGAR
• 1/2 tsp (3g) VANILLA FLAVOR
• 2 tbsp (30g) MILK
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. In a bowl, mix warm milk, warm water, yeast and sugar then let it sit for 10 minutes
2. In a large mixing bowl, mix the dry ingredients then make a well in the middle and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix until a thick batter is formed.
3. Dust some flour on a flat surface and knead the dough for about 6-8 minutes, dusting additional flour as needed to prevent it from sticking. Knead until the dough no longer sticks to your hands or the surface. Dough should be very soft. Form into a ball and place into an oil bowl. Cover tightly and let it proof in a warm area for about 60 minutes or until it doubled its size
4. Lightly flour a flat surface and deflate your dough, folding corners into the middle. Rolled into a ball and flatten with your hands or rolling pin to 1/2 inch (1.25cm) thick. Use donut cutter or cup to cut and shape your donuts
5. FOR RICE COOKER BAKERS: lined your pot with parchment paper and place the donuts evenly spaced with room to grow. FOR AIR FRYER BAKERS: place donuts onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Covered and let it proof for another 30 minutes
6. Spray or brush a light coat of oil on top. Bake for 1 bake cycle of only 20 minutes. Mine were over baked so it was a bit dry. Only let it bake for 20 minutes then turn them over. Brown the other side (if you want to) by pressing cook and leaving the lid off. Once it turns to warm, unplug the rice cooker
7. Mix the glaze in a bowl and glaze your donuts while it is still hot. Let it cool on a rack for 5-10 minutes then EAT THEM UP!
AIR FRYER BAKING:
1. Pre-heat your air fryer at 345F (170C) for 5 minutes
2. Spray oil or brush light coating of oil on the basket then place donuts with space in between. Spray or brush a light coating of oil on top
3. IMPORTANT: Make sure the temperature is 345F (170C) then air fry them for 4 minutes. Mine was a bit overbaked because I did not set my temperature properly. But they were still delicious
4. Glaze them or lightly coat them in oil and dip them in sugar

Blueberry Banana Oatmeal Bake Recipe | Muffins or Bars | No Eggs or Butter | RICE COOKER RECIPES
NOTES:
* 1 cup = 250 ml
* My rice cooker capacity = 1 litre or 5 cups

INGREDIENTS:
• 3 cups (300g) ROLLED OATS
• 1/2 tsp (2.5g) SALT (pink or sea salt)
• 1 1/2 tsp (4.5g) GROUND CINNAMON
• 1 tsp (6g) BAKING POWDER
• 1 cup (275g) MASHED BANANAS (3 large)
• 1/4 cup (50g) CANE SUGAR
• 1/4 cup (65g) PLAIN YOGURT
• 1 cup (250ml) ALMOND MILK
• 1 cup (165g) BLUEBERRIES (fresh or frozen-do not thaw)
• 1/4 cup (45g) CHOPPED NUTS
• 1/4 cup (42g) BLUEBERRIES (optional on top)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Mix rolled oats, salt, cinnamon and baking powder to combined
2. Whisk mashed bananas, sugar, yogurt and milk until incorporated
3. Add the dry ingredients and mix to combined
4. Fold in the blueberries and chopped nuts (if using)
5. Divide into lined or greased muffin tins or pot and topped with additional blueberries
6. If baking muffins in the rice cooker, add 1 tablespoon of water to the bottom of the pot

Easy Recipe Mango Cheesecake Recipe | EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES
INGREDIENTS:
Crust:
• 1/2 cup (63g) GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
• 1 tbsp (15g) SUGAR
• 1/2 tsp (3g) VANILLA FLAVOR
• 5 tsp (23g) COCONUT OIL
Filling:
• 8 ounce (226g) CREAM CHEESE (room temp soft)
• 1/3 cup (65g) CASTER SUGAR
• 1/3 cup (85g) GREEK YOGURT
• 1 tsp (5g) VANILLA EXTRACT
• 1/2 tsp (3g) LEMON JUICE
• 1 tbsp (10g) CORNSTARCH
• 1/2 cup (110g) CHOPPED MANGOS
• 1 EGG (omit if cannot have eggs)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Prepare mango slices and mango cubes. Slice about half a centimeter thick
2. Mix crust ingredients until combined
3. Grease pot/pan on the bottom and side so parchment paper will stick to it. Criss crossed two long sheets of parchment paper on the bottom, making sure they overlap and seal edges
4. Press the crust onto the bottom
5. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy. Add sugar, yogurt, vanilla, lemon juice and corn starch. Beat until well incorporated. Add chopped mangos and beat to combine. Taste your batter for sweetness before adding the egg. Add more sugar if you like it sweeter
6. Add the egg and beat to combined
7. Arrange some sliced mangos on the crust then pour in half of the batter, distributing evenly
8. Arrange more sliced mangos on the batter then pour the rest of the batter on top.
9. Cover with paper towel and bake for 2-3 bake cycles then check. Tester should come out with separated clumps on it (see video). Rice cooker varies so bake longer as needed
10. Cool at room temperature, lightly covered to prevent over drying, for about 3 hours. Then chill tightly covered in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before cutting
OVEN BAKING:
Bake in pre-heated oven of 350F (175C) for 35-50 minutes. Ovens varied so check about 35 minutes and bake longer as needed

This delicious Banana Flan recipe is steamed in the rice cooker and super simple to make. Another great way to use up some over riped bananas! I hope you'll enjoy it.
Easy Banana Flan Recipe | 5 Ingredient Banana Flan | ASMR | EASY RICE COOKER RECIPES
NOTES:
* 1 cup = 250 ml
* My rice cooker capacity = 1 litre or 5 cups
* Please READ Important TIPS at the end of each video
INGREDIENTS:
• 1/2 cup (100g) SUGAR
• 1 tbsp (15g) WATER
• 7/8 cup (7oz/205g) MILK (1/2 cup + 1/3 cup)
• 2 EGGS
• 2 LARGE RIPE BANANAS
• 1 tsp (6g) VANILLA FLAVORING
• 1 cup (250ml) WATER (for steaming in rice cooker)
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Cook the sugar and water in the rice cooker (or on a stove top over medium to low heat) until dark in color. It will start to smoke then take it off heat
2. Quickly pour into desired pan. Tilt and tap to spread the caramel onto the bottom before it hardens. Use any pan or bowls that will fit your rice cooker or steamer
3. In a blender or food processer, add milk, eggs, bananas and vanilla flavoring. Blend until smooth and well mix; about 1-2 minutes
4. Pour into prepared caramel pan and cover with aluminum foil. This will prevent steam water from going into the flan plus prevent over browning in the oven
5. Add 1 cup of water to rice cooker pot and place a trivet in. Cover and turn on the rice cooker to let the water boil
6. Once water is boiling, carefully place prepared flan pan on trivet. Covered and let it continue cooking until it goes into WARM. Mine took 15 minutes to completely evaporate the water
7. Once rice cooker goes onto "WARM", let it sit for another 15 minutes then test. If flan is still not set, add another tablespoon or two of water and repeat the cook process until the flan is set
8. Cool completely then refrigerate for another 3-4 hours or overnight to set
9. Loosen the sides and turn the flan up-side-down. Enjoy!
OVEN BAKING:
1. Pre-heat oven to 375F (190C)
2. Carefully place a pan of hot boiling water on the lower rack of your oven
3. Then place the flan pan on the next rack up. Or if your oven is small, use similar method using a pan and trivet (like my rice cooker steaming) making sure the water do not flow into the flan
4. Bake for 40-50 minutes or longer until set

How To Make Chocolate Cake at Home | Soft Double Chocolate Cake | EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES
INGREDIENTS:
• 3/4 cup (105g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
• 1 cup (200g) FINE SUGAR (caster sugar, see notes)
• 1/2 cup (60g) COCOA POWDER (dutch processed)
• 1/2 tsp (2g) BAKING POWDER
• 1/2 tsp (2.5g) BAKING SODA
• 1/4 tsp SALT (omit if using salted butter)
• 1 tbsp (6g) INSTANT BLACK COFFEE (heaping spoon, see notes)
• 1/2 cup (115g) UNSALTED BUTTER (melted, see notes)
• 2 EGGS (slightly beaten, see notes)
• 2 tsp (8g) VANILLA EXTRACT
• 1/2 cup (125ml) HOT MILK (warm/hot but not boiling, see notes)
• 1/4 cup (60g or 2oz) CHOCOLATE CHIPS OR CHUNKS (optional, see notes)
CHOCOLATE BUTTER CREAM CHEESE FROSTING (optional):
• 4 oz (110g) CREAM CHEESE (room temp soft)
• 1/2 cup (115g) UNSALTED BUTTER (room temp soft)
• 1 tsp (4g) VANILLA EXTRACT
• 1/2 cup (60g) COCOA POWDER
• 2 cups (200g) POWDERED SUGAR (icing sugar)
• 2 tbsp (30g) MILK
NOTES & SUBSTITUTIONS:
• SUGAR: If using regular sugar, dissolved in hot milk instead of adding it to dry ingredients; can use cane sugar
• COFFEE: The coffee brings out the chocolate flavor but can be omitted. For a Mocha Cake, increase to 3 heaping tablespoons (18g)
• BUTTER/OIL: coconut oil or any vegetable oil
• EGGS: can substitute 1 medium/large mashed banana
• MILK: coconut milk or other vegan milk
• CHOCOLATE TOPPING: Do not overload the cake with chocolate topping. Too much will cause cake to be too wet and dense and may not cook properly.
HOW TO:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar (see NOTES), cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and instant black coffee. Mix until well combined
2. Add melted butter, eggs and vanilla extract then mix slightly
3. IMPORTANT: Milk should be warm or hot to the touch; not boiling. If boiled, let it cool for 10-15 minutes before using. Hot milk will cause cake to be dense and wet. Add milk and mix about 1 minute. Batter will be runny
4. Pour into a lined pot/pan and sprinkle chocolate chips or chunks
5. Bake for 3 Bake Cycles (1 hr 30 min) then check. There will be clumpy batter on your tester but as long as it is not wet batter, then it is done
6. Cool for 20-30 minutes then remove from the pot/pan. Cool completely, if frosting, about 1-2 hours
FROSTING :
1. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth, about 1 minute
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and fold with a spatula until most of the powder are gone. Now beat until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes
3. If frosting has been chilled, let it sit in room temperature for 30 minutes before using
OVEN BAKING:
1. Grease and lined pan with parchment paper then coat with 1 tablespoon of flour, tap out excess
2. Bake in pre-heated oven of 325F (160c) for 40-50 minutes. Ovens varied so check around 35 minutes and bake longer as needed

INGREDIENTS:
• 3 tbsp (38g) SUGAR (white or brown)
• 1/2 cup (125g) UNSALTED BUTTER (room temp/melted)
• 3 EGGS
• 1 cup (125g) MILO POWDER MIX
• 1 cup (140g) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
• 1 tsp (3g) BAKING POWDER
• 1/2 cup (125ml) MILK (any liquid milk)
MILO GANACHE (optional):
• 3 tbsp (24g) MILO POWDER MIX
• 2 tbsp (20g) POWDERED SUGAR (icing sugar)
• 1 tbsp (10g) MILK
HOW TO:
1. Whisk or beat sugar and butter together until creamy and light, about 1 to 2 minutes
2. Mix in one egg at a time, alternating with Milo powder mix, in thirds. Mix about 30 seconds with each egg and each Milo addition. Once all eggs and Milo powder has been added, mix for another minute. Batter should be creamy and not too thick
3. Sift in flour and baking powder then quickly whisk for 15 seconds
4. Add milk and whisk until incorporated, about 30 seconds
5. Pour into lined pot and cover with paper towel or strong napkin to catch condensation
6. Bake for 2 bake cycles (1 hour) and check. Mine was 3 bake cycles (1hr 30 minutes). Rice cooker varied so check after the 2nd bake cycle
7. Cool for 20-30 minutes before cutting
8. For the ganache, mix all ingredients in a small bowl with a spoon and drizzle it over the entire cake or per slice. Enjoy!
OVEN BAKING:
Bake in greased and lined pan, in a pre-heated oven at 350F (180C) for 30-40 minutes. Ovens varied so check around 35 minutes and bake longer if needed.

This mango cake is perfections! The mango puree, mango chunks and coconut flakes makes it tastes so tropical and delicious! It really doesn't get any better then this! Fresh fruit cakes are tricky so make sure you follow recipe and direction accordingly. Happy baking in your rice cooker!
Soft Moist Mango Cake Recipe from Scratch | Mango Cake from Scratch | EASY RICE COOKER CAKE RECIPES
INGREDIENTS:
• 1/2 cup (145g) MANGO PUREE
• 1/2 cup (130g) MANGO CUBES (1 cm cubes)
• 1 cup (135g) CAKE FLOUR
• 2 tsp (6g) BAKING POWDER
• 1/4 tsp SALT
• 1/4 cup (63g) UNSALTED BUTTER (room temp or melted)
• 1/2 cup (100g) FINE SUGAR (caster sugar)
• 2 tbsp (28g) COCONUT OIL (vegetable oil)
• 1/2 tsp (2g) VANILLA EXTRACT
• 2 EGGS
• 1/2 tsp (2g) YELLOW FOOD COLOR (optional)
• 1/4 cup (25g) SHREDDED COCONUT FLAKES
TOPPING (optional):
• 1 tsp POWDER SUGAR (icing sugar)
• 1 to 2 cups CHOPPED MANGOES (on the side)
HOW TO:
1. Cube and puree the mango amount needed for the recipe
2. Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl and mix well
3. Drop the mango cubes into the flour mixtures and shake the bowl to get all the mango cubes covered in flour then set it a side
4. In a large mixing bowl, beat together unsalted butter, sugar and oil for about 1 minute. Then add the vanilla extract and mango puree and beat for another minute.
5. Now add the eggs, one at a time, and beat about 1 minute with each egg until the batter is soft and creamy
6. Add the yellow food coloring if using and mix until well blended
7. Sift the flour mixture a second time, into the batter, but set the mango cubes aside. Fold in flour until almost blend then add the coconut flakes. Give a quick mix with the electric mixer to incorporate the coconut flakes well into the batter
8. IMPORTANT: Check your batter consistency at this point, comparing to what's in my video. If your batter is too running or wet? Then mix in 1 tablespoon of flour at a time, until you get the right consistency. Runny batter will make your cake too wet and dense.
9. Evenly spread the batter as much as possible into the rice cooker
10. Now, drop the flour coated mango cubes into the batter, evenly spacing them out. The cubes should be slightly below the batter but not completely to the bottom. Then lightly spread the batter over the mango cubes, making sure they are covered. See video for better visual
11. Bake for 3 cook cycles (1 hr 30 min), checking after the 2nd cycle. Or bake until tester comes out clean
12. Cool for 20-30 minutes and enjoy! Top with fresh chopped mangoes right before serving
