Our Old Self Died with Jesus

Jesus teaches us how to change effectively and He has equipped us fully to live the life God intended us to!

Part of how God forgives us, as well as how we process emotions is our changing our unhealthy behaviors for the healthy skills (Commandments) Jesus teaches us in the Bible. Jesus came to give us the Sword of the Spirit – His Word so we understand exactly how God set things up: what is God’s Part and what is our part in our relationship with Him.

Our part is to repent – to change our minds from whatever it was we had to ask God for His Forgiveness for, to what God tells us to do instead. Not only that, but Jesus fully equipped us to do so. Now all that’s left is for us to make the decision to change!
