TUES NOV 14 Did gym remodeling & cleaning. Bought some bumper plates, a hex bar, an Elliptical
TUESDAY NOVEMBER 14th
Wanted to train but ended up doing gym remodeling & cleaning. Did some high rep practice work testing the New machine 2 sets 15r &1 set 10r
Then went to C&S bought a couple New grip bumper plates, a New hex bar and paid for a used Elliptical which I will pick up on Saturday.. All in all Good day.. LAIR is Growing..
