5 Dumbbell HIIT exercises you need to add!
5 dumbbell HIIT exercises you need to add to your workout routine!
1 - Starting with the thruster, an epic exercise that really targets the legs and shoulders.
2 - This lateral punch will fire up your core and improve your athletic performance!
3 - Moving on to the devil’s press, my favourite way to take the burpee to the next level!
4 - The ground to overhead is a great full body exercise, and make sure you use the legs and hip drive, to power the movement.
5 - Lastly, the jump jack press will burn out the shoulders and test your lower body strength endurance!
You could make these into a circuit of 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest for 3-5 sets for a great workout!

I TRAINED LIKE ANTHONY JOSHUA! In the lead up to AJ’s fight on August 12, @BULK asked AJ to provide us with a challenging circuit to showcase the work that goes into being a top athlete, and hence the #AJCHALLENGE was born!
Do these 9 exercises in a circuit of 45 seconds work and 15 seconds rest!
And if you want to take on my my personal structure of this challenge, then rest for 1 minute and repeat this circuit 5 times. That will take 50 minutes, so with a 5 minute warm up and cool down, you have yourself an epic 60 minute session!

I haven’t been to the gym in a year!
By that I mean, I’ve done less than 10 gym sessions in the past year! For context, I trained in a gym with a standard body building type approach quite solidly for about 10 years pre pandemic.
Honestly, I’m really excited to follow my gym plans again and get back to my old routine.
However, I am really proud of what my bodyweight and single equipment plans can achieve in my app!
For any of you thinking it’s not worth doing something at home, IT IS!! TRUST ME!
And remember, you don’t need to have it all figured out right now. You just have to have the courage to take the first step today, and then another step tomorrow.
