Thai Sticky Rice With Mango I Learn how to make Mango Sticky Rice - Gastro Guru
A delicious dessert recipe for you! Steamed rice flavored with coconut milk, served with mango and sauce, garnished with crispy split mung beans. Simply amazing! See Ingredients & Recipe below:
Ingredients For Cooking Rice:
1 cup raw Jasmine/sticky rice - washed, drained & soaked in water
1.5 cups of water to soak/cook rice
Ingredients to season/flavor rice:
1 to 1.5 cups of coconut milk
4 tbsp sugar - add more or less for desired sweetness
1/2 tsp salt
Ingredients for Sticky Rice Sauce:
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp corn starch - make slurry by adding 1 tbsp water to it
Ingredients For Garnish:
2 tbsp split mung beans for garnish
1 cup water to boil/cook split mung beans
1 ripe mango peeled and cut into slices or small pieces
Cooking Instructions:
Add 2 cups water in pressure cooker
Add rice with water in a round metal container & place on ring in the pressure cooker. Close lid & cook for 11 minutes on high heat
Turn off heat and let rice rest in pressure cooker for another 10 minutes without opening lid (Watch video for visual directions on how to do it)
While rice is cooking add 1 cup coconut milk to a small saucepan. Add sugar & salt to it. Mix well, simmer on low until sugar dissolves
Transfer cooked rice to to a large bowl, add coconut milk mixture to it
Mix well, cover bowl and set aside for 20 minutes
Next bring to boil 2 tbsp dry split mung beans in 2 cups of water
Lower heat to medium low and cook for 10 minutes. Drain water, set aside Heat a small pan and add cooked mung beans to it
Roast until water dries up and mung beans become crispy. Set aside
Heat a small saucepan
Once hot add 1/2 cup coconut milk, salt & corn starch slurry. Mix well & simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat, set aside
Plating/Assembly:
Uncover sticky rice that is in the bowl, mix well
Add sticky rice to a plate/bowl, pour some Sticky Rice Sauce over it
Garnish with crispy mung beans
Place mango slices next to eat. Get creative in how you want to plate it

Curry Paste:
3 cloves of garlic'

6 cashew nuts or macadamia nuts

2 tbsp Malaysian Curry powder or regular curry powder
4 dry red chilies - presoaked in water

Cooking Malaysian Chicken Curry:
3 tbsp veg. /cooking oil
Curry Paste (that we made with ingredients listed above)
Marinated Chicken (that we marinated with ingredients listed above)
1 cup water
1 tbsp sugar
1 preboiled potato - cut into bite size pieces
10 curry leaves
1 lemon grass or lemon zest

Ingredients:
Main Ingredients:
1LB. ground chicken
3 eggs - boiled for 7 minutes then cooled off and peeled
Ingredients to season ground chicken:
1/4 tsp roasted garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp dry basil & oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp crushed black pepper
3/4 tsp salt to taste
2tbsp Italian or regular bread crumbs
1 Egg
1 tbsp cooking/veg. oil
1 onion - chopped
1 red bell pepper - chopped
Salt & crushed black pepper to taste
Pinch of red chili powder for garnish (optional)
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375* F
In a bowl add ground chicken
Add all ingredients for seasoning chicken to it. Mix well
Spray a sheet of aluminum foil with Avocado oil or cooking oil
Spread ground chicken mixture on it to form a rectangle
Place the 3 boiled eggs on top of the ground chicken as shown in video
Create a roll by folding ground chicken around the eggs with the help of the aluminum foil as shown in the video above
Wrap the roll/roulade in the aluminum foil to create a tight package
Line a baking/cookie sheet with parchment paper
Place the foil wrapped roll on top of it & bake at 375*F for minutes
While chicken roulade is baking heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in pan
Add chopped onion & bell pepper. Season with salt & crushed black pepper
Stir fry for 3 minutes, then transfer to serving dish
Next remove the chicken roll/roulade from oven and place it on cutting board. Remove foil and cut chicken roulade into round slices
You should see boiled egg in each slice
Place the sliced chicken roulade on top of stir fried onion & red bell pepper
Sprinkle roulade with red chili powder (optional). Bon Appetit!

Pasta e Fagioli-Pasta Fazool Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pack - 450 grams Ditalini pasta
2 16oz. cans cooked cannellini beans
2 tbsp olive oil
150 grams pancetta - cut into small pcs
1 onion - diced
5 cloves of garlic - minced
1 can-15 0z diced tomatoes
1 tbsp - dry crushed rosemary
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
salt to taste
6 cups of water
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Cooking Instructions:
Add olive oil to hot Dutch oven/saucepan
Once oil is hot add pancetta and cook till begins to brown & crisp up
Next add diced onion and saute until translucent - about 2 minutes
Add garlic, saute for 30 seconds, then add diced tomatoes
Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame until tomatoes begin to soften/mush
Toss in dry rosemary, salt, black pepper & red pepper flakes. Mix well
Add 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
Now add water, mix well, then add cannellini beans
With a masher crush half the cannellini beans then add Ditalini pasta
Continue cooking on medium for about 10 minutes until pasta is el dente
Your Pasta Fagioli is done and ready to be plated!
Transfer to pasta bowl & garnish with remaining parmesan cheese

2 spring onions/scallion - cut into small pcs - white & green part separated
Ingredients For Stir Fry Sauce:
2 TBSP soy sauce
1 TBSP oyster sauce
2 TBSP rice wine
1 TBSP sugar
1/2 TSP white pepper powder
1/4 cup water
Cooking Instructions:
In a bowl mix all ingredients listed under Stir Fry Sauce
Mix well, set aside
Heat oil in a wok/saucepan
Once oil is hot add chicken pcs, Stir fry until they begin to get brown
After 4 to 5 minutes remove chicken pcs, set aside
Add onion slices to the remaining oil in the wok. Stir Fry for 2 minutes
Next add ginger and garlic slices. Saute for 30 seconds
Now toss in dry red chilies & spring onion/scallion - white part
Mix well than add back cooked chicken pcs
Stir fry for 2 minutes then add in stir fry sauce
Mix well, let simmer on low for 5 minutes
Finally, add remaining scallion/spring onion pcs - green part
Mix well then transfer to serving dish/bowl

Ground Beef Soup With Veggies
Ingredients:
1.25 LB ground beef sirloin - 90%lean
250 grams pancetta - cut into small pcs
1 TBSP olive oil
1 onion - diced
3 cloves of garlic - minced
1 cup carrot - diced
1 cup celery - diced
1 15 oz. can chopped tomatoes
1 potato - peeled & cubed
4 cups beef broth
6 cups water
1TBSP - ground cumin
salt, crushed black pepper, red chili flakes to taste
Fresh flat leaf parsley - roughly chopped for garnish
Cooking Instructions:
Heat a large Dutch oven or sauce pan on medium flame, add olive oil
Once oil is hot add pancetta. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until fat is rendered
Add ground sirloin beef, sauté until it is almost cooked
Push beef to one side and add onion, sauté for 2 minutes then add garlic
Mix well. After 30 seconds add tomatoes
Cook down tomatoes until they begin to mush, then add potatoes
Now add salt, black pepper & red chili flakes to taste
Next add celery, carrot, cook for 2 minutes then add beef broth
Stir quickly then add water, simmer on low for 5 minutes, add ground cumin
Mix well and simmer for another 15 minutes to thicken soup
Your delicious soup is ready to serve!

Spicy Sausage Stew Recipe
Ingredients For preparing Chicken Broth:
6 Cups water to prepare chicken broth
3 packets of chicken bullion powder
Other Ingredients:
3 tbsp cooking/veg. oil
5 spicy Italian sausage links
2 onions - chopped
4 celery stalks - diced
1 green bell pepper - diced
2 tomatoes - diced
3 corn on cob - cut into 6 pieces
3 white potatoes - cut into large pieces with skin on
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp all purpose flour
5 to 6 garlic cloves - minced
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp dry basil, oregano & thyme
1/2 cup freshly chopped parsley
salt & crushed black pepper to taste
Method:
Prepare chicken broth by add chicken bullion to water. Simmer for 15 mins
In a large Dutch oven or non stick pot add cooking/veg. oil
Once oil is hot reduce heat to medium, add spicy Italian sausage links
Sear and cook sausage until brown and cooked on all sides/10 minutes
Remove cooked sausage from Dutch oven, set aside
Next add onion, celery & bell pepper. Mix well and saute for 2 minutes
Remove veggies once done & set aside
Now add butter and flour to make roux. Saute for 2 mins until roux is done
Add chicken stock. Mix well then add tomatoes
Add red chili powder, salt & crushed black pepper
Mix well then add sauted veggies & sausage back to pot
Finally add corn on the cob, potato slices and half the fresh parsley
Cover and simmer on low for 1 hour
Open lid, adjust seasoning if necessary
Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with remaining fresh parsley
Walla! Your delicious Spicy Sausage, Corn & Potato Stew is ready!

Layer Italian sausage links on top of veggies

After 30 minutes turn/flip sausage links to cook bottom side
At this time add chicken stock. Bake for another 30 minutes
Remove tray from oven, cut sausage into large pcs

Cabbage Rolls/Golabki Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Large cabbage
1 LB ground sirloin beef
1/2 LB fresh ground pork
1 Chopped onion
2 Large cloves of garlic
2 TBSP Olive oil
1 Cup uncooked rice
1 20 OZ. can of crushed tomatoes
1 TSP fresh lemon zest
Salt and crushed black pepper to taste
1 TBSP dry herbs like, parsley, rosemary etc. or fresh parsley
Ample water to submerge and boil large cabbage
Method:
In a large pot boil ample water to blanch cabbage
Remove hard stalk from cabbage with sharp knife
Once water is boiling reduce to medium, add whole cabbage
Cover pot and let cabbage blanch for 10 minutes
In the mean time heat olive oil in pan, add onion and garlic
Saute for 2 minutes
For Cabbage Roll Stuffing:
Next add ground beef and pork to a mixing bowl
Add sauted onion & garlic. Mix well
Now add dry herbs, salt and crushed black pepper to taste
Add 1 ladle of crushed tomatoes & rice
Mix everything with hand, set aside
Remove blanched cabbage from pot. With help of fork separate leaves
Once cool, remove main vein from each leaf
Preparing Cabbage Rolls:
In a 8"x11" baking dish spread 2 ladles of crushed tomatoes/sauce
Start making cabbage rolls by spooning 2 tbsp stuffing mixture
Roll cabbage leaf one at a time with stuffing as shown in video above
Place each rolled cabbage roll in the baking dish
Repeat until all are done
Once all cabbage rolls are ready ladle remaining crushed tomatoes on top
of cabbage rolls. Cover with aluminum foil
Place baking dish in 350* preheated oven for 1 hour
Finally remove cooked cabbage rolls from oven and plate them
Spoon tomato sauce from the baking dish onto the Cabbage Rolls

Grilled Pork Tenderloin/ Pork TIkka Recipe
Main Ingredients:
1 large pork tenderloin - marinated
1 red onion cut into pieces
1 tomato cut into 2 pieces
Marinade Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt - whisked
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp cumin/coriander powder mix
2 tbsp veg. oil
1 tbsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
pinch of garam masala
salt & crushed black pepper to taste
Method:
Mix all ingredients under Marinade in a bowl
Add pork tenderloin to it and coat it completely by hand
Transfer to a container with lid and refrigerate over night
Heat stop top grill until smoking hot
Spray with veg. or olive oil
Place marinated pork tenderloin on grill along with onion and tomato
Grill top and bottom side for 2 minutes each and 30 seconds on sides
Remove to cutting block and let pork tenderloin rest for 5 minutes
Now take 1 tbsp butter in a pan
Once butter starts to melt add remaining marinade
Add 2 tbsp water and let it cook down to a thicker gravy
Now slice your port tenderloin into thin medallions
Layer serving platter/dish with marinade/tikka masala gravy
Top it with grilled & sliced pork tenderloin medallions
Place grilled onion and tomato on each side next to the tenderloin

1 chicken breast - sliced into half and cut into bite size pcs
2 tbsp cooking oil
250 grams broccoli florets
1 small onion - sliced
2 tbsp water or chicken stock
Ingredients For Slurry:
1/4 cup water
1 tsp corn starch
Ingredients For Garnish:
1/2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Method/Instructions:
Mix ingredients listed above for Stir Fry sauce in a bowl. Mix well
In a preheated pan add oil
Once oil is hot add chicken and stir fry on high flame for 4 minutes
Remove chicken once cooked, set aside
In same pan add onion, saute for 2 minutes then add broccoli
Stir fry for a minute more than add Stir Fry sauce
Mix well then add chicken back to the pan
Add water or chicken stock, stir for a minute more
Finally, transfer Chicken With Broccoli from pan to serving dish
Garnish with sesame seeds

Mutton/Lamb Biryani Recipe
Ingredients:
3 lbs baby lamb - excess fat removed, cut into bite size pcs
3 onions - thinly sliced
3 cloves of garlic - chopped
2 tbsp green chilli-ginger paste
cooking oil - 2 cups + 2 tbsp
2 bay leaves
4 Tbsp Biryani Masala - https://amzn.to/3SR75mb
2 tomatoes - diced
450 ml water to make lamb curry/gravy
1 cup plain yogurt - whisked
3 tbsp chopped cilantro/coriander
2.5 cups long grain Basmati rice
4 cups water to cook/boil rice
1 tsp salt for rice
Cooking Instructions:
In a hot frying pan add 2 cups cooking oil
Fry sliced onion in oil, once hot, until golden brown
Remove fried onions, set aside
In a large saucepan/pot add 2 tbsp cooking oil
Add half the fried onion slices & bay leaves
Next add minced garlic. Saute for 15 seconds
Now add green chilli-ginger paste, mix well
Add lamb pcs and sear on high for 3 minutes, until brown
Add biryani masala. Stir fry for 2 minutes to coat lamb pcs well
Toss in diced tomatoes, saute for 2 minutes,
Reduce flame to low then mix in yogurt quickly
Let simmer for 2 minutes then add 450 ml water. Mix well
Now cover with lid and cook/simmer lamb curry for 1 hour or until tender
While lamb is cooking, bring to boil 4 cups of water
Add rice and salt. Give it quick stir with spatula
Cook rice until almost done, drain excess water, set aside
After an hour check to make sure lamb is cooked & tender
Adjust seasoning as necessary then remove half the lamb to a bowl
Layer half the cooked rice on top of the lamb curry that is in the pot
Garnish with remaining fried onion slices and cilantro/coriander
Repeat process with remaining rice and lamb that we set aside
Finally, cover and let simmer for 6 minutes to let the aromas permeate
Walla! Your delicious Mutton/Lamb Biryani is ready!
Transfer to serving platter as needed
Serve with plain yogurt on the side. Bon Appetit!

2.5 tsp 5 Spice powder mix
1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp Salt to draw moisture out from Pork Belly Skin
Cooking Instructions/Method:
Bring ample water to boil in a large pot/saucepan
Once water is boiling reduce heat to medium low, add pork belly to it
Blanche pork belly for about 10 minutes
In the meantime prepare seasoning mix (rub) by mixing ingredients
listed above for it in a small bowl. Set aside
Once blanched transfer pork belly to a casserole dish meat/fat side up
Remove moisture by wiping it off with a paper towel
Now rub season pork belly all over with seasoning mix
Do not apply seasoning on skin, instead wipe it off with paper towel
Poke holes all over the pork belly strips with a toothpick
Brush pork belly skin only with distilled white vinegar
Refrigerate for 8 hours to overnight. This will firm up/dry the pork belly
Preheat oven to 400*F
Remove marinated pork belly from fridge
Transfer to oven proof baking casserole dish, skin side up
Rub salt over skin. After 10 minutes wipe it off to get rid of moisture
This will ensure crispy skin once done
Place pork belly in oven for 40 minutes
After 40 minutes increase oven temperature to 450* F and roast for 10 more minutes or until the skin becomes bubbly & super crispy
Remove from oven and place roasted pork belly on wire rack to cool off and drain any moisture
Wala! Your Super Crispy Pork Belly is done!
Place on chopping block and cut into bite size squares
When you take a bite you will feel and hear the super crispy sound of this amazingly delicious dish! Bon Appetit.

8 - Minute Shrimp Udon Noodles Recipe:
Ingredients to Season Shrimp:
1/2 tsp red chili powder
salt to taste
Ingredients to make Noodle Stir Fry Sauce:
1/2 tbsp chili-garlic sauce - Sambal Oelek
2 tbsp dark soy sauce - Tamari
1.5 tbsp hoisin sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 cup water
Other Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp - peeled and deveined
1 lb packet of precooked Udon Noodles
2 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 tsp sesame seeds for garnish
1 chopped scallion/spring onion for garnish (optional)
Method:
Season shrimp in a bowl, set aside
Make Noodle Stir Fry Sauce in a small bowl, set aside
Heat cooking oil in wok or saucepan on medium flame
Stir Fry shrimp for 2 minutes in it. Remove shrimp & set aside
Add stir fry sauce mixture to saucepan. Cook for 30 seconds
Now add precooked Udon Noodles. Mix well until well coated
Add back cooked shrimp.
Toss/stir fry everything for a minute more
Walla! Your delicious Shrimp Noodles Stir Fry is ready!
Transfer to serving bowl, garnish with sesame seeds.

Tuscan Tortellini Recipe
Ingredients:
1 LB Three Cheese Tortellini - Store bought with no preservatives
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Onion - chopped
2 Large cloves of garlic - minced
1 Tbsp Tomato paste
1/2 Cup white wine
1 Cup unsalted chicken stock. Use Vegetable Stock if you are vegetarian
1/2 Cup heavy cream
1/2 Cup sun-dried tomatoes - chopped
1/2 cup salty pasta water
1 cup baby spinach - cut in this ribbons/chiffonade
1 Tbsp - Italian seasoning mix - thyme, basil, oregano
Salt, crushed black pepper & red chili powder to taste
1/2 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh, chopped flat leaf parsley for garnish
8 cups water to boil/cook cheese tortellini
Cooking Instructions:
Boil 8 cups of water in a separate pot
In a preheated saucepan add olive oil
Keeping the flame on medium setting add chopped onion
Saute for 2 to 3 minutes until soft then add garlic
Stir fry for 30 seconds then deglaze pan with white wine
Add tomato paste. Mix well until oil releases then add chicken stock
Let simmer for 2 minutes then add heavy cream
Now add sun-dried tomatoes
Mix well then add baby spinach . Stir for a minute
Season with salt, black pepper & red chili powder or flakes
Meanwhile add salt & cheese tortellini to water that we have been boiling
After 3 minutes remove tortellini from pot, drain
Add it to Tuscan Sauce in the saucepan. Mix well
Simmer for a minute then transfer to serving bowl/dish
Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and fresh parsley
Walla! Your delicious Tuscan Tortellini is ready! Buon Appetito!

Ingredients
2 large eggplants - cut into rounds/roundels
1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive oil
salt & crushed black pepper to taste
1 LB/454 grams shredded Mozzarella cheese
1.5 tbsp Italian seasoning mix - dry basil, thyme & oregano
Fresh flat leaf parsley for garnish - cut thin/chiffonade
Ingredients for sauce:
2 cups tomato sauce
1/2 tsp roasted garlic powder
Salt, crushed black pepper & red chili powder to taste
1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375*F
Layer large sheet pan with parchment paper
Slice 2 Eggplants into thick roundels & spread them on the sheet pan
Drizzle olive oil, sprinkle salt & pepper on eggplant slices, on both sides
Bake eggplant slices in oven for 20 minutes - turning once after 10 mins
While eggplant is baking prepare sauce my mixing ingredients listed above for sauce in a bowl, set aside. After 20 minutes remove eggplant from oven. Let cool for 20 minutes
Next coat inside of an oven proof casserole dish with some of the seasoned tomato sauce.
Place baked eggplant slices on top of sauce - first layer
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning mix
Layer with shredded Mozzarella cheese generously
Place remaining eggplant slices on top of the ones in the baking dish - 2nd layer. Repeat same process again
Now place casserole dish in the oven. Bake for 375* F for 15 minutes
Walla! Your delicious Cheesy Baked Eggplant dish is done!
Transfer 1 Baked Eggplant stack to a plate
Garnish with freshly chopped flatleaf parsley. Bon Appetit!

Braised Boneless Beef Short Ribs Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless beef short ribs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 large onion - chopped
1 leek sliced into roundels - outer hard layer removed
2 carrots diced
2 celery ribs diced
2 tbsp - dry rosemary, basil & oregano mix
2 tbsp tomato paste
salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
2 cups Marsala wine or red wine
4 cups beef stock - you can substitute chicken stock
2 tbsp freshly chopped flat leaf parsley garnish
Cooking Instructions/Method
Cut boneless beef short ribs into large chunks-remove excess fat
Season generously with salt & crushed black pepper. Mix well
In a preheated Dutch Oven add olive oil
Dutch Oven substitute = oven proof saucepan
Sear boneless short ribs on all side
Remove from Dutch Oven, set aside
Saute chopped onion in leftover short ribs/oil rendering in Dutch Oven
After 2 minutes add minced garlic, saute for 30 seconds
Next add leek, celery & carrots
Add butter. Season with salt & black pepper to taste
Now blend in tomato paste. Let simmer for a minute
Stir in 2 cups of Marsala wine. You can use red wine as substitute
Pour in 4 cups of Beef Stock - maybe substituted with chicken stock
Let simmer for a minute more, then cover with lid
Place Dutch Oven in preheated 350*F oven for 2 hours
Now remove from oven, open lid and check doneness with 2 forks
If short ribs pull apart right away you are done
Wallah! Your Braised Short Ribs are ready.
Transfer to serving bowl, garnish with fresh parsley
To Plate: Layer Braised short ribs with sauce over creamy mashed potatoes, grits or risotto. Bon Appetit!

Creamy Tuscan Chicken Recipe
Ingredients: For dredging chicken breasts
4 chicken breasts - flattened/thinly sliced horizontally to tenderize it
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp mixed Italian herbs mix - dry basil, oregano, thyme
crushed black pepper & salt to taste
1 egg - whisked
Ingredients for Cooking Creamy Tuscan Chicken
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion sliced
2 cloves of garlic - minced
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes-roughly chopped
1 tsp - tomato paste
1/3 cup white wine
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 cups baby spinach leaves
1 tbsp Italian herbs mix
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Freshly chopped flat leaf parsley for garnish
Cooking Instructions/Method
Spread all purpose flour in a shallow dish
Season with Italian herb mix, salt & crushed black pepper to taste
Break an egg in another shallow dish & whisk/beat it
Dredge 4 chicken breasts, one at a time, first in egg then in flour
Add 2 tbsp olive oil to a saucepan that is not non-stick
Once oil is hot, sear the chicken breasts on medium high heat - 2 mins/side
Remove seared chicken breasts from pan, set aside
Next add sliced onion, saute for 2 minutes, then add garlic
After 10 seconds deglaze pan with white wine
This will help capture all the seared goodness from the chicken
Let the wine cook down for 2 minutes on medium flame then add
chicken stock. Mix well then add tomato paste, stirring to dissolve it
Lower heat then stir in heavy cream quickly so it doesn't curdle
Now add baby spinach, wait till it wilts down then add Italian herb mix
Add salt & crushed black pepper to taste then add Parmesan cheese
Let simmer for 2 minutes of low heat, then add back seared chicken breasts to the sauce pan'
Cook for 2 to 3 more minutes until chicken is fully cooked and coated with the delicious creamy sauce
Finally, garnish with freshly chopped parsley & transfer to serving dish
Walla! Your amazingly delicious Creamy Tuscan Chicken is ready!
Serve it with some rustic bread chunks, a side of salad or asparagus

1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp chili garlic sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
Ingredients For Cooking Chicken:
3 chicken breasts
2 tbsp cooking oil
3 cloves of garlic - chopped
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 scallions/spring onion finely chopped for garnish
Cooking Instructions:
In a mixing bowl marinate chicken breasts with ingredients listed under Marinating Chicken. Mix well, set aside for 2 hours
Next add cooking oil to sauce pan and sear/cook chicken breasts 2 minutes/per side. Once done remove chicken from sauce pan, set aside
Deglaze saucepan with chicken stock then add chopped garlic
Saute for 15 seconds then add leftover marinade
Simmer for 2 minutes on medium flame
Now add back seared chicken breasts. Cook chicken for 2 minutes per side
Coat chicken breasts with our honey garlic sauce that is in the saucepan
Sprinkle 1/2 the scallions over cooked honey garlic chicken
Transfer to serving dish & garnish with remaining scallions

Recipe
Ingredients:
1 LB sea scallops - cleaned and patted dry with paper towel
Salt & crushed black pepper for seasoning scallops
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 Tsp lemon juice
8 to 10 fresh sage leaves
1 Bunch of asparagus spears - about 8 to 10 pcs
Cooking Instructions:
Clean sea scallops with water than pat dry with paper towel
Season scallops with salt & crushed black pepper to taste
Heat saucepan then add butter
Once the butter melts reduce heat to medium, add scallops to the pan
Next add lemon juice and sage leaves to the pan
Sear scallops for 1.5 minutes per side for a total of 3 minutes
Remove seared scallops from pan, set aside
Cut the hard bottom part of each asparagus spear, add them to pan
Stir Fry asparagus for 2 to 3 minutes in leftover brown butter sauce still in the pan. Once done transfer it too serving dish
Place seared scallops that we set aside earlier to the plate
Garnish with fried sage leaves crumble
