Easy & delicious Seared Scallops recipe for you! Scallops are seared in butter that is browned & infused with lemon juice and sage leaves. Served with stir fried asparagus! Totally awesome! Ingredients listed below:

Recipe
Ingredients:
1 LB sea scallops - cleaned and patted dry with paper towel
Salt & crushed black pepper for seasoning scallops
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 Tsp lemon juice
8 to 10 fresh sage leaves
1 Bunch of asparagus spears - about 8 to 10 pcs

Cooking Instructions:
Clean sea scallops with water than pat dry with paper towel
Season scallops with salt & crushed black pepper to taste
Heat saucepan then add butter
Once the butter melts reduce heat to medium, add scallops to the pan
Next add lemon juice and sage leaves to the pan
Sear scallops for 1.5 minutes per side for a total of 3 minutes
Remove seared scallops from pan, set aside
Cut the hard bottom part of each asparagus spear, add them to pan
Stir Fry asparagus for 2 to 3 minutes in leftover brown butter sauce still in the pan. Once done transfer it too serving dish
Place seared scallops that we set aside earlier to the plate
Garnish with fried sage leaves crumble
