1 Large Foraged Maitake/Hen of The Woods Mushroom
(Washed thoroughly, hard root/stem removed-yields above 4 cups of florets)
3tbsp olive oil
3cloves of chopped garlic
1tbsp lemon juice
1/2tsp soy sauce
1tsp red chili powder - use less for less heat/spiciness
salt & crushed black pepper to taste
