This is because in order to get a Chase business credit card, you must be below 5/24 to apply and get approved, but if approved, it will not count against the 5/24 Rule. - Example: You’re at 4/24, apply & get approved for a Chase Ink business card, and you’re still at 4/24 after. REASON #5: A Chase business card I want isn’t available. I’m considering the Chase Ink Business Premier card, which was supposed to launch in late February 2022. The landing page showed a countdown timer, and when it expired, the landing page was changed to say, “Coming Soon.” It’s now been 3+ weeks with no news. REASON #6: I’m a (reasonably) good customer, but that doesn’t matter. I currently have 5 Chase credit cards on the personal side ranging from 3+ years to 7+ years of account history, 3 Chase business cards, a checking account & a savings account (both personal). Despite a strong overall banking and card relationship, none of it helps you get around the Chase 5/24 Rule.
