Pull Apart Cheesy Garlic Bread, Something The Whole Family Can Fight Over
Why not have a tasty tug of war over the dinner table this Thanksgiving with our pull apart cheesy garlic bread?
Here’s what you’ll need:
5 Cloves of Garlic
â…“ Cup Parsley
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Small Loaf of Sourdough Bread
3 Tbsp Butter
Salt
4 oz. Sliced Gruyere Cheese
Position a rack in the center of the oven and preheat the oven to 375ºF
Heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat in a small saucepan. When the butter melts, add the chopped garlic to the butter along plus a pinch of salt and allow the mixture to cook for 2 minutes, stirring as necessary so the garlic does not brown. Remove from heat.
Using a sharp serrated knife, make 1 inch diagonal cuts across the loaf of bread making sure you don't cut the bread all the way through.
Add the parsley to your mixture then stuff evenly throughout your bread. Finally stuff your slices of cheese into the bread.
Place on a baking sheet the cover with foil. Place in your oven then bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
