1lb Ground Beef
3 Large Tortillas
Cheese
1 Taco Seasoning Packet
Sour Cream
Butter
1 Small Red Onion
1 Small Yellow Onion
3 Jalapenos
2 Lime
1 Bushel of Cilantro
1 Can Refried Beans
1 Jar of Salsa

Chop your onions then add them to a skillet with your ground beef over a medium heat. Cook until the meat is brown. Stir in the taco seasoning then turn off the heat and stir in the refried beans, salsa, and cheese adding as little or as much as you’d like. We recommend enough to lightly cover the top of the mix.
Stack 3 flour tortillas on top of each other and cut them into quarters. Lay in some of your mix tuck in the ends, and roll towards the point of the triangle.
Line your burritos up in a pan, baste with butter, then bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
If you’d like to add some guacamole to your burritos simply chop up your avocado, cilantro, and jalapenos to a bowl, juice in your limes, and mix it all together.

3 Eggs
1/4 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Whole Milk
4 Cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Baking Powder
Canola Oil

Large Mixing Bowl
Mixing Bowl

In a separate bowl add your flower, salt, and baking powder. Mix together then pour about 1/3 of the mix into your large mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth then repeat the process. If the mix is too thick you can add some milk or water to thin it out.
Fill your pan with 2 inches of canola oil and heat to around 350 degrees.
Take your ziplock bag and fill with 1/2 a cup of your mixture. Force the mix into a corner making a cone shape then cut off the corner about 1/2 inch from the end.

How to Grill The Perfect Burger
Nothing says summertime quite like taking the tarp off the old grill and barbecuing some homemade hamburgers. We've got the tips and tricks on how to make a hamburger to impress friends and family alike.
Ingredients:
80/20 Ground Beef
Kosher Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Non-Stick Grill Spray
Cheddar Cheese
Brioche Buns
Burger Sauce
Savory Bread and Butter Pickles
Red Onion
Lettuce
Tomato
Start by taking your unseasoned ground beef and forming patties. Make sure to put an indent in the middle as it will keep them from inflating like balloons on the grill.
Season one side of your patties heavily with salt, pepper, and coat with some non-stick grill spray.
Heat up your grill to around 500 degrees. If you don't have a thermometer this is a simply a high flame.
Lay your burgers on the grill seasoned side down then season the top side as well.
Let them cook for a couple minutes and check the underside with a spatula. If a solid seared layer has formed, flip the patties. Make sure to flip every few minutes to ensure an even cook, these will only take about 8 minutes to cook.
After your last flip, put your cheese on top of the patty. Place buns face down on the grill and close for 5-10 seconds.
If you have a meat thermometer, check the temperature. You want at least between 125 and 135 degrees.
