Join me today for a quick and effective core workout! 💪🏼🔥 you will need a pair of dumbbells or any household item for this workout. If you don't have any weights - no worries. Everything can be done bodyweight only! We'll start off with demos of the exercises and a warm up. Let's get sweaty 💦

WORKOUT DETAILS:

3 ROUNDS ✖ 40s on, 20s off

1. alt. toe touches
2. single leg knee drives (20s L, 20s R)
3. oblique twist variation (20s L, 20s R)
4. weighted alt. leg raises
5. dead bugs
