✨CORE✨ follow along workout

Join me today for a follow along CORE with a splash of cardio workout! This workout can be done at home or the gym. You will need one dumbbell or any household item will do the trick. Only one exercise requires a dumbbell, so it's okay if you don't have any weights! We'll start off with demos of the exercises and a warm up. Let's get sweaty 💦

WORKOUT DETAILS:

3 ROUNDS ✖ 40s on, 20s off

1. jumping lunges with shuffles
2. bicycle crunch
3. rotating lunges w/ oblique twist
4. cross v-ups
5. side plank dips R (30s on, 30s off)
6. side plank dips L (30s on, 30s off)
