Join me today for a follow along CORE + CARDIO workout. You will not need any weights for this workout! We'll start off with demos of the exercises and a warm up. Let's get sweaty 💦
WORKOUT DETAILS:
3 ROUNDS ✖ 40s on, 20s off
1. star jacks
2. squat to alt. oblique twist
3. 10 high knees drop to pushup
4. standing knee pulls (20s L, 20s R)
5. 30 second hollow hold
6. dead bugs
7. penguins
