✨CORE + CARDIO✨ follow along workout
Join me today for a follow along CORE + CARDIO workout! This workout can be done at home or the gym. You will need a pair of dumbbells or any household item will do the trick. Only one exercise requires weight so if you don't have any weights, no worries! You can do this workout bodyweight only! We'll start off with demos of the exercises and a warm up. Let's get sweaty 💦
WORKOUT DETAILS:
3 ROUNDS ✖ 40s on, 20s off
1. star jacks
2. ski jumps
3. dumbbell swings
4. squat (jump) w/ oblique twist
5. curtsey lunge w/ standing oblique twist (20s L, 20s R)
6. plank
7. alt. leg raises
8. single leg oblique crunch (20s L, 20s R)
